Spacious and centrally located flat

Place is very spacious, clean and close to the train station. Overall we had a good experience staying in this accommodation and would recommend it.

1. There was a strip of wood on the floor that needed fixing and was a safety hazard. 2. Provision of prescribed bin liners (rather than buying it) would have made things simpler. 3. Provide more than 1 EVVA access from the start if spare keys were not available.

Central location with all you would need for a comfortable stay.

Very central location. 10 minute walk from the train station. Aldi supermarket on the walk back from the train which was great for groceries. Facilities in the studio were ample for what we needed. Nice and warm with under floor heating. Nice large balcony. A hair dryer was supplied - should update their facilities to show this as I brought a hair dryer with me based on a previous review. Hand soap, washing up liquid and a few tablets for the dish washer were supplied but nothing else as far as a welcome pack.

No WiFi. Reported it on the Friday when we arrived but due to nobody being available over the weekend we got no response. Even though we stayed until the Tuesday we still had no contact. Pretty poor customer service response.

Not bad but won’t recommend until hair dryer and hand soap is at least provided.

Location, comfortable bed and perfect space for 1-2 people. The washing machine was a plus.

No hairdryer!!! I have never been to an airbnb stay where there was no hairdryer. I was disappointed because I have think hair and didn’t want to walk wet hair in 0 deg weather. There was also no hand c soap in bathroom, no salt, pepper, paper towels, coffee or tea packets in kitchen. What is the point of a kitchen if there basics aren’t there?

It was very clean and comfortable apartment for our family, The railway is very close to the house, but no noise enters the house. Staff was helpful and apartment was near to station HB and many attractions

Lovely, warm, bright apartment near train station. Well equipped & spacious

Property was not cleaned on arrival, took around 4 hours to sort - even once the apartment had been ‘cleaned’ noticed that the bed sheets had not been changed and hair in the bed/pillows. The company did sort this and apologised but was a pain after a long day travelling, think we was just unlucky Apartment did not have hair dryer, luckily we borrowed from the apartment next door

Great place to stay - For sure an option for my next visit to Zurich

They shared the best welcome kit I ever received, with a lot of detailed information, they work in a professional way and I needed support from them out of working hours and they helped me. They have a modern system to share the Key (you need to study a little bit to learn) but works pretty well. This place is also really well located close to Zurich Station and with few facilities close to it.

They need to improve the amenities they offer, for example we were in 4 adults and 1 child, and they offered only 3 big towels and 3 medium, also comparing with other places we stayed, they had few amenities for travellers like napkings, detergent, salt, sugar, olive oil, that helps a lot for who is staying for 1 or 2 nights and doenst makes sense to buy 500ml of olive oil or garbage bags.

Φτάσαμε βράδυ ενώ είχαμε κλείσει για 4 άτομα και κανονικά πρέπει να είναι έτοιμα όλα στρωμένα έπρεπε να ανοίξουμε εμείς τον καναπέ και να στρώσουμε το κρεβάτι και το στρώμα του καναπέ είχε τριχες(βρωμικο) το θεώρησαν απαραδεκτο. Μετά προσπαθήσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε τους υπεύθυνους και ήταν πολύ αγενής και απλά μας έφεραν καινούργια σεντόνια ούτε σαπούνι για τα χέρια δν είχε !

Posizione ottima, prezzo davvero conveniente. Abbastanza pulito. I due bagni sono risultati comodi, visto che eravamo in 7. Presente macchinetta del caffé nespresso. Abbiamo parcheggiato sotto casa con disco orario.

Molto faticosi i contatti prima di arrivare: hanno chiesto pagamento in anticipo delle tasse di soggiorno e avevano dato disponibilità per 1 parcheggio. Abbiamo pagato in anticipo anche per il parcheggio, ma il giorno prima di partire ci hanno detto che il parcheggio non era più disponibile, nonostante avessimo già pagato e dopo 12 giorni ancora non hanno rimborsato. Faticoso anche la procedura con app AirKey per il primo accesso alla casa.

Muy recomendable. Acogedor y de ubicación excelente.

La casita es perfecta para una familia pequeña. Es muy cómodo, tiene casi todo lo que puedas necesitar (cocina, vajilla, lavadora, secadora, nevera, lavavajillas, utensilios de limpieza, toallas...). Acogedora, te sientes como en casa. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. La ubicación es excelente, estás andando muy cerca del centro, hay bares, pubs, supermercados, todo alrededor. De verdad muy recomendable!

Lo único que falta son jabones y/o geles en el baño. Tuvimos que salir a comprarlos. Además de un secador, que considero esencial (y más si viajas con niños). Lo solicitamos por favor pero no obtuvimos respuesta alguna.
