Nice, but silly things let it down. If small issues were fixed would have been perfect.

Bar and gym were nice. The room was nice just had things like the ripped sofa that if fixed would have made it 10/10 but just ruined it a bit

Very bad, bad sleep, not fulfilling a peacefull time

Lovely!

Lovely modern apartment, a little out of the centre but in the right location for us! Near a little shopping centre to get dinner and pop into shops.

The entire building is very warm and although there is no heating or aircon in the rooms there is underfloor heating in the bathroom and it was not clear how to keep this off so we had to use fan and sleep with window open as it made the apartment very warm. Would recommend extra pillows for those that prefer something firmer as was very soft.

This was a great property. Clean and exceptionally comfortable right beside the train halt. 6 mins from central station. Frequent trains. 10 mins walk from a main food and shopping hub

Its the worst host on our EU trip

The host is not supportive & easy to reach,we already at zurich airport if we dont call them they will not give any instruction & code how to check in.we meet 1 guy that will stay also on vision in 8pm, he was outside the facilities at below 0 temp without any idea how to get his code to his room and cannot reach any host, we felt pity on the guy. Any costumer dont deserve that kind of treatment

Vision Apartment Customer Service not helpful

We booked a two-bedroom apartment. It was modern, immaculately clean and well equipped. The apartment was spacious with a lounge area and small kitchenette. The multiple lighting options provide a beautiful ambience to the rooms and apartment. The view from the sixth floor was spectacular.

We are a family of four and the booking clearly indicated four persons. However, when we got to the apartment there were only two towels provided. We contacted the “quasi-reception” at the La Lup restaurant but they could not help. We contacted Vision Apartment Customer Service both by phone and by email but they were not helpful. They simply stated we must wait until 10am next morning to get towels. It was a very unsatisfactory response. We had traveled from Milan to Zurich by train and we could not shower that night nor in the morning due to the lack of towels. The booking clearly stated four persons but due to no fault of ours we had been inconvenienced while Vision Apartment Customer Service were not willing to help or find a solution.

Not a bad stay for the two nights. Close to train and city and activities. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed the locality to the train (just outside) but not noisy like you would think. The Thai restaurant was sooooo yummy! Used the laundry which was easy. Great to have two rooms.

Just didn’t like the fact it was all white and rigid - made it actually look unclean. Bathroom not ventilated. Although the building seems all locked up, didn’t really feel safe to me.

The apartment was very very dirty, then beds were full of hairs (human) on pillows, linens. The entire floor of apartment was like never ever cleaned, the small carpet was stinky and lots of small insects running here and there. Found cockroaches and their eggs on the sofa corner, previous guests left over and food crumbs were scattered here and there. So it was very very dirty apartment.

The fact that there was a strong odor of narcotics in the building as well as narcotic dealers lurking around the premises. The apartment is nothing like the pictures, and has really bad odor. The staff were helpless and did not refund me, and told me if I “should contact local authorities” if I felt unsafe.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment and would recommend to others.

The apartment is very clean, lovely, modern, and in a safe and great location. There is a kitchen where we can prepare food and fridge to store our food. Good quiet area and we can sleep well. The location is the best, it is beside a train station that take us to Zurich HB just 2 stops away and the trains are regular and convenient. The supermarkets are not far and easy to go to by walking.

Not a good stay with Family if you prefer a quiet and relaxing stay

Nothing as such, perhaps the check in and check out was as expected.

The rooms were not livable(too clumsy and unsafe for toddlers (sharp corners, hard & siippery floor), the kitchen utensils were insufficient, building was adjacent to train station which made it very noisy. The sound insulation seemed improper, hence the chaos

Ok place to stay but can easily be improved

If done correctly check in can be quick and seamless. Room was similar to listing. Location on a train station which is really good to used to get around the city.

The online check in didn't work fully the first 2 times not accepting my uploaded identity pictures. The day before arrival received email saying it will be cancelled without (already fully paid for). I couldn't use the parking page. After arriving I contacted Vision apartments where parking was done over the phone for 55CHF per car for our 2 night stay, which would have been much easier had the online system worked. Had to wait over an hour before finally getting access code to car park. When entering building whole ground floor had a strong unpleasant smell of dirty water.

