Do not stay in Autumn or Winter (freezing cold) in the room!!!!

Absolutly cold at night, the heaters didn’t work at all. Also one window was broken outsite so was not possible to close, old and unconfortable mattress. I got a room on the third floor (there is no elevator). The studio was absolutly small and is almost 20 minutes walk from Zurich HB. Too much money for what they offer. Was too cold!!!! Cleaness was not the best ever but clean enought!.

Easy access. Clean room. Good location. Good internet. Clean towels and bad.

There should be disposable slippers available. Curtains are too old and useless. One of the window was not closing properly, will be an issue in winter time.

Good location and well furnished room for a couple to stay in comfortably.

Well equipped kitchen with cutleries and etc, coffee machine, fridge and induction cooking tops as well as microwave.

Had to climb up the 3 levels of stairs with our heavy luggages as there’s no lift. Wash basin could be slightly bigger by an inch despite the tight bathroom space.

Great stay in lovely apartment

Location was good with some coffee shops/ bars and restaurants around and old town a short walk away as well as train station short walk away. Lovely little apartment with a little balcony. Bed was comfortable and kitchen amenities were good.

The toilet was positioned a little awkwardly so quite a squeeze to get in , me and my friend are small so wasn’t too bad though. The balcony door seemed to be slightly ajar even when closed but we just put a chair up against it.

Its a disappointment disgusted not happy at all

Its close by to all the shopping area and restaurants and groceries and tram is just a minute away and even the train stations its the best area but the apartment needs renovations from the bathroom to the accessibility to the paints in the wall to the smell and temperature control to the TV lets start with the stairs its so exhausting to climbed with all your baggages to the carrying of your groceries then next the room first it smelled smoke the wall has a lots of scratches the lights is so dark nk mirror no paper towel the floor looks so dirty no sweeper the bed is so noisy and the bathroom is so tiny that no room at all the toilet bowl no space for your legs when sitting its so cramped and it smelled si bad that I have to buy a disinfectant and airfresner lack of cleanliness and its super hot our electric fan they provided is so small that it doesn't help at all I know that the building is old but the priority of the management is to please their customers or guest to better accessibility and good accommodations they should build a small elevator to make those guest with a problem of climbing the stairs easily cleanliness is a must the smells the decors and communication to any inquiries should be easy overall is a disappointment to us I'm not going or should not recommend it to my friends and family sorry but that's how I experienced it

A lot from the beginning to get the access code to the communication to the staff no elevator just to easily accessed of my baggages or groceries from the smelled of the room to the bed to the tinynnies bathroom to the lack of representation to the rooms the decors and wall paints to the lights everything is a disappointment the room smelled like someone is smoking everything is a messed

A good stay but quite basic. Could be easily rectified by adding a few more amenities.

The property was a reasonable size, and was in a good location, easy to walk everywhere. We were able to open the windows and also had a fan in each bedroom which we needed.

The pillows were awful, and no pots or pans for cooking. Only after check in, did we discover a leaflet saying you could rent them! No toaster which should be provided as a basic in a self catering apartment!

Excellent location. Overall nice accommodations in the room.

Extremely warm in summer. Top floor felt 3c hotter than lower levels. No AC, and the fan which was provided did not reach all the way to the window from the plug so there was no easy way to funnel air through the room. Also, if you have 23kg checked bags, being on the fourth floor is quite difficult as there’s no elevator or luggage lift.

Check in time and check out time could not be moved by an hour either way, which I felt was not a big ask....I landed in zurich city centre before noon and couldn't check in before 3pm...I.asked for a 1pm or 2pm check in, which was declined....again I wanted to check out at 11am instead of 10am as I had a long wait til the airport, which again was declined

Wouldn’t really recommend unfortunately

Location was great very lively area. Easy to get public transport anywhere really. Bed was comfortable enough but pillows were not. Balcony was nice although didn’t provide a table for dining/comfort. Kitchen was well equipped.

The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom had no hand soap. There was a coffee machine but no coffee. Our balcony door didn’t shut or lock properly and we were out when a storm came through and drenched our apartment floor and suitcases, clothes, bags and basically everything the water had come in so far. The host then didn’t offer anything but an apology for this. We had to use the desk chair to keep the door shut and use our own shower towels, mat and hand towel to dry it up with no other ones to use afterward. The bathroom is extremely small it’s pretty hard to even sit on the toilet without sticking your legs out the door (long leg lady).

Terrible. Avoid !

Location.

Very complicated stay. Old apartment, not well maintained and in need of renovation. The location and the kitchen appliances were the only positive things. The key didn't work or fit in the lock, the door didn't lock, the bathroom is tiny and you have to sit sideways on the toilet to avoid hitting your knees, there was only one towel when we were a couple, the bathroom products smell bad, one of the windows doesn't close, there was no cleaning or change of towels, the wallpaper is dirty and old, the walls are cracked and not well maintained, the baseboards are old and broken, there is no air conditioning and the heat is unbearable, the TV only has commercial channels and despite saying that they offered water, there was nothing in the room.

It’s proximity to the centre. It was relatively clean.

The room is quite basic—there’s no lift and it’s clear that proper maintenance hasn’t been done in a while. The walls could really use a fresh coat of paint. There’s also no air conditioning, which is a major drawback since the room can get unbearably hot, even when it’s cooler outside. For the price, it was just about acceptable, but I didn’t appreciate the attitude when I asked for an earlier checkout. Not only was there a fee, but they also charge you if you’re even slightly late, which feels like a money-grab. If that’s the kind of approach you’re okay with, fair enough—but I’m not.

Clean and comfortable

Clean and comfortable. Good location, close enough to the center and the old part of town on the other side of Sihl and Limmat. Some extras, like an ironing board and an iron, which I used, and clothes washing facilities, that I didn't use.

A little quashed, like you couldn't open the door to the bathroom completely, and had to move things around a lot. A curtain seemed to be missing in C108, you should be able to draw curtains on bright mornings.

It’s an ok stay

Great location to the train station and bus station, and meanwhile in a quiet area away from the traffic. The contactless check in & check out was very convenient. Even tho it’s a tiny room but it has everything you needed. A stove, microwave, fridge, multiple dishes and utensils.

The room is super small compared to the photo they showed on the website. Also the building has no elevator so be careful if you have large suitcases, you will have to lift them upstairs (I have to do 5 stories). The last, the toilet seat is covered in pee plashes!!! You can see the stain very clearly which is super gross.
