Avoid!

The rooms look nothing like on the pictures, no furniture other than the bed in the room! The add sayd "homestay" but reality it is a worst kind of packers hostel, very dirty- both the rooms and house. Very intense smoke smell... do not reccomend to anybody!

Pictures of the place were a lot nicer than the reality. Residents regularly smoked inside therefore the entire room always smelled like cigarettes. My clothing still smells. Lots of different random men not too creepy but if staying as a woman definitely better to have at least 3 people with you or else it is a bit uncomfortable. Barricaded the door at night because the lock was coming off its screws and door barely shut. Shower head had to be held as it had nothing to hold it up and water sprayed everywhere. Also got woken up at 5 am to EDM music shaking the entire room and didn’t end until 7am. This was truly the most cheap hotel ever, only plus was we got our own room vs staying in a hostel, but we were pretty shocked by the conditions. Would not stay here again but if you are a guy or a group of girls and can handle the stench of cigarettes at all times and don’t care about sleeping on top of your sheets then it’s fine. Just have the lowest expectations ever.

If I could back I would have stayed somewhere else

The pillows they provided to sleep on were very small throw pillows, the blankets had stains on them, the towels felt like sand paper and the mattress was incredibly hard and very uncomfortable. You can hear every word and movement from the other people staying there, it was tough to get a decent nights sleep. When checking in, there was no one there to assist you, you had to enter the last 4 of your booking number into a safe and it would spit out your room key. We did this with our booking number several times and nothing was happening, so we had to call the number listed there and they said to use a completely different code. Just felt very unorganized

The worst stay in hotel ever.

The owner can not enforce the good behavior rules in this hotel obviously. There was no piece at all, the people were slamming with the doors up until early morning. The people at the upper floor were noisy too, and moving the furniture obviously till early morning, meaning 1 AM, and then started to do the same at 5AM again. A totally disrespectful behavior. The cleaner did NOT touch our room in 4 days at all. We have decided to get out of there a day before as we already paid and we asked for refund for the last night which we didn't spend there. Guess what, there is no reply from them at all. DONT GO THERE. Here the rule you get what you pay doesn't apply, here you get less what you pay, no matter how cheap it is! The furniture is falling apart, it's obvious that the furniture has been brought from all over the places and thrown in to the rooms without even trying to make it comfortable for the visitors. Chair with broken castor wheels, adjustable office table set too high ( and you can not adjust it at all ) to be able to eat from it. Long story short, a total disaster!

The property was dirty. The management behaviour was very disrespectfull and rude. No one came to clean the property, we stayed there for 5 nights. Contacted the managment couple of times for cleanliness, The lady totally ignored.

All we needed had been prepared in the apartment. We can make the meals, boil the water and wash the dishes by the machine.

The soundproofing of the room is not good. We could heard the voice of neighbours in our room. There was no curtain in the shower to stop the water from spraying onto the floor outside.

stinking bedroom kitchen and bathroom our neighbour from another apartment was really annoying, he was smoking ( weed and cigarettes) in the kitchen, invited his friends to our shared kitchen which was really uncomfortable for us and the worst he and his friends were so loud even during the silent night, when one of my friends went to them to sam them if they could be silent because we want to sleep they talk like they didn t understand which was kinda disrespectfull bedclothes were dirty and in the bathroom were used cigarretes

Great if your neighbours are great

Great place, super soft bed, good linnen, clean no smell. They for sure deserve rating more than 5. Cute balcony, big kitchen, big fridge. It's true that the walls are thin and closing the door makes a loud noise, they just need to put some rubber on the door... The key locker didn't work, so we had to call the number that was written next to the box, the lady replied emediately and gave another code for keyes.

In the room next door there were some loud young Americans, walking like elephants at 6 in the morning! Some people really don't know how to travel, what it means to respect the quiet in the morning and evening. When the Americans left, the loud German couple came. Well maybe it's just this young generation that thinks we have to listen to their conversations...

It’s not nice to deceive people by posting photos of the room / studio that does not exist. Instead of a studio we got a room with shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen and it was in a run-down apartment.
