The price and location.
The beds were pushed against a wall. Every time I wanted to get out of bed I had to crawl over my partner. I did not like this setup.

the location, very close to work
i found the check in procedure more complex than in other places and i was stressed that it may not work and i would loose my reservation and my money

Nice location, clean apartment, nice kitchen
It’s was very hot and they didn’t have a remote for ventilation. TV is old and shows nothing. Shower is difficult to use. You either have a good pressure and cold shower or weak pressure and warm water
