This was such a great experience - from booking to check out! We even had our name on the door and mailbox! It was a quiet street within walking distance to Old Town, the train station and several trams. Felt like we were home. We will look for EMA on future travels… hopefully they will continue to expand but stay true to their current model. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay here! The place was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds were cozy, and the whole place had a nice, homey vibe. The location was great – quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. Check-in was easy, and the host was super friendly and quick to reply to any questions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We stayed in a 1-bedroom unit in Beckenhofstrasse for a week and are very happy with our choice. This is a highly professionally run property where everything is in place. The contact with the EMS people is very courteous, and they try to fix everything on the spot. Our unit was very spacious, beautifully furnished, bedlinen and towels are fantastic, and the kitchen is well equipped. Everything is quite functional. The surroundings are very calm with nearly no traffic. There is a nice little park close by, bakery and grocery store within 150 m walking distance, and tram stops in the parallel streets. We will definitely come back.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at EMA House in December of last year, and it was an outstanding experience. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted and guided to our apartment unit. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and modern, offering a high standard of comfort. Additionally, the location was ideal, with Zurich’s main train station nearby and the tram station just a two-minute walk from the property. I highly recommend EMA House for anyone planning to visit Zurich, Switzerland. I will certainly choose to stay here again during my next visit.

The staff here was perfect. Helpful, responsive, and efficient. The apartment style stay was well equipped and clean. Everything was great. After spend 3 nights in multiple cities, we ended our travels with a week here. EMA represented a great Swiss establishment in a country that welcomes travelers.

We had a fantastic stay at EMA House Hotel Suites and highly recommend it. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly upgraded to a stay in the main hotel, which was a great start to our six-night visit. The suite was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and offered plenty of space, making it a perfect base for exploring Zurich. The kitchenette was particularly handy, allowing us to prepare meals when needed, and the great amenities, including two toilets, added to the convenience. The washing machine was an unexpected bonus, making it easy to do laundry during our stay. The hotel's location was also very convenient—just a 15-minute walk to the city center and right next to a tram stop, making it easy to get around. It was also close to the main train station, which was useful for day trips. While there weren’t many restaurants or cafés immediately nearby, the short distance to the city meant this wasn’t an issue. A special mention to the staff for their excellent service—they allowed us to check in early and even provided a thoughtful welcome gift, which we really appreciated. Overall, EMA House Hotel Suites provided a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay again.

The room and the staff were excellent. The issue was that we explicitly selected it because they had air conditioning listed as an amenity. Unfortunately, the unit we had did not have that amenity and it was very hot when we were there.

Every thing was perfect on our trip , walking distant from our apartment is about 15 min to the train , bus and tram station a Coop store near by the train station make it a very convenience that we can by milk , fruits and snack to pack on the train . Neighbor is very quiet and clean . We loved this apartment it felt like home away from home .

The property is very clean and comfortable. We really like it except bad communication Even though I sent several messages about check-in instructions but there was no answer. When we got there, the host didn’t show up. We stayed outside in the rain and cold about 45 minutes .Tried to call them but the call didn’t go thru. Contacted hotels.com they recommended to cancel the reservation and rebooked another since they couldn’t contact the host neither. Fortunately a resident let us go inside and we called emergency number. After 10 minutes, the host showed up and let us check in
