Japanese toilet kept opening and closing at random times (including while you were trying to use it. It wasn’t clear how to control the temperature of the apartment

Zürich trip

The location is 2 minutes walk from Zurich HB, city center is about 3 walk and the old town is about 5 minutes walk. It was super clean and very well-equipped. There was a shower bidet in the both bathrooms

The value of money is quite high given the fact that it isn’t a fully serviced apartment. The high volume of emails and messages will get you confused

Beautiful modern apartment

Spacious, clean, well-stocked kitchen, coffee and tea, nice location, bidet, many high end and automated conveniences On-site wines, beer, juice, sodas, Red Bull and water available for purchase

The 3 window A/C units didn’t cool all that well, given the size of the apartment

I request for refund and I’m waiting the response from yesterday

Dear Mr. Butler, As you are aware, I faced significant issues during my stay, particularly with the electricity and air conditioning not working in the master bedroom. I was really unsatisfied with the lack of customer service from the apartment team, as no one came to assist me in person. I had to stay until midnight without electricity, until you remotely opened the electrical room — and even then, I was the one who had to search for and turn on the switches myself. Unfortunately, the power to both bedrooms was again cut early in the morning. Due to these repeated issues with electricity and air conditioning, I was unable to sleep well yesterday, and the services were not up to an acceptable standard. Regarding the minibar, I only used the complimentary water. I will check out at 10:30 AM today. Given the inconvenience and discomfort caused, I am highly requesting a refund for one night. Scamy Security Deposit

The Property will take 500 CHF Deposit. After chekout they didnt pay the deposit back and are writing me that i have smoked in the apartemtn even if i dont smoke. I dont reccomend you to stay here.!

A perfect modern cozy pied-a-terre in Zurich!

Hello! I am absolutely in love with your hotel. I have been traveling and staying in the best hotels around the world for over 4 decades and this is clearly the future. Congratulations on a novel concept very well executed! I will definitely be staying with you again in the future. I could easily find myself staying here for weeks at a time. Everything you could possibly imagine is catered for.

Probably the best stay in Zurich

Just opposite to the railway station and hence this is in a busy and easily accessible neighborhood. Rooms were of good size and the technology used in them are superb. Amazing quality all around.

the facility was fully equipped and very well furnished. all what you need is there.

the location is very limited with available car parking so you have to park very far to avoid the high car park rate. also it was very noisy at night especially at the weekends as the property has bars and restaurants down there. the ac ducting system leaves an opening from the window which allow the smoke and noise come from the window.
