Central location, amenities, cleanliness,
Facilities for early checking and luggage holding;
AC facilities as it was very hot;
Bath shower space could be better.
Difficult to carry heavy luggage till 1st floor for lift

Location, cleanliness, responsiveness of the management company. Cannot get a better location.close to the main train station and Tram lines. The management company was thoughtful and dropped off a 3rd fan on one of the jottest days in zurich, without being asked!
Has a washer dryer, plug adapter, wifi.
No AC. The building is in old town, heart of the city. Not sure AC is available in other rentals. Too warm to get a good night's sleep despite 3 fans and open windows.
Floor lamp light did not work.
The bathroom itself is large, but the shower is poorly set up.

Location of the property was great and the overall presentation was just okay. Rental price was very competitive given other properties in the old town are much higher.
Shower was very small and lacked a screen. There was also a very unpleasant odour emanating throughout the whole building. Lift access from 1st floor only so need to drag luggage up a flight of stairs.
