Good Location, close to public transportation.
Dated dirty rooms, with curtains burned through with cigarettes. Pictures do no corespond to actually state of the room. Staff was absent andreplied with delay via Whatsapp. Very poor noise isolation and hygiene, including entry to the building, which smelled like vomit. Shower door was broken and there were couple of times when only cold water was available (our stay was 3 nights).

Self checkin system failed and unable to contact hotel by phone or messaging for several hours. Wifi kept dropping out. Rooms were spacious but poorly maintained ( broken exhaust fan in kitchen, bathroom door lock broken, no handle to wardrobe door, broken windows). Beds were uncomfortable and pillows super thin.

Comfortable, but not quiet.
The checkin machine is ok, although a bit slow. Also, it does not take American Express, even though the listing said it did. Opening the front door of the building is not obvious, but usually it was left open.
The rooms are large and the apt is nicely laid out.
The building smells like fried chicken (it is above a fried chicken restaurant). It is definitely not quiet -- there was a loud party below that went on until 1 am on Friday night, and street noise is audible at all times, even with the shutters closed. Many small things are broken -- the shower head, the coffee maker, one room doesn't have outlets, no beside lights. The property could be vastly improved very easily.

The location was great and the size of the apartment was good.
It wasn’t very well stocked. The pillows were awful. There were lots of closets, but no hangars. The living room/dining room were in one of the bedrooms.

Unfortunately we had a room on first floor nextdoor to where they started building work a 7am!
The washing machine leaked water on first use but was fixed by the cleaning staff.

Only one dining chair for two people! Dine in shifts, I guess!

Made contact to leave bags before check in. Had to wait at the door for more than 30 mins before someone turned up.
They checked us in as the room was ready but we had to wait another 20 minutes or so to get a key!
Overall, we were left with the impression that this was a room which was raided when other rooms had problems and as is often the case, these rooms are used for booking.com users!

Every thing it has to be completely reinventing also there was a little ironing table with no iron and toilet seat very bad and discomfort ,shower is broken and you have to fix to take a shower , doors very old and bad scratches , furniture and curtains are old and is making the apartment very dark also not enough lights.

Clean and good value. Kitchen was quite bare in terms of utensils. No coffee pods were available with machines.
Check in process was chaotic. The machine outside didn’t work full stop, and we arrived at 10pm (having told them we would) and no one responded to messages for
20 minutes - we thought we would be stranded.

I disdained to touch anything in this apartment, especially in the bathroom.
Property is about 30 walking minutes from the city center. We had to wait 15 minutes to collect keys.
Apartment is not clean enough and definitely can use an update.

No AC or fans. Hot, uncomfortable bedrooms for overnight sleep . We were given 1 key only for a large group, difficult to communicate and received an additional key late the day before departure. Minimal kitchen supplies

Nothing positive to say. Decent transport links via tram to Zurich HB. However the apartment is on a busy road and above a restaurant so is extremely noisy, day and night.
On arrival the self-check in did not work. The entrance is dirty and shared with the kitchen porters of the restaurant who use it to remove rubbish. Next to the front door is the collection point for food delivery drivers. The restaurant kitchen is opposite the lift to the upper floors and unless you love the smell of fried chicken is unpleasant. Restaurant staff are friendly but everyone is tripping over each other at this main entrance.
The apartment was very hot. No air conditioning, two fans were provided for three bedrooms. We had to leave windows open at night due to hot weather and the noise from the street made it impossible to rest.
The floors were in very bad repair with dangerous door sills into two rooms. As my father is 83, I was constantly worried he would trip and fall. Main bedroom door does not close properly.
There is a pest problem with cockroaches, most likely due to open drains in the bathroom sink and shower. The bathroom was a disgrace - the shower head leaked and broke after 1 day (it took 36 hours and numerous calls to get a repair). Toilet seat was loose/broken. Sink area was dirty and no plug. Shower was dirty, no drain cover and far too small. Walls filthy especially in the bathroom. The doors and walls throughout are marked, dirty and in need of painting.

Kitchen tap was loose and about to snap off, which would have flooded the apartment.
Noise from upstairs neighbours at night.
Balcony floor is at an alarming angle, not flat but sloping away from the doors.
It's not obvious from the photos but the main bedroom must also serve as the living room with a dining table and chairs. The small bedroom is tiny and stuffy. Two of the window shutters did not work.
Bedding was not good. Pillows were terrible in particular.
When we contacted the company about the shower and general issues, we did not receive satisfactory responses.

