there was Nothing to be liked :(
The heating system in the room was very old & no information were given how to operate the heating system, the room was extremely Hot, could not find anything to operate heating system. the mattress was terrible, you could feel the springs whilst lying on the mattress. pillows provided was not good. Surely the Mattress & Pillows must be replaced.

Nothing.
An all-round rip-off. Cold, basic bunk bed.
9.0 / 10.0
A spacious apartment with balcony along with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom, plus the excellent hospitality made it a true pleasure to spend our time here.
The sofa bed, despite its size, was not very comfortable. You could feel the hardness of the couch underneath. That was not great for my back but otherwise, it was fine.

We love the location for the family. There's a tram&bus stop and supermarket (and the Burkliplatz Migro is a big one) right at the end of the pathway. SihlCity shopping center is a few minutes walk, or 2/3 tramstops away, and there are many ways to get from the apartment to the HB. My kids went ice-skating often, using the bus, and we had lots of opportunity to go for walks in the local area.
Mostly, if, like us, you don't know what -7 degrees means, the fact it has taken us a week to figure out the effective minimum clothing :)
in reality, nothing.

Warm, secure, quiet and a v good location. Close to tram stop
4.0 / 10.0
The location was great, with a tram around the corner and large grocery stores in the vicinity. I had to message the hosts on arrival (to request more bedding as the minimum possible amount was provided initially which was not sufficient, and they delivered extra pillows the following morning) and they were fast to respond and received my request without issue.
This place is not worth the money at all. Every possible corner has been cut to reduce cost. The furniture is as cheap as possible. It is clear the purpose of this accommodation is to make the maximum revenue possible with the lowest investment into upkeep and maintenance possible.
The bed mattresses were so terrible that I ended up with an old back injury reappearing during this trip (other reviewers as far back as 2.5 years ago have also mentioned that the beds are really bed, but the hosts obviously don't care). The host provided the thinnest possible bedsheet and a single pillow per booked guest, but these were so cheap and bad quality that I had to send a request for more to be sent immediately. In the kitchen, the oven lacks any sealing and is an old naked-flame gas stove, so when used it filled the entire apartment with the smell of gas to a concerning level where we had to open all doors and windows to air the apartment whenever we cooked (in November, which was obviously not ideal given the cold weather). As others have mentioned, the floors make loud noise too, which means that anyone walking around this apartment will almost certainly wake everyone else up. The attachment for the shower head on the wall was broken and a second one could not stay upright, so you end up having to hold the showerhead yourself. I repeatedly found stinkbugs in the bathroom too, although this was likely from leaving the window open to air out the moisture after showers as there was no extractor fan. The ceiling lights in the living room and shared bedroom both make annoying buzzing/ringing noises when turned on, to the point that I couldn't stand using either them.
Overall I would definitely not recommend this apartment to others and I was really disappointed to have spent €250/night on accommodation that turned out to be such poor quality.

Home away from home. All basic facilities were provided.
Little difficult to carry luggage to higher floors as no lift available.

Great apartment! Comfortable IKEA sofa, cozy bed, and beautiful satin bedding.
Very warm — the heating works perfectly and can be adjusted!
Hospitable hosts: they left cookies and a few bottles of water. The kitchen has all the necessary dishes and pots. There’s a gas oven and a kettle. There’s a coffee machine with enough capsules.
The internet is fast — we had absolutely no problems with it!
There’s enough soap, dishwashing liquid, and shower gel — and even more than enough!
A hairdryer is provided. I didn’t see a washing machine in the apartment, but as I understand it, there’s a shared laundry room in the building.
The location has great transport connections — there’s a tram stop nearby (tram 13 goes straight to the city center). There’s a Migros right by the house, and a shopping mall (with H&M, Zara, a large Coop, etc.) about 10 minutes away.
Convenient self check-in system.
The parquet creaks.
A bit complicated registration

Spacious apartment
Our apartment was on the third floor, which was very difficult with two infants. We knew there was no lift or elevator, but I think that during the apartment selection process, it should have been indicated which apartments were suitable for families with small children. In addition, the host did not take into account that we had small children. They should have automatically given us an apartment on the first floor, since we made the reservation well in advance.
Water drainage in the bathroom is very slow.

