Second home in Zurich!

They don’t have smart tv, bring your laptop top if you want to watch Netflix or you tube.

Spacious apartment with kitchen

2 bd is really spacious and having a kitchen made it so much easier with a baby. Everything was clean and the place is comfortable. There's an entrance door that opens with a code and the key box where you get the key was at the end of the corridor near the elevator.

The location is superb just 3 minutes away fram tram stop and Wiedikon train station, which is one stop away from Zurich HB the main station.

The location is near and walking distance to the train station. Nearby have nice takeaway food food and bakery.

Lovely clean apartment

Lovely apartment with a great amount of space for a stay with children. Kitchen and bathroom both very clean amd functional. Loved that there was a coffee machine and some supplies provided.

The location was a little far to main christmas markets and sights especially with young children.

Lovely stay in Zurich!

Excellent customer service! Thank you Daniella for your prompt response and to Ahmed for an excellent 5 star service!!!!The location is situated just 5 mins walk to Wiedikon train station which has a direct line to Zurich HB (3mins) and Zurich Airport (~20mins). There is also tram stop right opposite the station which takes you direct to the central area too (Trams 9 and 14). There is a halal groceries/meat shop opposite the station, and another one nearer to the other Wiedikon tram stop. Coop + bakery shop is also nearby. The washing machine and dryer area was a bonus as we didn’t have to bring home dirty laundry :) Would definitely stay again!!

The TV could have been upgraded to a Smart TV :)

Less tissue papers, After bath, Water inside bathroom was getting accumulated on the floor. Possibly levelling issue during construction and not linked to drainage.

Looks great in photos, but the reality was uncomfortable, outdated, and poorly managed.

Not much good to say, except for the location (very convenient, close to the downtown and train station)

We were honestly very disappointed with our stay. The photos made the place look much nicer than it actually is. The room was in poor condition, the blankets smelled bad, and the kitchen utensils were very old. It was also quite noisy, and there were no restaurants or shops nearby. The check-in process was the most frustrating part due to we couldn’t do it online, and the host was very rude when giving us the instructions. We were traveling with a baby, and they charged extra for the crib, which felt unreasonable. The elevator was extremely small, it couldn’t fit one person with two suitcases. On top of that, guests are required to wash all dishes before leaving, or they charge a fine. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and we wouldn’t stay here again.

Overall great place to stay!

We were on a family trip with 2 adults and 1 teen. The accommodations were simple but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is a short (<5 minute walk) from the train station and has easy access to restaurants and activities. The owner was quick to respond to questions and overall we were very happy with our stay.

The biggest concern I had was the bathtub. It sits really high off the ground and after you shower it's very slippery, there is a big step down, and nothing to hold onto. Also be aware that the luggage storage area is not secured so leave items there at your own risk.

Great place, good location and super hosts.

The apartment is great. Good Internet. The location is one train stop away from Zurich central station (HBF) which is convenient. There was also a COOP grocery store nearby which was open from 7 to 11 p.m. The owner left us snacks and water bottles to welcome us. The kitchen was equipped with essentials and even had oven gloves ( which we discovered on the last day, not that we needed them).

Very spacious, comfortable beds. Good location near train and tram stations.

The exterior and check in, key was not available at check in time, I had to telephone, I was able to access room about 30 minutes after the stated check in time.

Apartment 25 minutes walk from Zürich old town

It was in a convenient area. There were washing machines and tumble dryers available for guests. Linens, surfaces and bathroom facilities were very clean. The fans worked well to keep the rooms cool at night.

The second bathroom mentioned in the details was a cloakroom style toilet with small hand basin and there was only a sofa bed, not sofa and sofa bed as listed.. The balcony was off one of the bedrooms and the views were a residential street or a scruffy communal garden area. The tumble dryer was not in the apartment. The building and apartment were clean overall but had a stale smell and more attention needed to be paid to corners, which were not particularly well cleaned. The luggage storage area was not secure.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and fully equipped with everything I needed. The washing machine was spotless and easy to use. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. What impressed me the most was the professionalism of the staff. Everything was well-organized, and the place was managed with great care and attention to detail. I highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!

The apartment was very spacious for a group of friends! The sofa bed was quite comfortable! The dryers did not work that well but was still nice to have use of.

Not the best place to stay in Summer

Apartment was quite spacious and I liked the laundry facilities

Property did not have air conditioning. It was hard to stay in the property during the day as it is hot.The elevator was small and old . 2 nd day around 6 am I found the elevator was not working . When I called the support service , they asked “ Is the there anyone inside the elevator ?”that was an irresponsible answer. Also, please note that there is no secure parking near by . If you are travelling with considerable number of luggages, it will be hard to find roadside parking and take the luggages to the apartments.

Great location and space, but has no AC

Very spacious, two bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. TV with many channels. Team was very helpful and service oriented

When I originally booked this, I had selected air conditioning as a filter. The apartment did not have air conditioning, instead, it had fans. First night was good, no issues, mostly because it felt less hot. But second night some of us had trouble sleeping because of lack conditioning.

It’s close to train station with walking distance.

There was not an air conditioning and hot in June. We had to open all windows with bugs flew inside the unit. This unit was on the 6th floor- it’s an attic, the temperature was inside 23-25 C degrees. I would not recommend anyone here stay on the 6th floor. The bathroom had no curtain and ceiling was low and hit my head after finished a shower. They supplies only one bath towel and I had to share with my daughter.

Good location, close to train station.

There was no cleaning arrangement of apartment even though our stay was for 5 nights. Door of the only balcony (from kitchen) in the apartment was jammed with wooden wedge as it was broken and it appeared that it was in that condition from sometime. The door should have been fixed before giving it to any guest.

Zurich Pride weekend perfect location

The apartment is perfect located and connected with many transportation options. Inside it's very spacious and equipped with all essential amenities. The agency communicated all the information in details and self check-in process was smooth.

The shower gels and shampoos provided were very small and barely sufficient for the number of people renting the apartment.

Location Generally happy because of price.

- No air-conditioning (It was 32 degrees! I should have checked! My fault) - Dated decor - No modern TV, no netflix - Toilet was clogged, we fixed it 😄 I'm still working on holiday! - Shower head was old, black sut blocked the holes where the water comes out. One of the highlights of our experience was the excellent service we received from the concierge. He was not only polite and welcoming, but also extremely helpful throughout our stay. On our departure day, after we had checked out, he kindly offered to keep our luggage safe until it was time for us to leave the city. This thoughtful gesture allowed us to enjoy our last hours in Zurich without any stress. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The outside of the building is not that nice, but literally everything else was perfect. No complaints!

Large apartment with 2 bathrooms, and free laundry room. They provide some complementary snacks. Good TV with a very large channel selection. Within walking distance to Wiedikon main station that has a direct line to the airport.

The apartment state could be improved. Also, there are some instruction signs that reminded me of a dorm. The elevator is very small.

Comfortable and roomy

Roomy, convenient to public transportation, nice balcony on a side street. The fast elevator fit 1 person with luggage at a time. Nice landlord who gave us an extra half hour for checkout when we were moving slow at the local 10 am. Very clear, contactless, but unlocked , luggage storage available.

It was a little warm, but the several electric fans solved that problem.

Location, Spacious, Quite and Confortable

The appartment is very confortable and spacious, despite to be in a busy road, the double glasses avoid all the noise…Nice terrace where you can seat for a meal ir coffee Al fresco, has all the facolities for a pleasant stay…Confortable and extra pillows and Duvels and wash facilities downstairs…Perfect!
