For a family of 4 with 2 kids giving 3rd floor was not smart thinking. It was so difficult to get those bags up n down. Kitchen was well equipped but nothing was kept even coffee or sugar salt. Rooms were ok. Pls keep travel adapters. No staff and no way to keep luggage after check out even for 10 mins.

Great location but never fixed window blinds

Very good location, near 2 tran stops. Clean. Had all the amenities we needed and a good price for zurich

The shutter blind in one of the bedrooms was broken and would not come down. This meant that we had to try and sleep witha lamppost lighting up the room the entire night, plus the light from sunrise would wake us up. After a long day sight seeing, this is not what we needed. We emailed the appartemt to notify them of the issue immediately, they reassured us that the relevant people were contacted and would be sorted. It was never fixed. It was disappointing that our sleep became something we had to really try with a lamppost shining in our face rather than a way to relax after a busy day.

Quiet penthouse apartment in a good neighborhood

The apartment is in a quiet street and in a good neighborhood. Nearby (3 min walk) is tram stop number 14 that goes directly to the main train station (Zurich HB). The door to the building and the door to the apartment are opened with a PIN that is received on the day of arrival in the e-mail. So, the building is secure from unauthorized entry. The apartment is well equipped (dishes, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, etc.) and clean. Everything worked, WIFI is fast and included in the cost of the apartment. You will get two towels and enough toilet paper for several days. The shower cabin is big enough. Everything else you will have to bring with you.

The apartment (Senior 30m2) is on the 4th floor of the building without an elevator, which is indicated in the offer. It is a penthouse apartment. The bed is not elevated, the bed is on the floor because of the lowered ceiling, so it is not easy to get up of the bed. You need to bring your luggage to the 4th floor without an elevator, so the apartment is not suitable for older people, people with mobility difficulties, and for people with a lot of heavy luggage.

Convenient location in the center of Zurich — all tourist attractions and museums are within walking distance. There’s a shop nearby, and it’s only a 10-minute walk from Zurich’s main train station. Check-in is available at any time. There’s a small kitchen with all necessary tableware. The room itself was small, but I recommend it for people who come to explore and travel 👍

The only things missing were a few tea bags and some instant coffee, as well as a pair of slippers — especially useful in the wintertime. ❄️

Miserable place to stay

The apartment was at a convenient location, clean, and offered laundry facilities. The bathroom was small but sufficient. The television worked.

It was a miserable experience. First, we had difficulty getting in as I was unable to log into the website and find out my apartment number and access code because someone used my first name as my last name. After calling customer service, the error was discovered but the assistant said she was not permitted to stay on the line to resolve my problem but I would have to log into the website to register. Another callback was needed because I was still not provided the code and room number after registering. There was no air conditioning in 85 degree weather and the noise from the restaurant below the apartment and in the alleyway made it impossible to sleep when the windows were open. Although the apartment furnished a fan, it barely moved any air even on the highest setting. There were no paper or cloth towels in the kitchen area and the coffee maker and light over the kitchen counter worked intermittently. There were no luggage racks or a place to hold/pack/unpack luggage. There was only one small, dim light next to one of the bed and no lighting over the table/desk. The overhead light was very dim. The automatic exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud and could not be turned off. Each bed had only one small pillow that was flat as a pancake.

Good location, disappointing amenities.

The location was good, a brew pub and restaurants are nearby.

The property was very sparse. No hand towels or paper towels. One roll of toilet paper for 4 guests for 3 nights and the hand soap ran out the night we arrived. The few pillows were terrible and blankets minimal.

Good location for tourists attractions

It was in a good location It was clean

No air con practically impossible to sleep at night, it was way too hot. We had one fan but my children said it made absolutely no difference. Pillows were so thin even sleeping with them folded in half was too low. The kettle in the apartment didn’t have the right lead to fit in the plug socket, we only had one adapter between the 4 of us as we were expecting European sockets we didn’t realise Sweden had different sockets so would have been helpful if we could have plugged in the kettle.

