I often come here to VisionApartment and the experience is always awesome. Very cute apartments, super easy self check-in, easy to reach from the station. Nice position, the supermarket is 2mins by foot from the location. Highly recommended.

Great location. Value for money

Checkin was easy.

No flexibility around checkin timings. The door code gets activated only after 3:00 PM. If you reached half n hour early, not possible to enter. This is a bad experience. Even after calling the operator and requesting half n hour early checkin, the access code was not activated which is a wrong customer experience I believe. The checkin(3:00 PM) and checkout(10:00 AM) timings differ a lot meaning 5 hours. How much time does it take to setup a room? 5 hours?

Not fast enough problem solving or communication with guests

The location was good and it had a mini stove to cook on, complete with cooking utensils and plates etc.

1) The kettle didn't work so we could not make any tea or coffee, we kept flagging it to the property but no one would come to fix it until our final two days. 2) We were disturbed with some random men coming to fix the bedroom room (they took it off completely and put it back together - see picture attached), they didn't finish the job and said they'd come back again... 3) There was no room cleaning option so we had to stay in the room whilst the floor was getting progressively dirtier the longer we stayed there as it was rainy and muddy outside and the bins were overflowing as a result, finally 4) When we checked in, we weren't given enough towels so the first night, we had to share our towels which was quite gross to do.

Good location, walkable to old town (about 45 minutes) and well located for bus route, clean, comfortable, private kitchen and bathroom

I would never recommend anyone to stay here as there air ventilation is very bad also this spoiled my whole vacation

The rooms were very packed and there is no proper ventilation in the apartment i had come from a long journey from Berlin and the apartment was very very hot it was on the 5 th floor but still very hot and even after getting a fan it was of no use at all. Also the temperature outside was very cool but even if the door and window are kept open there is no cooling at all me and my family had a very very bad time

The air ventilation is bad in the whole apartment and the rooms me my kids the whole family could not sleep as it was very hot and we couldn't breath ! Also we requested to change to another apartment and request refund it was not accepted which was very very horrible !

Ideal location as was going to a concert at the stadium, says 20 minute walk. Very close to the tram line

The apartment door was wide open when we arrived, which raised immediate concerns about security and whether anyone had entered the property before us. No pillow was provided for one of the guests on the first night, resulting in a completely sleepless night. The apartment had clearly not been properly cleaned – bins still contained waste from previous guests, dirty cutlery was left in the sink, and the bath mat had visible fresh stains. The kettle was unusable as the plug did not fit any socket in the apartment. I contacted customer service that evening. They did not apologise, and I was told no staff were available to assist. There was no option to change rooms. The only response was that a second pillow would be delivered the next day, and a full clean would be arranged. However, the next day only the pillow was provided. No full clean ever took place, and the other issues remained unresolved.

Great stay.

- Modern apartment and stylish - Very clean - Great location near an Aldi supermarket, and the train station to/from the airport is a short walk away. - No air conditioning, but a fan is present. It wasn't too hot when I visited, so I don't know how well the fan works during heat waves.

Does the job but not outstanding.

Bed and sheets were comfortable. Staff were responsive via email.

No staff. Strict check in and out times with no where to store luggage. The kitchen sink fitting was loose. The taps in the bathroom and shower are difficult to operate. The lighting is very dim. The remote for the fan did not work. The tv was functional but not really usable. The toilet is right next to a wall so had to sit diagonally on it

Nice and clean apartment with tram stop near by. Great to have a kitchen there. Bed is very comfortable. 30 minutes walk to the city center, main train station or 15-18minutes by number 14 tram line. Coop supermarket and bakery are very close by.

Absolutely not for a long stay or a stay in the summer. There’s no air con. Zurich during the summer is too hot for somewhere like this. The entire building is like a sauna. No air even gets through the window. It was horrible. In fairness when I contacted the managers they delivered a fan but still too hot. If you are doing a short city break during winter this would be perfect but not for a long stay or for during the summer.

It was very hot in the room (temperature in Zurich 35 Celsius) and could not close the window, but, then there was a lot of noise of cars from early in the morning. was difficult to sleep for a week. Host kindly provided the fan, but still could not close windows...

Surprisingly decent for what it is.

Well-furbished apartment. The kitchen has a stove, dishes, and a fridge. That's very convenient in a city with such expensive food. For a small apartment, it was surprisingly spacious.

The floors were dirty and sticky. The air is stuffy, but this is to be expected when there's no AC. The elevator was broken on one of the days.

Zürich is expensive, the stay is probably good value, but silly things let them down

The location was good

Couldn’t close the blinds, privacy and sunshine while jet lagged was a real problem. The pillows were utterly rubbish, customer service didn’t respond to messages through Booking.com, the shower was warm, not hot, 4 story walk upstairs in my case, silly things that make a stay nice we’re over looked
