It was very comfortable. I haven’t slept this well in a long time. I’m very happy with my stay here, and if I need to in the future, I would definitely come back.
I can’t really complain about anything. The only small thing is that the shower could have been a bit bigger, but overall everything was great.

The corner studio has two windows which is nice and fills the space with light in the morning.
Most of us have had an experience with an unhelpful call center. This hotel is run by one.
After check-in I saw the lights in the bathroom were not working (not a surprise for me, and probably not for the staff either, as someone had already mentioned this in reviews). I messaged: "The lights are not working, is this expected?" They immediately offered me to change rooms. I agreed as I hadn't unpacked yet. Then they said the access code would be sent to me "shortly." I waited for a few hours not using the room I had paid for waiting for the change. The code never came so I messaged that I had no choice but to sleep there and they should close the case. Still at 9:25am I received the new code. I messaged them again that I was not moving as I was already outside. They wished me a nice day and I thought the matter was resolved.
However coming back I found all my stuff piled on the table: food taken out of the fridge, lingerie off the shelf, toiletries out of the bathroom, bedding gone. They said it was a software error and would send a cleaner to make the bed. An hour later the cleaner walked in without knocking. He was convinced the room was vacant and proceeded with a full clean despite my explanation. After he left I put everything back and started to eat when he returned demanding photos of the cleaned room he had forgotten to take and asked me to move all my things again to photograph an empty room. What a spectacle.
Another issue is that there is no way to lock from the inside. Beyond the general safety concern in case of another software error someone could walk in even without bad intention which has already happened to other reviewers. When I raised this they replied that their right to enter is in their T&Cs. Not quite the point as I was asking about security not reasonable access. A typical call center response.
Here I stop as I have hit Booking.com's character limit, even though there is more to say.
