I booked for two person. But there was only one duvet and the second bett (sofa in the kitchen was not really comfortable).

We ask for a guest card, but they ignore our request. The main door has a problem opening at times. Sometimes, you have to wait 30 minutes to try to open the door. The door needs maintenance. The check is in another apartment nearby.

Fantastic stay

The apartment was in a great location. It was an easy walk to the tram station at Kalkbreite/bhf Wiedikon where you could take the number 2 tram to Bűrklipatz plaza or number 3 to the Zurich train station. The apartment was 300 mtres walking distance to a Coop supermarket which was well stocked. There was a number of different restuarants and bars closeby. The apartment itself was clean and very comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. While there were no face to face interactions with staff, they were prompt and helpful when responding to messages and requests. The online checkin requires you to register and collect keycard from a machine at a different address, located a short walk from the apartment.

The beds doona cover could be bigger to allow two people to sleep with out struggling for cover. Some minor suggestions, I would offer is to provide a baking dish to use in oven and a cutting board to help guests with food preparation.

Basic appartment a short walk from city centre

The apartment was clean and reasonably modern and well-equipped, although furnishing is fairly basic. The bedrooms were both a decent size and beds were comfortable. There are restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes walk and the city centre and railway station are walkable. We had only one issue with wifi which the host sorted out for us fairly promptly. Given the price of other places we stayed in Switzerland, this seemed value for money.

This accommodation is certainly not luxurious!

Easy Check-in and Check-out

The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly smooth. Thanks to the hotel’s systematic approach, I never had to wait. Everything was clearly explained in advance, so I encountered no issues when receiving the keys. Checking out was just as quick and hassle-free. This level of organization made my stay stress-free and comfortable.

Great potential, good location, responsive hosts

Location, style, value for money. Coffee shop/bar opposite. Shops and restaurants nearby.

The maintenance was terrible. The apartments are nicely designed and clearly were well thought out, but the maintenance was substandard. I stayed in two different apartments. Cupboard doors no longer aligned. Electrical faults. lights not working. Lots of annoying little things. That said, the team did respond and did try to fix things. So I must give credit to their willingness to solve the problems. I think Livingdowntown have the potential to be one of the better places to stay in Zurich, they just need to pay more attention to maintenance.

Misleading listing, disappointing stay.

Very misleading to advertise this as “luxury.” While the listing does state that the photos were not of the exact unit, the representation versus reality was very different. We arrived in the evening after a long travel day to find there were no towels in the apartment, meaning we couldn’t even shower. I messaged that night not expecting a reply until the next morning. At 10:30 a.m. we were told towels would be brought, but by 4:00 p.m. there were still none, and only after following up again did someone eventually deliver them. The shower itself didn’t feel very clean, and there were spiders in the corners which made me question how often the space is dusted or deep cleaned. Our booking explicitly stated we would have a balcony, which was a main reason we booked this property, but there was none. That alone was a huge disappointment and misleading. The walk to downtown was also longer than expected, making the location inconvenient. Overall, this was not even close to a “luxury” experience and not worth the price. In the future we will stick to hotels where we can count on amenities being as described and staff being available when needed.

Flawless Sleep Experience

The beds were incredibly comfortable! In most hotels, pillows are either too soft or too firm, but here they were just right. The bed was spacious, and the linens were of high-quality materials. The noise insulation was excellent; I wasn’t disturbed by any outside noise and had an uninterrupted night’s sleep. Since a good night’s sleep is crucial for me, especially on business trips, I was extremely satisfied with my sleeping experience here

Top-Level Hygiene and Order

Hygiene is one of the most important factors in my accommodation choices, and Living Downtown excelled in this regard. The apartment was spotless—even the floors were sparkling clean. The towels and sheets smelled fresh. The cleaning products and hygiene standards used in the bathroom were impressive. Daily cleaning was provided, and any missing items were immediately replaced.

Spacious and Bright Apartments

The modern design and spacious layout of the apartments made them extremely comfortable. The light-colored decor created an airy and refreshing atmosphere. The living area was large, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathrooms were brand new. I believe this is a perfect choice, especially for long-term stays. Having a comfortable space to relax in the evenings after a long day was a huge plus.

