Good location and very clean place with all kitchen facilities available and support from apartment team

The apartment was very neat and had everything my family needed for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. It is located very close to several stores and amenities and a walking distance to various transportation.

The AC didn’t work and the manager had to replace two stand alone units but it took two days before the ac worked and it was over 90 degrees outside and very hot inside. One of the AC wasn’t vented properly and when they vented it properly it still didn’t work because there wasn’t enough clearance. And the unit had another issue anyway so they changed unit but set up the same. I figured out how to give it more clearance and it worked really well. One room didn’t have windows so couldn’t even try to cool it at night. They provided a fan for that room but it can’t enough so we brought a fan from the upstairs bedroom down (two fans sort of keep the room coolish). It was so humid that we had to empty the drip pans on the AC units several times a day. The refrigerator froze our food because the latch to freezer was broken. They admitted they knew it was broken but “it was expensive “to repair”. There were no instructions for operating washer/dryer. We figured it out but the. The dryer got an error code and the manager said he would have to get technician to fix it but with no timeframe for doing such. So I looked up manual online and the error code just indicated the room was too humid so we opened window and soft reset the machine and it worked. They should have known that or at least should have come over to check it out and used the troubleshooting manual to fix it.