The experience at Vision apartments Cramerstrasse ruined an otherwise excellent time in Zürich.

Location was ok, 20 min from the main station

Vision apartments is definitely not your first address in Zürich. The place has some serious flaws, for example the shower is not sealed and as a result after a shower water flows into the main room- with limited storage space it means your suitcase will get wet. The apartment provides a small coffee table which was also broken (yes the table was eventually fixed after numerous calls with 2 days left on our week long stay. These are just the main points, smaller issues are dangerous and broken light switches and water on the floor in the laundry. When we addressed the flooding bathroom and broken table we were offered a different (cheaper) apartment - without refund or an apartment 20km out of the city, both unacceptable options. The apartment might be ready price but even at that cost it’s not worth it. Stay away it will ruin our time in Zürich!

Very disappointing and I definitely don’t recommend booking this apartment.

Good location near transport links. Keyless building entry and apartment entry was handy. A Swiss adaptor was available which was appreciated.

No elevator-our apt was on the 3rd floor. This should be mentioned so people with mobility issues are aware. Pillows were paper thin. Absolutely terrible. Despite multiple emails to customer service team asking for 4 additional pillows, we only got 2 extra pillowcases. It’s clear from many other reviews, previous guests have complained about the poor pillows but the company have done nothing about it. Marks all over the walls. Black marks on the shower tiles. No hand soap but couldn’t be bothered to complain as couldn’t get anywhere with extra pillows so felt pointless even asking. Church bells ring from 6 am every 15 mins. Obviously out of control of the apartment company but would be good to make people aware. No air con. It was so humid and hot when we were in Zurich the apartment some nights was so stuffy.

Ideal for a weekend, if you are not going to eat in.

The beds were comfortable and the shower worked very well. The location was nice, with some cute bars and restaurants nearby and good access to public transport.

There were too few implements in the kitchen to be able to cut bread, prepare veggies. There was no soap for the dishwasher. The decor was not very nice, in black, white and red.... Expensive place to stay.

Everything was perfect and could be used for short stays.

The property location was very nice. Trams was just infront and Zurich Main station was on walking distance. Secondly, the check-in process was very smooth. The apartment was also equipped with all the facilities you would need like; Iron, kettle, cutleries, and others. The wifi was very good as well.

The bathing area was too small. So if you more than 6 ft you may go through with some difficulty. The apartment has no lift and has three floors, so if you have heavy luggage you may want to get the 0-1 floors.

Very easy to register, get the code and jump in. Central location, not very noisy road, small but clean apartment.

The oven pan was not washed by I think people before us so we couldn’t use the oven, the dishwasher was not unpacked and no wash tabs provided so I think it was just run with water. I think it just lacks basic amenities like a spatula (basic utensils), a washing up sponge and dishwasher tabs. The fridge also needs a clean. If it had this I would say very good. Also coffee machine is not Nespresso so you need to bring coffee grinds for that machine (not beans but coffee)

Do not every book these apartments, very unorganised arrongant customer service. If you book it you will be in trouble from the start of your holiday

I booked the property nearly 2 months ago. Day before my arival they said that due to their system issue that apartment was not available and offered me a another one 3km away. I had no choise but to take it as it happened only few hours before the arrival. When I reached the apartment door access code was not working, I had to call them with roaming (costing 40 euros) to get access code and these people are refusing to reimburse roaming charges. Apartment was in an industrial area and too noisy as it is adjesent to a main road and a bridge. Propery is not properly insulated. To make things worst noise from the upstair apartment all 3 nights meant me or my kids couldn't sleep during our stay. People in upstair apartment was having parties all three nights. Entrance to apartment also garbage dump area from the shops in the ground floor. It looks very dirty when first enter the apartment block. Have to mention inside apartment is clean enough. I did not enjoy my holiday due to all these reasons and stress vision apartmenet caused us. I used booking.com for all my travel and unfortunately this time I experienced a very unpleasent situation with vision apartments. Arrogance of the vision apartments customer service make things worst. They are very unorganised. I really recommend not to use these apartments and wish this experiennce never happen to other people.
