Ideal location for walking Zurich old town, transport centre and shopping/eating. Spotlessly clean. Really comfortable and large apartment.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Kitchen and utensils are good. The location is great, the tram station is only 50-100 meters away from the hotel. And it takes only 3 stops to reach Zurich HB. Check-in is very easy as we can contact the staffs at the hotel lobby to make a check-in for us once we arrive.
Because it is located near the tram station, so it is a bit noisy at night, if you don’t close all the windows.

Location is good but not great. Close to the train and bus station is great but old town is about 20 min walk. And there is nothing around 3-5 min walk.
Apartment size is nice but the furniture is basic and not comfortable at all. They can upgrade the mattresses, provide extra pillows, get some cushions for the couch, and most importantly if possible add AC. It was 90 degree Fahrenheit everyday and just a basic fan does not cut it.
Kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms while far away from the bedrooms were clean and nice.
