Great Apartments

Apartment was clean and felt very safe as you can only get into the building with a code.

Pillows are awful, so flat, needs new ones. No curtains at the windows, only tassel panels so not very private

Dangerous for your health. Do not book

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had.

Upon arrival the entrance was a building site, all floors covered with plastic and full of white dust. The apartment was on the third floor an attic apartment. The roof was so slanted and the bed was badly placed in the room I severely hit my head numerous time when I was undressing and dressing in the morning as well when I moved in and out of the bed. The faucet of the sink was another dangerous item. The sink was soo small so it was not possible to clean your face without hitting your head in the faucet that stood our from the wall like an icepick. This sounds maybe even funny but it was not. I do not drink and I am not using any other substances. I was fully aware of myself but the room I had was soo badly designed it was a hazard for my wellbeing. The second bedrooms bedsheet was covered with a thin layer of dust. We have booked two nights and paid € 581 for two nights. As the apartment was hazardous for my wellbeing we left in the morning after one night. I wrote to Visionapartment, with pictures and I offered them a amicable solution. To refund us for the second night. I did this as a gesture of kindness and reaching out but I was met with a cold and egoistic reply. Visionapartment asked me to give them more photos and explain how they could improve the apartment but not one word about our experience, nothing about our wellbeing. I have been travelling the world for many years but this arrogance I have seldom met. It is totally over priced and not worth the money. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Every thing was Good ,smart mini kitchen with lots of crockery which helped and saved us enough money while preparing food inside

There was a kitchen with a cooker and coffee but no coffee or tea. Was a bit warm in the room with no access to have control on the temperature. Room is really basic. Haven’t seen anyone.

Central location comfortable stay

Located just 15 min walking from the Zurich train main station: you can reach everything in city center walking. Contactless check-in worked well for me. The little studio I had was with a little kitchen and a small living room space that was very convenient. All the equipment worked well for me. Overall clean and comfortable. The price/ quality for Zurich compared to a lot of other places is very good.

I just had some long dark hair (definitely not mine) coming from the sink in the bathroom (which the cleaning lady probably hasn’t noticed) when I was brushing my teeth in the first morning : not very pleasant. Also the check out is very early at 10 am. I asked if they could do a late check out and they said no.

Fancy white theme Visionapartments

There's a lift. The room design is a fancy white theme with various lighting. There's a breakfast bar unit and comfy sofa. The support request for repair is efficient, which turns up within 1 hr. The shower room is big.

There's some steps before reaching the lift. Family with young children will need to carry a stroller or pram up and down stairs before reaching the lift. Coffee machin requiresd grind coffee, which is useless for us. The breakfast bar has occupied the entrance space, causing some narrow space into the room. The cooking pots and utensils are stored rather high in the kitchenette, which is a problem to reach the top of the cabinet without a stool. The shower room basin is too small, which easily spills with water.

Reasonable price and location

Very warm at night sleeping. Room wasn’t exactly as advertised. Fully equipped kitchen to me means a full kitchen. This was a kitchenette.

Very clean and close to shopping and great restaurants. Loved having a separate living area from bedroom.

Not a fan of the clear glass partitions between toilet area, shower and bed, a little privacy would be nice when needed, or at least a curtain. Couldn't get microwave or convection oven to work, and soiled bathroom hand towel in washer.

Room was small, too strict re chevk out time, and no where for left luggage. Pillows were pathetic. It’s an apart hotel yet there was nothing in the room such as a basic welcome pack - ( coffee, tea, sugar, milk ) etc

I liked the location trams n station very closeby and most of the attractions are walking distance.It was small but we lived it . Breakfast was ok not much option.

Availability

No air conditioning and almost non functional fan was given. Included breakfast was not good and given in very little quantity. Toaletteries was given in very little quantity.

Nice but it could be better

The apartment is nicely arranged. The location is very close to the station of Zurich Selnau, and also at walking distance to the lake. Check in operation was straightforward, though being self-made it is strictly at 3pm.

The apartment should be equipped in a better way. It would be good to have a dish drainer, tissues or kitchen paper, a better hairdrier. Also, the pillows are extremely uncomfortable.

Dirty room

We arrived in our room with full of ants (dead and alive),dirty kitchen with finger marks,pillows are also moist with unpleasant beddings smell, and the smell of the room is also disgusting. I called the customer service and send them pictures,they transfer us in another room after 30mins. The room is old and the bedding was also moist with unpleasant smell. We wanted to leave but we didn't had any choice as we have dinner appointment in 1hr and still needed to prepare. So we decided to stay but the whole night of stay was uncomfortable. We left early in the next morning without sleep and tired. I will never reccomend this place to anyone.

Perfect location.

The room was not like the pictures they provided. It was very small. The staff was rude and we asked for shower gel and the coffee machine (they said it was on the room) and we had to stay there for 3 days without shower gel and the coffee machine they gave us on the second day and it was still in a box ready to assemble, not ready to use.

Apartment was small, on lower ground floor, unable to open windows/doors due to staff smoking and talking loudly on phones every morning in court yard where our apartment was. Really bad ant infestation!! Unclean crockery and smelly bedding/towels. Whole apartment smelt of mildew and mould. Staff were rude!

I appreciated the convenient self-check-in process, the excellent location, and the well-equipped kitchen.

Handwash was missing, and the bathroom door was very tight and kept getting stuck repeatedly.

Very convenient apartment complex with easy access, comfortable room a bed and a passable kitchenette.

Ventilation grille is completely clogged with dust, so much that it is hanging on the outsides. I've never seen it so unkept.

it looks like a drug cave and it seems to be that prostitutes are using these rooms to work. we contacted visionapartments for a refund, but only the cheap helping line from Poland answered and wasn‘t very solution oriented. it‘s a shame to ask so much money for something like this. I almost never write reviews, but this has to be shared with everybody.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable

We were happy with the apartment, and thanks to the management for helping at any time of the day. I forgot to go through the online registration in advance to get the code for the apartment and did it only at 11 at night, I did not want to wait for a long time on the street for a message and I called the manager's number, and was happy that they answered me immediately and sent me the code for the door within a minute! many thanks for the great service 🙏🏾 We also found a convenient parking lot - City Parking, five minutes from the appart

Great option for downtown Zurich business travel

Overall a great stay, and I would book this again. Very easy check-in and building/room access using keypad locks. The room had everything I needed for the week. Room was clean and modern. The iron worked. The shower was big and came with comp body wash and shampoo.

The shower drain was partially clogged, and the shower water would overflow onto the bathroom floor at medium to high water volume.

No bedside tables and the bathroom was very small. Also a very noisy neighbourhood. We heard lots of screaming on our last night. Could not sleep. Also lots of traffic around
