Compact apt in a quiet neighbourhood.

The location is very quiet while it had a very good connection to the city centre.

The bed of apt 34: if you turn yourself when sleeping, its frame makes noise, the bed needs some repair. Also, you could feel the springs of the bed a bit maybe a cover mattress would help. A 2nd chair would be nice as the apt is for 2. The building does not have the elevator.

Clean and convenient

Very clean. Nice little kitchen, nice bathroom, good water pressure. Very convenient with the bus. Small convenient stores and super market close by.

It's not noise proofed. During the night I could hear the people next door talking, moving. I didn't manage to use the oven. The pillows were very uncomfortable, too empty..

Excellent location and good facilities

I loved the location so easy to get to and from the city centre via bus or tram. The place was super clean and tidy and having a little kitchen was great for cooking our own meals.

The pillows were very thin and didn't provide much support, and for two travellers on the taller side my partner and I found the duvets to be a bit to short in length.

The location is great as access to public transport is within a short distance. Really like the clean and comfortable room. The kitchenette is perfect 👌 for a quick meal prep. Everything is great overall. We enjoyed our stay here 😀

Totally was good , but need some more services and customer service

I liked the location, price affordable, was cleaned .and comfortable , nice windows , cozy and nice small kitchen , very warm good temperature inside room , nice closet room Good self checking, quiet and calm apartment Very close to stations and going easy to city center

Not good services, no teeth brushes , I wanted just one shampoo more of staff , they didn’t give us ,for tissue… good and cozy kitchen, but not sofa comfortable for watching tv , just table there , the bed was not comfortable but not very bad actually No lift , but we knew that from before and no problem

The perfect stay in Zurich

Great place near the center on a quite street. Go the door code on time. They provided me with additional pillow on request. All amentities were present and useful.

There is no elevator in the building, but this is clear already on the site as information. The pillows are not comfortable. I was provided with additional one on the next day (thank you)

Average No lift No flexibility

No flexibility in Checkout check out too early at 10 am. I request to check out about 12 they ask for extras even replied back very late. Before that I was in Latvia their check out time was 12pm. These apartments have no lift. No recommend any one

Nice area, close to city on Tram 13, great shower, comfortable bed, easy to access.

Top floor so had to carry luggage up ; floors, bit noisy, no coffee.tea left, no information about changing temperature/lighting etc.

It was a comfortable place but not a great experience would not book again…

The property had washing downstairs which was comfortable, the bed was also comfortable and clean.

Check in is way too late, NO reception there is not even a sign as to what to do? It is not clear that you cannot access the general building until 3PM, no clear instructions, no place to place luggage before check in, no one there to facilitate someone’s stay and way too many stairs and NO elevator.

Explanations were good so it's easy to find. Not so close to tram, but it's a very nice street, so it's ok. The apartment it's small, but clean and it has everything someone needs for a short stay.

Quite close to public transports, comfortable but with certain problematic details

The shower was pretty and spacious. The bed was clean and comfortable. In the kitchen, there was the essential for cooking and that was fine. It is possible to request a private parking space. Even if it is not cheap, it is a good and comfortable option considering the alternatives we've found in the area (not cheap as well).

The fan was dirty, I had to clean it myself as for I wanted to use it but we didn't want to breathe all the dust. Clearly it had not been washed for a while. While the shower was indeed pretty, the hinges of the glass door were coming out of the placement in the wall. The door seemed steady enough, even if it made noises when opened after a certain angle. We preferred not no open it too much in order to avoid accidents. It is a pity for these details, as the rest of the place was clean and comfortable.

Had everything from hair dryer to iron perfectly laid out was spotless inside in a quiet neighbourhood 20 mins walk from centre of Zurich and 10 min walk from shopping mall and food outlets , perfect for singles and couples

Simple, comfortable, self sufficient accommodation

Clean and comfortable. Easy access and very quiet.

