It was in a great location and the flat was spotless clean
It was extremely hot and would be great to provide some dishwashing tablets/liquid or even a washing sponge.

Not far from the station, comfortable bed, good shower. Bright and airy room
Microwave was broken, contacted them, they sent someone round to “show me how to work it” they confirmed what is said, it was broken. Given this is Zurich and eating out costs a kidney the loss of the microwave was a hassle. I'm not sure if they offered to send a repair person as the messaging was delayed but I was here for two nights and wasn't going to spend my only full day waiting in. The stairs are a bind but I was expecting that.

Close to centre, lovely place with so much cutlery.
Would be nice to know before hand whether it will be on the upper floor as the walk to the flat was long

I didn't like that there were no instructions for the oven microwave. We had to email to receive them. That is NO HELP WHEN YOU ARE COOKING DINNER. The cook top was locked at the end of our stay the cleaning lady was cleaning nearby room and she got it working We wouldn't stay in accommodation again where there is no way of contacting someone .
