I liked everything. What’s not to like. Modern stylish, thought of everything a traveller needs. Very very good
Nothing a didn’t like. I would easily stay again and recommend it highly.

Only got the code to the key box 1/2 hour before arrival time. The key box is through a ground floor gate, and you have to be on the ground to retrieve it. We were watched by people around, so didn’t feel very safe doing this. It seems the owner lives on the premises, so surely could be arranged better

Breakfast was not provided: just a few coffee capsules.
No elevator: we struggled to get our suitcase up and down three flights of stairs.
Pillows were as hard as a rock.
No television.
Only 1 comfortable chair: the other 3 were wobbly and cheap. We were unable to sit up and read.
No soap in the shower: used the hand soap from the bathroom sink.
