The apartment was smaller, but for one person, it was okay. Very convenient location and kitchen as well.

It was a comfortable and very clean room, not far from the center and the tram station. Also close to the lake. Okay kitchen, you can cook there.

We got a very small room, you could barely put the suitcase in the room. There is not much space, also no place to eat (not even 2 chairs), the hair dryer didn’t work and no opportunity to leave the luggage.

The rooms are though small but having all facilities. You can cook your food as per your wish.

The location is little away from the main centre. Moreover, there is no lift. I was allocated a room in the 3rd floor and I had to carry my luggage up to the 3rd floor . It’s not good for the senior citizens like us. Booking.com should take this into account.

I really liked that the accommodation was in a calm, quiet location, yet still conveniently located. We also liked that we had the option to make coffee, boil water, cook, and dine there. We appreciated the self check-in. Access was quick and easy. We also liked that although we had to pay extra for the parking space, it was actually available, so we always had a spot. (We’ve experienced at other accommodations that even if we paid in advance, no space was available.)

I didn’t like that the shower head was very dirty, broken, and leaking water. It definitely needs to be replaced, as the rubber has been damaged by mold. Additionally, several LED lights started flickering after about 15 minutes and then went out. We waited a bit and turned them back on; they worked for a while, but then started flickering again in the same way. The lighting in the bathroom is very poor, and it’s also yellow. We arrived for my best friend’s wedding, and it would have been great if I could have done my makeup properly, but because of this I had to use my tablet’s camera to apply it. It would have been better to have a light directly above or next to the mirror so it wouldn’t be so dark. The wardrobe had a slightly strange smell, so we didn’t use it. Also, the power outlets were not the standard European type, which we hadn’t expected, but we managed. Additionally, there was only one blanket, and the pillows were very small and flat, which was quite uncomfortable. This should be clearly indicated in the description. If we had known this in advance, we would have brought an extra blanket and larger pillows with us. We would really like to come back because the accommodation is in a great location, but if these issues are not fixed, we will have to choose another place to stay.
