When we'll come back, it will be here

The place was very clean and very welcoming. We appreciated that the heating was turned on when we arrived and also that it was available for the duration of the stay. The bed was very comfy. The lake is also at a 10 minute walk from the property and it's a nice spot to visit. We found a small park at the edge of it. The fact that we had a locked garage for our car was very much appreciated and eliminated the anxiety for finding parking. Excellent host also. We arrived kinda late and the host was available to answer our questions even at the late hour. Thank you for giving us an awesome experience.

Great stay, looking forward to the next

Love the self-check in, and the flat was small but absolutely cozy and well thought-out. Free washing machines and dryers. The cleaners are great and friendly. The area is just close to the lake and nature.

There was no extra lock on the door and cleaners enter without knocking. The cleaners came in even when I had specified that I had not wanted cleaning. And just be prepared to hear your neighbours - I had the misfortune of being next to someone who whined constantly and I could hear her through the walls (if you were a guest in the first week of Nov, yes I could hear you and your clubbing music, and you over (which is a miracle) your clubbing music at 2am). That being said the area is really peaceful and quiet and I had great sleeps when said neighbour wasn't acting up.

A luxury bedsit. Comfortable with fully equipped kitchen and a nice balcony. Nice, quiet and leafy area. A short walk to the lake and a few tram stops into the centre. A pleasant walk along the lake into the city.

Very convenient apartment in a great location.

Very helpful and friendly staff, both at the apartment block and at the administration centre. Excellent location, a short walk from the Zurichhorn park (Chinagarten, Corbusier Pavilion, jetty for river and lake cruises, safe lake swimming) and from the brilliant University Botanic Garden. Bonus was to watch the fireflies dancing under the street lamp, just feet from our balcony.

Very minor niggles: brighter lighting would have been good, especially for readers as opposed to television watchers. The table was rather small for two people to eat at, but we managed!

Great location, good apartment, and pricey for what if offers.

Excellent location, good apartment, but tricky if you come by car. We had to leave or car in the street as property's garage was booked, the nearby garage was busy, and finding a parking on the street was a nightmare. Not really want you want as a guest of the their most expensive apartment.

The kitchen could have basic cooking products such as oil/salt/pepper, as well as basic cleaning supplies such as paper towel. That saves guests from the hassle of having to buy such items for a short trip.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely area

A fantastic 2 night stay in this lovely apartment. Its on a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area, a quick tram ride into the city centre. We loved its position close to the lake and twice took the ferry into the city centre rather than the tram. The apartment was new, well equipped and communication from the host was excellent. There is storage in the basement for leaving baggage.

Spacious and well located

Right next to the HB railway lines, so noisy. No aircon. The mobile unit was a big help in cooling the bedroom, but the rest of the unit remained hot.

No way of cooling the rooms and with it being so hot a fan just didn’t help. The bathroom fan was very loud…perhaps a fault? Can hear people upstairs walking about until the early hours…but again this can be an issue in all flats. Would stay again despite these little niggles as otherwise it’s perfect.

It was pretty tight quarters and very hot - we slept with all 3 doors open and the blinds up and it still did not cool down. It had no air flow.

Slightly out of the centre this apartment was in a nice suburb and close to the lake for a walk into the centre.plenty of good shops close by and of course the trans and buses make it very easy to get around.

It is a small flat, with a smaller double bed, but we managed ok for two older people.

Good accommodation, great location but uncomfortable in hot weather.

The door code instructions were easy to follow, amenities were plentiful and the accommodation itself was very clean and modern. Easy transport links and close to a lovely park by the lake.

There was no A/C, so the room was very hot at night. The shower also lacks a door, so the water easily splashes into the bathroom floor. We also noticed when you turned the main light switch off, the wall extension lead sockets beside the bed turned off making it hard to charge devices.

Excellent appartment near the lake

Nicely decorated appartment, fully equiped and very clean. Comfortable bed and cosy bathroom. It had all we needed including coffee / boiler. Location is perfect, 5 mins from the lake and tram. Self check-in and out was really easy. Staff were very helpful and welcoming via messages throughout our stay and responded very fast to any questions. It really exceeded our expectations.

Our stay in Zurich was absolutely fantastic, and a big part of that was thanks to this amazing accommodation. From the very beginning, communication was quick, clear, and easy — they responded to our email with questions almost immediately. When we arrived, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness, the well-organized space, and the tasteful decor. The apartment is small but perfectly suited our needs for preparing a simple breakfast (note: there's no microwave) and getting a good night’s sleep. The location couldn't be better — right in the heart of everything. We honestly have nothing negative to say. This place truly helped make our Zurich experience a 5-star one. Thank you so much!

Enjoyed our stay here

The property is impeccably maintained and exceptionally clean. It boasts excellent connectivity to nearby tram and bus stations, ensuring hassle-free transportation. A variety of grocery shopping options are available, with Coop stores just a short 4-5 minute walk away. Upon our arrival during the Easter holidays, we were delighted to find chocolates and cookies in the apartment lobby, adding a warm touch to our stay. The owner is extremely responsive and accommodating. Additionally, there are several nearby restaurants where you can enjoy a delightful dining experience. The property also offers convenient amenities, including laundry facilities in the basement and small wooden sections where luggage can be stored. Moreover, major attractions like Zurich Lake and China Garden are nearby, allowing for easy access to scenic views and relaxing outdoor spaces. Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Zürich at a Good Price? Cosmopolitan Apartments Hits the Mark.

The location is absolutely incredible, especially for the price. Nestled right behind the Chinagarten in the Seefeld quarter, about a 20-30 minute walk from central Zürich, but easily accessible by public tram. The room included a kitchen stocked with dishes, glasses, pans, a coffee maker, a water boiler. Complimentary gifts were waiting for me when I arrived on top of it all. Plus there's a Coop (Swiss grocery store) within a three minute walk. Absolutely fantastic. The hosts were always responsive and kind. I will be back.
