EMA House Serviced Apartments Superior Downtown

Very spacious serviced apartment with great amenities: large kitchen with all appliances, large bathroom with washer and dryer, very comfortable bed and immaculately clean bed linens. The views from the windows were great. The apartment is very close to Zurich Hauptbahnhof (main train station) - about 10min walk though I always took the tram. It is about 50m from the nearest tram station - Zurich Beckenhof.

The building did not have a reception. Reception was present at the next building. For my stay of 5 nights, the property provided only one complimentary washing detergent, which was for only one wash cycle. They would charge 1 CHF for every additional washing detergent. For this price range of the property, it is very cheap to ask for detergent charges.

Spacious modern apartment. Tram runs to station from right outside the building. Staff were friendly and attended to any concerns we had promptly. Would highly recommend.

Location is good but not great. Close to the train and bus station is great but old town is about 20 min walk. And there is nothing around 3-5 min walk. Apartment size is nice but the furniture is basic and not comfortable at all. They can upgrade the mattresses, provide extra pillows, get some cushions for the couch, and most importantly if possible add AC. It was 90 degree Fahrenheit everyday and just a basic fan does not cut it. Kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms while far away from the bedrooms were clean and nice.
