GREAT LOCATION AND NEIGHBOURHOOD

I think what we like about the hotel is the location and the ambience surrounding the apartment. It was very family friendly and safe. It is also 3 station from Zurich HB which is very convenience for family who moved alot to travel to other states. There are also stretch shops and cafe around the area which make things easier for all of us.

HMM we didnt get to see the staff as all of them work remotely. Is like Airbnb. We only able to bump into the cleaner lady which is very nice. You dont expect any reception on this apartment yeah because it works just like Airbnb and the thing that irks all of us is the floor. The wood floor is creaking loudly while we walking from one place to another. I think other rooms as well. Maybe management can look into it.

We booked a standard room for two adults. The photos on the website clearly showed a proper bed with access from both sides. However, in reality we received a completely different room: the bed was very small, and it was extremely uncomfortable for two people to sleep on it. The bathroom was almost the same size as the entire bedroom and desk area combined, which absolutely did not meet our expectations. We contacted the hotel administration, but they told us that in order to change the room, we would need to pay 2.5 times the original booking amount. We find this absolutely unacceptable, as we booked a specific room and expected to receive it. As a result, we had to spend two nights on a small, uncomfortable bed, which spoiled our experience of the wonderful city of Zurich. I am attaching photos for comparison: “expectation vs. reality.” We kindly ask the hotel to respect agreements in the future and provide exactly the rooms that are advertised on Booking.com.

Quiet neighborhood convenient to Limmatplatz

The water pressure in the shower was great. The little balcony towards the courtyard was nice, unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy sitting out there

The TV needs to have the restricted viewing lock removed, or provide a remote control that one can enter the pin code. The apartment was very dark.

Good location but uncomfortable, pictures on booking do not resemble the real rooms at all

We paid for a parking spot that wasn’t available at arrival. The pictures showed on booking didn’t resemble the room we got at all. When we arrived at the location and compared with the pictures, we were utterly disappointed. The bathroom was very small, and leaving its door slightly open prevented you from opening one of the rooms doors. Beds are not comfortable, and pillows are way too soft, offering no neck or head support. Plugs by the bed were not working in one of the rooms. Overall the stay was fair but uncomfortable. For the money we paid and the pictures shown on Booking, we were very disappointed on arrival seeing the reality of the room we were getting.

It was in a good location. Cafes and restaurants close by. Public transport was close too.

There was constant construction near the building. The place seemed to have been built for really tall people because I could barely use the mirror. Would be great if the washing machine’s and dryer had instructions in English.

There is no ventilation in the appartment so you feel suffocated. Opening windows means with kids you are taking risk as there is no bug screen or something. Kids can just climb and fall. No fans in the other room. The curtain in one of the room is broken. No salt/pepper/coffee etc are provided. Do I need to carry them with me on a vacation? No cleaning is provided even for longer stays, we were good as we didn’t have to stay for long. Checkin and checkout are very strict so for families becomes difficult. Online support means you won’t be helped for whatsoever reason No city pass or help is provided for the stay like I did get for all my stays in switzerland Overall OK stay

It was a nice distance from the center around a 20 minute walk

It was very dirty obviously it was not cleaned before we arrived. There was a sock left between the heater and the wall. The pictures do not represent the room at all. In the picture it shows a full room our room however was very tight and was partly in the roof so it was very cramped. The bed was also very small around 140cm in width for 2 people.

Great family stay for two nights in Zurich!

As a family of four, this apartment was a great fit for us. We arrived in the evening and found the area to be very quiet and safe. Access was simple – we received the door code automatically after following the link in the message. We stayed in the top-floor apartment, which was easily reached by lift – very handy with luggage and tired kids! The apartment looks recently renovated, with fresh décor and modern fittings throughout. It had two bedrooms, both with large, fully-opening windows to let in the fresh air if it got too warm. Fans were also provided in each room, which was a nice touch. The beds were clean and comfortable – we all slept really well. The kitchen had a hob and microwave, which came in handy, especially with an Aldi just a 10-minute walk away. Wi-Fi was reliable and fast (around 20mb), which was great for checking plans and keeping the kids entertained. The apartment was clean, practical, and ideal for our needs. Easy access to tram

Floors were extremely dirty (splatters all over the apartment, most disgusting were the splatters in the bathroom). Dark, no working ceiling light in the room. NO AIR-CONDITIONING and windows straight to the back alley with a loading dock and people coming and going.

The location was great, apartment was comfortable and clean

There were no air conditioner. It was 30/32 degrees outside and the apartment was like a sauna. There is a fan only for decoration (never understood how to turn on the ceiling fan). I had problems to sleep due to heat. I also asked to change a towel and I was never responded.

Great location, lots of restuarants on Josephstrasse, only 10 min walk to the centre of the city. Owners responded very quickly when there was a problem with the water.

Vision Apartments, good and bad.

I like the location, and it was easy to enter the apartment with the code. The WiFi was great and the accommodation was clean and comfortable.

There seemed to be a remote for the ceiling fan in my apartment, but it was missing. I tried to send messages to the apartment owner to help, but my messages went unanswered. It seemed that the lack of availability of any staff was troubling, imagine if there was something more serious going on.

I was accused of damaging a curtain (a hole) with a cigarette… I have never even smoked in my life, nor know how to light a cigarette. The staff was really rude about it in their communications.

The floors creaked so bad, every time one of us would get out of the bed, the other person would wake up. It was so disturbing, they really need to fix the flooring of their apartments. Not sure if all the apartments like this or if I was the lucky one. There are all the facilities of an apartment, like crockery and Cutlery, we had a kettle in the room but would have been nice if some complimentary sachets of tea or coffee would have been there. A small extra gesture for your customers goes a long way in the hospitality/service industry. This honestly felt like an Airbnb, didn’t have any contact with the service staff. And most importantly, there was no cleaning or changing the bathroom linens. Their concept of cleaning once a week might work for customers who stay there for weeks or months. But the policies should also include cleaning for stays lesser than 3 days, otherwise you are literally expecting your customers to stay in a dirty room for 2-3 days with no cleaning linens. Makes no sense.

Apartment was compact but it had everything you would need. It is also located near the train station and there was a coop shop nearby where you could get any groceries necessary.

Kind of a weird complaint but the floor of the apartment (except the bathroom) was out of wood and every time you would walk it would make a sound.

Nice location, shops are close. Semi-well-equipped kitchen.

Some little stuff like drying tray for plates, some paper towels for the kitchen is missed. Also, the pillow and the sheets are made from feather, which may couse irritation. The wooden floor was really loud.

Good for a short central stay

Very good location. Easy to walk everywhere and the communication to check in was clear. The apartment was also clean.

There is a fan on the ceiling which has been disabled so you can’t use it. We asked for a fan and was told they would bring us one but then it didn’t arrive and the next day we messaged again. They told us they didn’t have a fan. We were very hot and it made it difficult to sleep, we also couldn’t have the windows open because we were on street level so it was quite noisy. The kitchen was nice however there are no basics to do any cooking with e.g. oil, salt, pepper. Also a coffee machine but no coffee.

Absolutely amazing - I came after a 3-day hike, body aching just wanting to rest and found an amazing haven with laundry, a bath tub with bubble bath soap(!) and cozy and clean. Thank you this was amazing!
