Good stay, a few small things would have made it a bit better.

It was a great size and very clean. In a good location. Easy to check in. They allowed us to check in early.

The lack of communication with the owner regarding the possibility of car parking. We had to find an underground parking in the city and we paid 54 francs for one night.

Enjoyed it - would book again.

The location was fantastic - very close to bus, tram, train stations. The hosting agency was very responsive and accommodating - they changed my apartment on Day 2 because I had issues with the apartment I had checked into on Day 1; as well, they provided me with a microwave when I requested one because the stove in the apartment was not working. The washer-and-dryer units in the apartment was a blessing - Zurich is not the easiest place to get one's laundry done outside.

Would have appreciated checks on full functioning of the apartments before I checked in and avoiding problems altogether, rather than having to reach out to the agency with requests - it was inconvenient, and made the first couple of days of my stay stressful.

Beautiful apartments

Free Upgrade on arrival to a brand new massive 2-bedroom apartment. Stunning. Immaculately clean with every possible utility (could do with oven gloves). Location was excellent for trams to the centre (5 min walk + 10 min tram) very simple to navigate on SBB app

Bit of a mix up with the rooms when we arrived so that wasted a lot of our time. Free upgraded to a 2 bedroom massive apartment but it had a bathtub and I specifically needed a walk in shower due to a knee injury. Balcony backed onto a bit of wasteland backyard but did the job for a cigarette. Work was still going on in the building so there was some noise at times. Area was a little rough late at night walking home from tram stop

The lack of air conditioning was a little problematic (but there were 2 fans) and there is no black out curtains or shutters on one bedroom which makes it a little hard to sleep.

The location was good near the trams accessible to the main station. Close to supermarkets, and cafes, restaurant. The kitchen facilities were very good, enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening.

A pleasant stay at the heart of Zurich.

With two seperate rooms, a living space and a kitchen, it is speciauos enough for a family of four with all the basic amenities. The apartment is located on a upper floor of the building which is accesible by an elevator. Cleanliness was good. Kitchen utensils and consumables as well as the bathroom supplies were sufficient. The nearest tram station Lochergut is just a five minutes walk which is connected with the Zurich HB station via tram Line 3.

The bathroom door lock was broken, we were in somewhat awkward scenario regarding the usage of the bathroom. On the first day, while we were trying to reach the apartmnent from Zurich HB station, the owner guided us to get off at Weidikon station (instead of Lochergut) which is about 15 minutes walk and we had trouble carrying our luggages.

Convenient location, near train station and tram line with Zurich city centre just a few stops away. Clean and comfortable with lovely private little balcony

There were shutters on the bedroom window which were difficult to open/close and no curtains. No instructions for cooker, coffee machine, dishwasher. Lacked personal touches like a basic welcome pack (milk, tea, coffee, sugar)

we were supposed to collect from a lock box but it was broken so they communicated this to us and met at the location to supply key and take payment on the spot

the same night of checking in and being told to text via whattapp if we need anything, I had to advise the two shower heads were loose/ one came off the main connection and this was not ideal, did not hear from anyone the next two days and checked out without any comms

Excellent location, building has elevator, big apartment with washer and dryer. Balcony was nice

Self check in machine did not accept our booking confirmation number so start of vacation was very stressful. After we flew across the Atlantic we ended up stuck on street on Sunday night in Zurich. After a lot of ordeal we managed to finally see owner . Everything was resolved and next four days were nice. We are moving back to strictly book hotels where you have front desk and live person.

Spacious apartment, easily connected to public transport.

Property was spacious and clean. Check in process was quite straightforward. Host was accommodating in allowing us to keep our luggage in their store room past check out hours which helped us alot. We also unexpectedly hired a car for which the host allowed us to park on in their reserved spots 1 min walk from the property for 25CHF per night. Well connected to public transport, max 10 min walk to Zurich HB train station alongside 5 mins walk to Wiekidon station.

Tv didn’t work, messaged the host multiple times about this but got ignored so stayed 3 days without being able to watch the tv however wasn’t too much of an issue as a-lot of our time was spent outside. W we’re hoping the bathroom would have basic amenities i.e shower gel etc but there wasn’t anything which was a bit disappointing. Would have been good if the property had aircon as upon checking in the apartment was very very hot due to no ventilation. There is a lidl close by otherwise the location of the apartment is quite quiet. Bed’s could have been a bit more comfortable.

Very disappointing.

Nothing. The apartment doesn’t look at all like in the pictures. The owners never reply in time. There is no wifi and nobody helps with blocking parking as well. There are no utensils in the kitchen as well. Extremely disappointed with the over all experience.

The place was clean and good location

There was no curtains in one of the rooms and the host didn’t care. They don’t respond to messages as soon as you check in. I sent messages requesting for this but they never got back. I called but they cut the line

Lovely apartment, terrible beds.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was great and check in was easy. Unfortunately the beds were the worst I have ever experienced in many years of travelling. They were extremely hard, but you could feel every spring. The pillows were also clumpy, and only 1 provided per bed with no spares to be found. We actually slept on the sofa both nights, which was better than the beds! Defeating the point of getting a 2 bed apartment.

Very disappointed

The property wasn’t as picture shown,the TV was place on a table next to dining table. All furnitures were quite run down,cabinets door are warps and entire premise isnt clean. Never mentioned hows the check in procedure in advance ,it was just a automated machine nearby and nobody guide you to the apartment etc.

Spacious and nice apartment with a balcony. Location is good. Everything was near by such as restaurants, super markets bars etc. Apartment is walking distance to Langestraße and very close to tram station. Apartment it self is nothing fancy or premium as the name suggest but it is decent enough.

Bad communication and customer service! the key card machine only generated one key card even when we selected option to print two. we tried reaching them but no response until next day. they couldn't provide the key card even the next day when eventhough we were told the card will be left for us there at the day end. s we had to coordinate back n forth to wait for each other to reach back in time together or take the card. third day they told us we can give the card but at 5 pm. which means we should come back at 5 pm to take the card or wait for them. it was ridiculous! secondly the kitchen needs some major stocking of cutlery glasses pots pans and accessories etc. there is so much kitchen space but everything is empty. only a couple of items available. not very good for cooking.

We would have liked to have a bedside lamp than to switch on and off the main ceiling light in the bedroom at night.