1-The two toilet’s of three bedroom apartment had no lock’s , and when asked for the same by whst’s up ,they didn’t respond even . 2-while checking in , they just opened the door of the apartment without giving any clarification or instructions. 3-the master room has no clothes cabinet or door ( zero privacy) 4- the stairs is slippery. 5- Parking for the apartment is not provided.

just perfect for a short stay

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made ourstay incredibly relaxing. The staff was warm and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Thank you for making our time in Switzerland so enjoyable!. I will definately recommend this to my colleagues.

Not worth the value but the location is good.

The space, the location

I was quite disappointed with this stay. The apartment was missing basic amenities like shampoo and shower gel, I had to call multiple times just to get these provided, which reflects poorly on the level of customer service. The space itself is very minimal and lacks comfort, definitely not what I would consider “luxury.” Most of the furnishings and items in the home felt cheap, and there was a serious issue with water leaking from the bathroom into the bedroom. On top of that, the smell of fresh paint was overwhelming throughout our stay. If you’re traveling with young children, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Great location but unprofessional service

Great location, near Wiedikon Zurich station, so it was easy to get trains and trams around. Also walkable to Zurich HB the main station in about 40 minutes.

Communication with their team wasn't great (slow or non-useful responses at times), we had to argue with them to put in the cot for our 7 month old baby (which we specified from the beginning), wifi was unreliable and they weren't responsive in trying to fix it. Also we would have expected some new towels and linen for a 6 night stay. Slightly unprofessional staffing and service here. Would not stay again.

Great location. Warm apartments, hard beds, weak WiFi

The location was great. Balconies/terrace were also nice to have.

1) WiFi didn’t work in any room apart from the living room and even there, it was weak. 2) Beds were very hard, which affected the sleep for our whole company. 3) We went in July and it was around 23-26 degrees C and the apartment (top floor) became very warm, particularly on the second floor. Not the companies fault of course, but good to keep in mind. 4) The check-in machine was dead, we called two times with no answer. Then a nice woman from the company came and helped us but had to go get the keys so we lost some time, not much but still annoying that it didn’t work as instructed.

Excellent Cleanliness and Comfort

The moment I stepped into the apartment, I was greeted by the fresh scent of cleanliness. Exceptional attention had been given to hygiene, especially in the bathroom and kitchen. The towels and bed linens were spotless, as if freshly washed. The beds were spacious and incredibly comfortable. I had a perfect night’s sleep after a long day. Waking up refreshed in the morning is one of my top priorities, and I experienced just that here.

Clean and spacious apartment. Best things was restaurant next door, great breakfast and friendly staff (not included in price).

The amenities were less. Point of Contact was responsive before six. Post that difficult to reach. Hence had to wait a lot with Heavy Luggage for a while. Tea & Coffe supplied wasnot enough for booking of 3.

The facility is located in Wiedikon, close to the airport by train S2, 17mins. Easy to walk around. 2bedroom apartment is spacious for a family of three. Bed is comfortable.

The booked apartment was not available - the so-called upgrade was not all comparable with the beautiful place I booked and expected. I contacted the landlord directly but without any answer.

The hair dryer cannot be used because the plug cannot fit in the power point. The kettle is rusted and should be replaced. it may caused health hazard.

A perfect stay for 4 people who are intent to most of Zurich and places around zurich.

it’s had everything that we needed, the rooms were spacious.. perfectly located just 5 mins walk from nearest bus stop/tram stop and station.

Rooms temperature was bit too hot for us, and we couldn’t find the switch or remote that controlled it .. but did open the windows when it got too hot for us ..

room is spacious and location is fair enough from downtown. 15-20 minutes walk

you self-check-in in one building and no indication that you are actually in a different one. need some extra information. it’s a real nightmare to enter the building with the card system and manipulations. must be changed really. bathroom door couldn’t close properly. no shampoo available. couldn’t find heater as we felt cold. tv should be in the living room. bed was small and mattress was not of the most comfortable. 2 small blankets? weird.
