Ruined holiday! I want my money back!
Nothing to like! Worst value for money! Never go there unless you want a ruined holiday!
This property is a disgrace for booking.com It is absolute dumpster! The condition of the property is very bad and does not correspond with the fee charged! It badly needs at least basic maintenance. Upon arrival around 23:30 on January 30, the window was left wide open and the room was extremely cold. The heater was not able to heat the room during the night and I was very cold all night. It the bathroom there was smell resembling a smell of cannabis smoke. Linens and pillows were, cheap, substandard and insufficient to keep you warm. There are no toiletries, no internet and the microwave oven was not working! Kitchen pan had burnt residue on the bottom. The light bulb hangs on a crooked wire and is the only light source. The toilet seat had peeled off plastic. The condition of the property does not reflect the price level charged. I want my money back!

Quarto com aquecimento a funcionar a meia bomba.
No momento da chegada a pessoa responsável nos mudou de apartamento alegando que o reservado estava com a casa de banho defeituosa. Diante disso, nos mudaram para outro apartamento nos afirmando que era superior. Não gostamos da sanita , visto que a tampa que se senta estava solta , o fogão é antigo e só uma boca funciona em condições , a reserva foi feita pra 3 pessoas e uma teve que dormir em um sofá cama. Quanto as roupas de camas eram velha, toalhas estavam algumas sujas. Na hora do check in só haviam disponíveis os referidos para duas pessoas, a da outra estavam dentro de um velho armário. Pia da cozinha entupida . A chave foi outra cena , estávamos debaixo de chuva e frio e não nos foi avisado com antecedência que o cartão de crédito não tinha compensado a taxa de turismo, sendo assim nós deixaram sujeitos a intempéries do clima até que depositássemos a quantia de 30€ e poucos. Ademais , está virando uma vergonha esses check in as 16:00 com check out às 10:00 da manhã . E olha que eles mandam mensagem logo cedo lembrando que temos que sair. Não tem WI-FI. Não tem microondas. A mesa de jantar só tinha uma cadeira . Não tinha tapetes no banheiro sujeitando assim a ocorrência de um grave acidente.
