The apartment is really central. It was easy to check in , with an app and a personal code, that you could install on your phone in advance. Clean and quiet apartment, the internet was working fine, it was very quiet, with a sleeping room separated from the living area.

I could have really enjoyed some soap in the bathroom. At the end it is a place rented for tourists and visitors, not a place where you come to move in and bring all your stuffs. The cooking utensils where basic, but at least in function. I had a strange communication with the host(s) who spoke apparently neither German neither French, it felt a bit like outsourced standard answer. I had requested if a late check out was possible and at which price. I got as answer that it was not possible , because the cleaning would come immediately on the morning to clean and have it ready for the next guests. From what I saw, even 6 hours after the official check out, the cleaning hadn´t passed by, so I guess that I had received just a careless answer from a helpdesk. It was a bit sad.

The location was perfect - just few stops by tram to the city centre. The property was clean and well-equipped which made the stay even better. We loved the fact that the property was spacious and cozy.

At first we had troubles to open and enter the property, but fortunately we figured it out

You almost have everything you needed and wanted in there. The location is alright.

There’s no lift for accessibility or luggage, no detergent, limited dishwasher soap.
