Nice studio in the city center - Vineyard 22

Accommodation had everything that was needed. Public transport was excellent.

Bra läge, nära till centrum och hållplats för spårvagn utanför huset. Lugnt område, inga störningar. Enkelt att kommunicera med värden. Ren och fin lägenhet, härligt med balkong. Det finns en fläkt att använda för varma dagar och nätter. Det finns ett litet café i samma byggnad, där köpte jag en espresso varje morgon.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The host was very responsive, and the check-in/out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The place was quiet throughout my stay, all facilities worked properly, and the shower was great. There's a tram station right outside the building entrance, so it was very easy to get around. Highly recommended!

Location - the property is right in front of the tram stop; it is a 10-15 min walk to the Zurich train station

1. Amenities - inadequate amenities and information - PROVIDED ONLY 1 SMALL BAR SOAP FOR 2 GUESTS STAYING FOR 2 NIGHTS! No shampoo either. The amenities listed included a washing machine but did not mention that it is in a communal laundry area located at the basement. 2. Inadequate check-in instructions - there are 2 entrances to the building and a small add'l info like "use the entrance in front of the tram stop" would have made it easier to locate the right entrance. 3. Impractical configuration/location of the furniture - the cabinet/wardrobe is in the living area instead of beside the bed; the workdesk is blocking the kitchen cabinet door: the microwave is on the workdesk; etc. 4. The shower head angle cannot be adjusted causing the water from the shower to flow to the floor. As there is no water drain, the bathroom floor gets flooded. There is a mop stick but no mop rag provided so I had to wipe and dry the floor by hand.
