La latitanza del personale nel gestire il doppia prelievo della tassa di soggiorno errata, in quanto ero da solo mi hanno prelevato il doppio. Nonostante lo avessi fatto notare 4 giorni prima, mi è stato sempre detto "stiamo risolvendo" etc etc. Pessimi, appartamento mini e senza futuro, claustrofobico. Evitate assolutamente.

Lo que nos gustó fue la ubicación a una parada de la estación central en tren, también estaba cerca el tranvía, un barrio muy tranquilo y el alojamiento tenía de todo. Fuimos en diciembre y dentro de la habitación se estaba caliente y agusto

El colchón ya necesita un cambio y las almohadas igual todo lo demás bien

Lo staff è stato molto cordiale. Ci ha fatto trovare l’asciugacapelli nonostante non fosse previsto.

L’appartamento si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e vicino alla fermata del tram per raggiungere velocemente il centro in pochi minuti. L’immobile aveva l’essenziale. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Pochi servizi nei dintorni. La tv non era collegata all’antenna; il wifi presente in stanza era troppo debole e non ci ha consentito di utilizzare le app di streaming. Il pavimento era un po’ sporco.

Byt se nachází v dobré lokalitě, ale.....

Byt se nacházel nedaleko stanice tramvaje, obchody a restaurace byly v okolí.

Jedná je o velmi malý byt, myslím, že je uvedeno 25m2, nemyslím, že tomu odpovídá byt, nebo je měřen včetně venkovní terasy. Nemá žádné okna, jen balkónové dveře, které nejdou zcela otevřít, můžete se však protáhnout. Dveře jsou polepené neprůhlednou folii, což je velká škoda.(nechápu proč nad balkónovými dveřmi je potom záclona, zatemňovací závěs by udělal asi větší službu). K dispozici byl kávovar, překvapila mne pouze jedna kapsle kávy ač jsme v bytě byli 2, na 4 noci. Na manželské posteli, jsme měli nachystanou pouze jednu přikrývku na spaní, ač jsme byli dva......

Merkezi bir konumda oluşu iyiydi. Ev sahibi iletişime açıktı ve mesajlarıma hızlı dönüş sağladı. Küçük bir oda olmasına rağmen mutfak gereksinimleri iyi düşünülmüştü. Banyo kullanışlıydı.

Oda bir kişi için ideal, ancak iki kişi için küçüktü. Balkon kapısı zor açılıyordu. Banyodaki lavobo gideri tıkalıydı, su zor gidiyordu.