I don't like the furniture, the beds creak a lot

Only plus point was the location near a grocery store.
Very disappointing stay. Poorly maintained apartment with pathetic cleanliness, below average linen, and cheap furniture. Utensils were old and in bad condition, and there was no dishwasher. Laundry was at an inconvenient place. Parking was very expensive and far away. Overall, not at all value for money – the owner needs serious improvements.

It was a comfortable and spacious for our family with trams and grocery store just in few minutes.
There was no lift and our apartment it was on third floor it was a bit difficult and microwave should be fixed in the kitchen as well. We had to face difficulties in parking our car because the blue line area was not near but without car the location is great.

Close to the tram station. Spacious.
We stayed in 301. It was old and not renovated recently. Toilet had stains. Kitchen tap didn’t have cold water. The kettle was very dirty and unusable. The photos do not match with the apartment we stayed in.

The location is excellent. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. It’s very close to public transportation, which made it easy to get around. There is a paid indoor parking area nearby, as well as a cheap and clean local restaurant and a supermarket all in the same spot.

Very well presented apartment and friendly host who met on arrival (Prince), helpful and respectful. Would definitely look to stay again in future.
Parking would be a challenge and very expensive and advise everyone to access parking by the building if available.

The location is very close to grocery stores and tram station. Handy enough to access. The whole apartment is clean and tidy. It’s a bonus point for the apartment is they provide us two fans for the summer
The downside is washing machine and dryer is at basement which is not so handy for laundry. No elevator for the apartment.

Nice location, kitchen was nice, view was nice
The bathroom was small. The location of the shower and toilet was awkward. The fan in one bedroom didn’t work. Even then the quality of the fans were not very good. In 2 of the 3 rooms the curtains were just lace which woke us up early in the morning. Consider adding blackout curtains to all the rooms. Big issue in the kitchen where we had to light the stove with a small lighter.
8.0 / 10.0
Very clean, everything works fine, quiet environment, great location with transportation and supermarket nearby. Instructions for checking in and wifi clear and handy. Even though temperature was high, the fans works well improving ventilation.
There should be a few more extension cords, as there are not enough sockets for phone charging, fans, lights at the same time.
8.0 / 10.0
Very accessible and good location. Instructions are clear & accomodating host.
It was a very humid weather, but they provided fans and just left windows open. It looks safe anyways

Location
Very aged and dated. Funky smell. No plugs for bath or kitchen sink. Poor lighting. Low beds. High step up into shower (over bath), no rail. No toaster or microwave. Oven didn’t work. Very squeaky floors. “Gardens” and surrounds poorly kept.

spacious, quiet neighbourhood, quick and easy checkin with passcode being sent via email. Prepayment before checkin. Checkout with key drop box. The buildings around have motion sensors lights which will turn on when surroundings are dark. A plus point for security. Toilet is brightly lit with mirror.
Very dated furnishings. Pillow is too thin only 1 pillow per guest.
Internal Main entrance lights is faulty, full mirror at main entrance is useless as lights are faulty.
One of the Kitchen’s lights not working so it was dark. No mirrors for doing makeup in bedrooms. One of the kitchen cabinets had a cockroach crawling around.
Cooker hob, Toaster and kettle is rusty qnd dirty.
Stove is gas not electric.
Very poorly ventilated living, dining and bedrooms with no airflow, no air conditioning even though it is spring, it is still hot and stuffy in apartment.
Small shower tub and had to wrestle with the moving shower curtain sticking to your body when showering.
Booked for 4 adults but was only given 3 small bottles of shower gel and soap.
Need to take local tram (no 13 and walk for 3 mins)
No lifts, luckily 2 bedrooms apartment is on 2nd floor.
Glad that it was a 1 night stay.

The steps going up. The washer and dryer machines take so long to finish. A load takes around 3-4 hours

Beds are quite uncomfortable. Can do with more cuttleries. The towel rail in the bathroom fell without us hanging anything.

The property is located in a shady place and a old building with lots of stairs. Not a good place to stay. Heating didn’t work as well.
Stay away from this place.

Daniella was very response and Prince went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and cared for. We apprecaite the location (very convenient with tram/s-bahn, short ride to Zurich HB), grocery store just a 4 min walk away.