A deeply unpleasant and unsanitary stay ruined by a cockroach infestation and zero support from the
I strongly advise against booking this property. Before my arrival, I contacted the hotel to express serious concerns about cleanliness, especially after reading reviews about cockroach problems. I asked them to make sure the apartment would be clean and pest-free, as two people in our group have skin conditions that make hygiene essential.
Unfortunately, our experience was worse than expected. The apartment was infested with cockroaches – especially in the kitchen and bathroom – to the point that we couldn’t even enter those rooms. It was both disgusting and distressing. We reported the issue right away and asked for the apartment to be cleaned or for another solution, but no one came to help us during our entire stay.
This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The lack of hygiene and complete disregard for guest safety and comfort is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

Worst Place Ever - Roaches Everywhere... My Kids Screamed to Leave
NOTHING - My whole family asked to stay somewhere else. Lockbox was out of order and had to call a number so someone could come and give us keys. It was raining and were stuck outside while we waited. After they gave us the keys we left for dinner and then they did not work to let us back in - we had to call again while being locked out in the rain. Roaches everywhere, concert restaurant below that blasted music until midnight. NO INTERNET
Roaches everywhere - my kids would scream as they were in the shower - roaches ran across the floor. There was not one or two - it's infested. Turn on the kitchen light and 30 would scatter all over the counters and clean dishes. The apartment is above a fried chicken place that plays techno music until midnight- so loud it shook our room and door. It was awful and no Internet at all - I bugged the person so much they finally put a new modem out for us and that did not work either. The ignored me the rest of the time I was there. I wish I could get all my money back... It's basically a hostel party place that should be $20 a night - if you dont mind the roaches crawling all over you at night. I cant believe I paid 700USD for two nights in this place. Booking.com should have to answer for this.

-Lamp was broken and no one came to fix after multiple complaints, the other lamp is very dim in the room where we had to turn on our phone torch light to do packing in the night
-Space is not clean and bed sheet felt very dusty
-Wifi not accessible at all
-No proper check out instructions, requested for late check out but only response after we checked out.

Kitchen and bathroom is full of cockroaches. Also, apartment is next to the road so it is very loud if you decide to leave your windows open during the night (it was quite hot). WiFi is not working very well and out of 6 people, only one was able to connect.

Spacious apartment in a great location
The location is great. Right around the corner from the Wawel Castle. There are restaurants and local stores nearby. The apartment is spacious with 2 bathrooms which is great when traveling with a group. The communication with the host was great- very responsive and accommodating. The host was super helpful with arranging transfers to Auschwitz’s and to the airport.

Do not book this property.
Many things not working:
- no wifi
- dishwasher as "defekt"
- poor sound isolation
- just above a restaurant with all the smells, noise and having the door window open during the day
- very reduced cuttlery. Just a pot and a pan
- knobs are not fixed, and some wood on the doors is broken. We were locked in a room accidentally
- deal to park seemed very sketchy
- absolute silence from the property. It took more than 72h for them to fix the wifi, and considered all the previously mentioned issues as normal

Great central location. Apartment was pretty clean for the most part. Well priced.
We got a an apartment that reeked like smoke although it was meant to be no smoking. The window ledges were low and it would have been dangerous to open the windows with my kids so we really suffered the first night. There were some gross looking bigs that night as well. When I told the company about the smoking they agreed that someone smoked there before us and they offered me a discount on the next trip which we aren't exactly planning...

Comfortable and spacious property in the heart of Zurich
Property is newly refurbished and clean. Parking has been reserved and arranged for with a fee.
1) All the TVs in the property were not working and this is the basic facility that needs to addressed. 2) The pillows were too small and uncomfortable
3) There was no toaster in the property, again a basic facility that requires revisiting.

Unexpectedly good apartment
Beautiful apartment. Really close to either the tram or train station, makes moving within or in out of Zurich very easy.
Some things were not working properly, like the bathroom door can't be fully closed, and the wifi was not available in our first 2 day stay. These are just minor inconvenience.

We had a great stay!
Everything was pretty much awesome! We had an amazing New Year's celebration with my friends in Zurich and this cozy apartment helped us to feel like home while doing that :)
Some furniture parts were not in its best condition (for example, chairs). Also we lacked a wider choice of cooking utensils for frying and baking.

Very good
We stay very well in this apartment. The house is clean, the room is sufficient for our needs, and the bed is comfortable. The position is very good because it's near to the stops of the tram that will bring you in any direction. There are many restaurants & supermarkets around. And most of all, you get all of it in a friendly price. We stayed only for two nights but if in the future we decided to visit Zurich again for sure we will stay again here
