The house’s arriving conditions are so hard by climbing to the flat with heavy 2 luggage

Clean and Good location

It esas on the 5th floor and it wasn’t mentioned on the voucher and I was not aware of that there was not a lift. There were not any recycled slippers.

Not an issue for a few days stay, however if you have a lot of bags or are not very mobile , the lack of a lift could be a problem

There are lots of stairs which is challenging when carrying luggage up and down the steps. This apartment is on the 5th floor. Just be sure all can handle lots of steps!

Amazing place highly recommend

AMAZING! Spacious apartment. Clean. Lovely furnishings. So comfortable. Communication has been amazing and quick. Remo was so helpful. Stored luggage for us on check out day and helped us carry them down the stairs.

Très bien, mais 5ème sans ascenseur!

L'emplacement très central est très pratique. Le logement est très propre et spacieux. Les lits sont confortables. La décoration est plutôt sympa, et l'équipement de l'appartement est très bien.

Il manque vraiment un peu plus de mise en évidence du fait que l'appartement est au 5ème étage sans ascenseur. Il faut bien en être conscient, car cela peut être un problème pour certaines familles ou quantités de bagages... Egalement, si vous aimez dormir avec les portes des chambres ouvertes, il faut savoir qu'il y a des portes semi-transparentes avec l'allée, et que la lumière s'y allume par intermittence sous l'effet de détecteurs de mouvements extrêmement sensibles... pour nous qui gardions la porte ouverte pour entendre notre enfant dans une autre chambre, c'était très très dérangeant.

Endroit parfait pour découvrir Zurich

Appartement très bien situé à proximité du centre de Zurich, tout est très facile d'accès à pied ou en tramway. Très joliment décoré, confortable et spacieux. Certes il est au 5 ème étage (escalier) mais vous entendez moins les bruits de la rue et la vue sur l'université de médecine est sympa. Matériel propre et récent : machine à laver, four, lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur. Une gentille attention à l'arrivée avec de quoi préparer un repas. Sel, poivre, huile présents dans la cuisine, très pratique. Friedrich est un hôte attentionné.

Les matelas sont assez mous et il faudrait prévoir un peu plus d'équipements en cuisine, nous n'avions que 4 ou 5 fourchettes et couteaux, très peu d'assiettes, pas d'épluche légumes (nous en avons acheté un sur place que nous avons de ce fait laissé), quelques mugs seraient également les bienvenues.

Muy buena ubicación , muy espacioso y hermosa decoración de interiores

No cambió nuestra experiencia pero si fue un poco agotador subir y bajar por las escaleras 6 maletas al quinto piso

La comodidad y el diseño de cada ambiente

No sabíamos que teníamos que subir escaleras, mi papá es un poco mayor y con problemas de rodillas, hubiera preferido planta baja
