Room mostly clean apart from a dusty wardrobe. Dirty and messy stairwell with things all over the place. A dog was barking all night outside an apartment and nobody seemed to do something about it. Good enough with earplugs for a night considering location and price.

The cleaning woman opened our room at least 3 times without knocking and with us inside. She wasn't nice. The tub pipes and the sink pipes were plugged. The heater didn't worked either.

self checkin link was not mobile device friendly. The date of birth should be allowed for manual entry instead of calendar option (18 or older for check in and I had to click whole bunch of times to get to my date of birth)

Considering the price we paid the room was really basic. I've stayed in cheaper hotels in Zurich that were considerably better than this one. All the furniture was old, the bed uncomfortable and the pillows were absolutely terrible. The tiny room felt more like a low security prison than a hotel. Positives it was clean and in a relatively nice area.

What I found very unique about this property is that a unique code is generated to be entered into a machine in front of apartment that will supply the key. It was fairly easy check in. The location was nice in a quiet neighborhood close to a small park. It was comfortable and very worth it for the price. This is an apartment so there is no reception and check out was as easy as dropping key back in machine no problems. Would definitely recommend this location and would even stay here again.

turned up to check in at 2pm and entered my code to get my key. No key!!!!! Had to ring and wait for man to show up who was very rude. After settling in realised the heater was not working.emailed the office to change apartment. They said they can’t. Spent 2 night in a freezing apartment in the middle of December. Too far from city center for the price they charge. No reception just rude staff. Avoid get a hotel in city center for the price you pay.

Negative: -absolutely worst check-in I have ever seen in my life! (key did not work and I had to wait ~1hr until someone come) -Internet connection is extremely slow (if i compere it what we have got back in the CZ). Positive: -cheapest in the whole Zurich -Location us great -privacy

There’s was no air conditioned in the room and obviously it was not stated in the details itself when we booked the room. We emailed them and requested for a fan, however, they replied saying that no fan will be provided for this apartment. Ridiculous ? It’s not that cheap to book this apartment. At least a fan should be provided ? Is not even winter , it is summer! You got to be kidding.

The room was very simple and it wasn’t the room that we had seen on the site;so it was disappointing.Quite far away the city centre but the area of the room is good and silent.For four days,our room wasn’t cleaned;even if we hadn’t used there was a small kitchen.

We used the apartment for a long weekend. Was quite decent for the price! Good quiet neighbourhood next to a park, and 20-30 min walk to town / 10 min to train station so well connected. Decent size for a studio, wit a balcony overlooking a quiet street. Couple small issues with the flat itself - some kitchen equipment was a bit worn, and there was no tablets for the dishwasher making it unusable. Also, come prepared with plug adapters, as their plugs were all a narrow Swiss type so our round EU plugs would not fit! The overall service could have been better - initially there was a problem with my card and the hotel just cancelled instead of trying to contact me and fix the issue / use a new card - so I had to rebook and was stressed about whether I'd get charged twice once my card is fixed.

Having managed to get in, the place was well laid out, close to where I needed to be and great value.Initially I struggled for access as there are two buildings very close together, but a ohone call to a friendly assistant get me sorted

I was told one thing on the phone and then when I got there it wasn’t. The code I was given to Check in didn’t work so I had to call the emergency number and wait forever to check in. It was a mess. The room was pretty spacious though. But no toiletries. Only one pillow and no access to more etc

We had problem checking in. The machine that is supposed to drop off the key was not working. We and two other parties ended up waiting on the street at night for an hour to have someone come and give us the keys. Other than this problem, everything in the apartment was great. I was impressed that there were cooking stove and cooking utensils, oven, iron, ironing board, etc. No complaints with the apartment.

The apartment location and facilities were good, however, there was NO housekeeping done in 3 days (no linen change, no trash disposal, no replacement of towels/soaps etc. The main problem was that there was no-one to reach out to, in case of any queries/issues.

Awful service.There is no one there to help. You can just email and they will answer it after one/two days. If something goes wrong you are in trouble. The other tenants were quite noisy in the middle of night and there was no one to handle this.
