The location is excellent situated close to public transport. The room is slightly tight for 4 people but easy just for accommodation while visiting Zurich.
The online check-in process is a little confusing with codes and links to registrations etc. Simple amenities like salt in a shaker would be nice - there is a shaker!

The apartment is new, clean and have all facilities for our stay. The location is perfect and easy to go to everywhere.
It's not a dislike but we think the owner should prepare the soap for the dishing machine. If it's cannot and only the liquid for washing by hand still ok, but please consider a discloth to do that

Merkeze yakın bir yer, küçük ve temiz bir yer.
Maalesef hiç bir talebime olumlu yaklaşmayıp, red ettiler. Ev bol olduğu halde 15:00 olmadan 1 dakika önce almadılar. Valizi bırakmamıza izin vermediler, 4-5 ay önce rezervasyon yaptık ama o anda bir hata yaptım, kesinlikle iptal etmediler. Yenisini yaptır dediler, onu da taptırdım eskisini iptal etmediler ona rağmen. Kuralları var kabul ediyorum ama bu kadar da keskin olunmamalı ve müşteri memnuniyeti gözetilmeli.