Heated and Suffocated Apartments causing mental stress and ruining physical health

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing due to multiple service failures: 1. Uninhabitable apartments - Vision apartments are unbearably overheated during summer, with no ventilation or airflow and led to us being suffocated. Given the apartment was on ground floor, we couldn’t even open-up any curtains as that infiltrated our privacy. Due to the lack of privacy meant curtains had to remain closed, worsening the suffocation. My wife fainted twice, vomited, and felt constantly dizzy. This severely impacted her health and ruined two days of our trip. 2. Delayed and inadequate resolution - despite repeated urgent calls and messages, my request for cancellation/refund was denied. A room change was only offered after two days, causing unnecessary mental stress and wasted time. 3. Locked out at midnight - We were finally reassigned to new apartment only to be locked out on midnight in their heated lift lobby for 45+ minutes as the access code provided did not work. Me and my wife were left stranded with our luggage in the lift corridor for 45+ minutes late at mid-night, feeling unsafe and suffocated in the lift-lobby, with no proper assistance. 4. Faults in replacement apartment - the new apartment had a defective dishwasher that leaked water all over the kitchen floor, creating a safety hazard. Though i appreciate that they agreed to keep our luggage at their management office for the last day of our trip which helped us explore the city in hassle-free manner. Given the above, I believe the accommodations at Vision are neither safe and comfortable, nor fit for purpose.

Horrendous stay. The place was not clean (we found random pills in our wardrobe from previous guests). The heat was unbearable, you cannot have guests stay in 36 degree heat with no air conditioning or decent fan. While not necessarily the fault of the company- the noise outside is insane. Trains are going by extremely loudly and woke us up every few minutes. However, given the lack of air in the apartment we needed to keep the windows open which made this far worse. The cups were dirty. There were multiple issues with check in with incorrect information emailed out to us. Overall it was an awful stay and we tried to stay out of the apartment for as long as possible. I really would not recommend this if you want to enjoy your time in Zurich. We are accustomed to staying in budget places and do not mind having a place to stay purely as a place to sleep while we see a city, but this was on a totally different level.

Clean and nicely located

Dishwasher did not work and hot water stopped after a few minutes in the shower. I complained twice to the their staff. For the first time they tried explaining us how to use the taps, second time they said again how to use hot water. For dishwasher they explained again how to use and what detergent to use rather than rectifying the problem of water getting clogged in the dishwasher. Why do they think that we are using dishwasher and hot water for the first time.

Great option in Zurich

Visionapartments is always a good idea if you need enough space with a mini kitchen to prepare one or two meals in Zurich. Super easy process to check in via a link they send you, and you get on the day of arrival, your code to go through all doors (entrance, room, even gym) The room was very spacious; bigger than I expected. I had a clean and comfortable bed and shower. The gym on the seventh floor is also equipped with everything you need for a quick workout while travelling.

Something I also hear from my colleagues who have stayed here is that the pillows are almost non-existent. They are so thin from use that they are terrible to sleep in. I always have to use both pillows and roll them to give them volume. If two were using the bed, that would be impossible If you want to walk around the old town, location-wise, this might not be the best choice, but it has a train station and you arrive fast enough

Adequate for a short stay, with good access to public transport

The property was adequate for a short stay, the location was good in terms of access to train/trams to other locations.

There are no staff on site except a once weekly cleaner. We stayed for 8 nights and the cleaner came two days before we were due to leave (the cleaning was very minimal). There is no air conditioning. The train line is directly outside and very noisy day and night.

Stsff charged early check in for 2 hours prior to check in when apartment was empty. No place where to leave luggage if didn’t want to pay early check in fee. Corridors and room floor looked dirty. There nothing to eat, shop or coffee within less than 8-10 minute walk.

nothing. This is a terrible accommodation. It is unbearable to stay in that room. I left the room after one night even though I paid 4 nicht. We cut short our stay and went to another hotel.

We are staying in the two-bedroom apartment, but there is only one fan provided, and the only fan available is not strong enough. The TV is too high on the wall and the shower is also too high. Also the room is roo noisy because the railways station is just outside our room.

Don't Go in Summer If You Like Sleep

Beautiful apartment, lots of amenities, pretty clean, very spacious. It's also close to the station.

The place is super hot. The building seems to absorb heat. There is no air conditioning, just a fan that blows the hot air. To cool it down at night, you can open the window but then the super loud train downstairs will wake you every few minutes because there's a curve in the train tracks that produces a lot of friction and noise. The choice was between a room of ~32°C inside (not exaggerating) or hearing a loud train every 15 minutes. I slept with earplugs that attenuate like 25 dB and still woke up many times. If it weren't hot I would've liked the place and it would have been good value, but in summer it's just not possible to get a good night's sleep.

Awful customer service

The location is good close to the train station and trams and a big shopping center

Mattress is so old and worn you roll into the middle and can barely sleep .rooms are so hot ,windows barely open and have another glass panel so no air enters well and the fan they provided was broken and they refused to replace it .we couldn’t sleep the two days as it was at least 35 degrees in the room we stayed .my daughter even got a nose bleed it was so hot for her .customer service did not care at all we checked out two days early and they refused to refund anything .absolutely avoid this place in the summer so many other guests complained too . This is my second stay but I will not be returning after this awful experience.money thrown in the bin and two days holiday ruined …
