Location and good value for money
It could use some TLC and It was like a sweat box, we had to sleep with the windows open as we were unable to turn the heating off or aircon on and then the noise of the road/people partying kept us awake all night. This made it uncomfortable. I did message on here at 4am for advice on the heating but I didn’t receive a response

Cleanliness of our own room was honestly better than the pictures, host let us leave our bags early and we were able to even check in around 11:30am after running into the cleaning person. Location was fantastic, very close to city center and train station.
Nothing except they try to mislead you by asking you to leave a "city tax" (which is already paid for on Booking.com) in cash at the end. Double check, but this city tax should be part of your payment already when you make the online reservation.

Very close to ZURICH HB, kitchen and fridge
Not super clean, quite nosy neighborhood at night, no remote control for aircon so we couldn’t use it and it was very hot, but you couldn’t open the windows due to the bars just in the same building
