No AC. Or even a fan would suffice especially in the summer time.

Can be better

The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

However, a major downside was the noise – everything creaked loudly. It was almost impossible to walk around, open or close a door without waking everyone up. On top of that, the old windows offered no sound insulation from the street noise outside.

Host was very helpful and guided really well with everything

The parking situation around the area is a mess and super busy at all times. The washroom is really basic and the bathing area quite a bummer but guess you see that on the posting before you book

Die Wohnung an sich ist für 2 Nächte ok, die Lage ist gut.

- Wir konnten erst 1 h nach offiziellem Check in rein, weil das Reinigungsteam nicht vorher fertig war - das Geschirr, die Gläser und die Töpfe waren dreckig, klebten an den Regalböden fest - das Haus wird gerade saniert- Baulärm tagsüber, darüber gab es keine Info im Vorfeld

La calefacción no es suficiente en invierno, yo dormía con ropa térmica y 3 edredones! no considero que tenga el nivel para cobrar lo mismo que un hotel o apartamento de los que se anuncian aquí . Es bastante viejo todo, el piso truena, se escucha todo de los vecinos, la luz de las gradas (no hay ascensor!) no enciende, así que si vuelves por la noche subes a oscuras, las puertas no cierran bien, la vajilla estaba sucia al llegar, un olor muy desagradable como a grasa o no sé a qué, el ingreso es al lado de los cubos de basura lo cual lo hace sumamente desagradable, lo peor para mí es que morí de frío en mi estancia que fue de una semana, tuve que hacer una fortaleza para cubrir el viento que entraba de las ventanas ya que sus cortinas no cubren del todo. Necesita una renovación urgente