The room was smelly. After a bit of investigation we found the smell was coming from the air extractor about the cooking hob/stove and it was old grease. We cleaned these in boiling water and lots of soap in the sink and this helped a lot. But this should be done as part of the routine cleaning.

Good Stay

The provided fan helped us cool off since we were on the 3rd floor (4th for North Americans) and had to use the stairs. The room was clean and unique, and self check in was a breeze. Checkout as well was super convenient and there is a supermarket very near to the property, which helps save money and use the provided kitchenette. Super quiet area for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The provided body wash and shampoo is tiny. It was enough for us for one person and one shower. So basically we then had to go to the store to buy more because there were no staff to be found anywhere.

The style and setup of the apartment was nice. Nice studio apartment. The kitchen was well setup. The bathroom was small but designed in away that made everything fit. The WiFi was great.

The fan that was provided was small and didn’t have enough power. Limited outlets made it hard to use the fan and charge devices.

Would not recommend this apartment to anyone!!!!!!!

This property had no air conditioning, no lift and was poorly ventilated! There was no clear instructions on if the windows opened or not which was a struggle in summer. The toiletries provided were poor for a 2 night stay and only enough for one person. The lights barely worked and the apartment floor was sticky and not properly cleaned, the towels were also stained .

Nothing fancy but good location

Location was easy to access by walking from nearest public transport (bus, train, tram). Full cooking facilities aside from an oven.

You have to follow a link that is sent to you via whatsapp in order for them to allow you access. While travelling I try to stay on booking.com for conversations between myself and hosts to avoid scams though they insisted on me clicking the link in the whatsapp chat as opposed to sending me a link on booking.com. This of course ended up being fine but its something I know I try to avoid. Shower was small and sprayed everywhere if you leave any gaps in the shower curtain or face it the other way when turning on the shower initially. This stay was fine and was truly one of the cheapest we could find at the time but I probably wouldn't return. Window also wouldn't close properly, I'm fairly certain booking.com reimbursed me in part as a result. For two nights we paid 384.73 AUD, we felt this was steep, though this is the case when travelling to Switzerland sometimes.

Self check in was seamless. Room is spacious and close to Silhcity where you get groceries and food. Value for money

Slightly further away from train / tram station. There are only two washers and two dryers so need to wait for laundry. No elevator for a 5 storeys building.

The location of the property was close to downtown.

No liquid soap was available in the bathroom. The bathroom fan did not work. The property was very small compared to the price. I would not call the property an apartment, it was more like a small room

Payed for late and early checkin and out , both times with delays about 1 hour . Not worth it if you pay early for these things !! Toilet facilities were missing , staff totally ignored me ! Worst service and stay ever . I’m a regular customer at vision but as this time never happened to me before.

A rewarding & memorable stay, value for your money

Close proximity to train, tram & bus stations, mini markets, tourist spots, etc. All within walking distances. Easy key-less smartdoor checkin precedures, no hassle. Clear instructions from apartment. Helpful services by staff & cleaner. Very clean & fully furnished room, toilet & kitchen. Spacious room to accomodate a couple. Quiet & green tree-lined neighbourhood. To me, everything is almost perfect. Highly recommended to future new guests. Definitely will return.

No human contact at all, except for the cleaner lady coming to check missing kitchen utensils. A courtesy call to guest from time to time would be nice. We need human touch!

Review after a night stay

At a walkable distance from the bus stop. Around 15 minute walk.

The facility was I think basically a hotel and then turned into apartments. Don't assume that you are booking an apartment but a hotel with a small shelf as a kitchen. To always enter a room you need to enter a pin which after a while turns very annoying. The kitchen is way too small. Overall highly disappointing.

Zurich flat

The flat was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The wifi was working with no interruptions. The instructions sent were very clear on how to enter the building and the flat.

No instructions were given on how to open the windows... it took us a couple of days to figure it out ... Also, no information was given on what to do with the recycling.
