The location was good and the beds were good
As others have said, you can only check into the room at 15:00 sharp, not a minute early, there's no reception so you can't even leave your luggage there while you wait for the check in time. And because this isn't a real hotel you also don't get the Zurich guest card that would give free public transport in Zurich + discounts at some sights. I originally booked us this stay because I thought it was the cheapest option, in the end I probably would've saved money by going to a real hotel. The room lighting was also pretty bad.

Small apartment with all the essentials you need for a great stay. Kitchen equipped with what you need and the bed is comfy
There is a strong smell in the common areas of the the restaurant below but once in your apartment it’s fine. Can get very warm in there so the windows need to be open

Self-check-in was very easy. The bathroom, kitchen, and ironing facilities were more than adequate; you could find everything you needed. Transportation was extremely convenient, both by tram and on foot. There are many supermarkets and local shops nearby.
The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. Check-in time could have been at least extended to 2 PM. There was no one to contact in case of any problems. It would have been good to have at least a staff member or a WhatsApp contact number provided on the day of our stay. We only found the power adapter provided for using the iron by chance on our last day. It was at the very back of the top shelf of the cupboard. Placing it in a more visible location or plugging it into an outlet would have made things much easier.

The location was good and it had a mini stove to cook on, complete with cooking utensils and plates etc.
1) The kettle didn't work so we could not make any tea or coffee, we kept flagging it to the property but no one would come to fix it until our final two days. 2) We were disturbed with some random men coming to fix the bedroom room (they took it off completely and put it back together - see picture attached), they didn't finish the job and said they'd come back again... 3) There was no room cleaning option so we had to stay in the room whilst the floor was getting progressively dirtier the longer we stayed there as it was rainy and muddy outside and the bins were overflowing as a result, finally 4) When we checked in, we weren't given enough towels so the first night, we had to share our towels which was quite gross to do.
