Excellent location - easy access to everything. Spacious and well appointed.

Excellent location for new years! Fireworks at end of street. Easy tram access to everything and quiet location. Spacious and clean. Well appointed.

Noise from upstairs apartment - heard every footstep. Shower over bath is difficult to navigate as glass screen doesn’t stay in place. Tiny lift - one person and 1 suitcase - takes time to get everything up.

Absolutely great apartment

The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Great location with Coop supermarket a 5 minute walk and pharmacy. Streetcar right outside. Perfect!

Enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again!

The location was great. A bit outside of old town but still completely walkable and very quiet but with some great restaurants, shops and markets around. Located right between two tram stops but again, we still walked everywhere. The host that checked us in was so kind and knowledgeable. The apartment was incredibly clean, well equipped and comfortable.

The pillows could use some work but I think it’s a European thing so it would not prevent me from staying here again. Housekeeping also rang our bell quite early on 2 different occasions but when we told them we were still there and wouldn’t be leaving yet, they were very nice and accommodating. It would also be nice if they offered luggage storage but we were able to store our luggage elsewhere using Stasher. But the fact you have to meet someone at the apartment at a specific time to be checked in was somewhat difficult when traveling can be so unpredictable.

Much room, the 2 bathrooms was luxurious, the water was hot, everything was clean and the kitchen and amenities were new and well stocked. Just an all around comfortable apartment.

The lift wasn’t always working which was a struggle to get up and down 5 flights of stairs with a pram at times. It was a really small lift as well.

The location was fantastic and the units were in very good condition.

One of the units was advertised as having A/C but one of the two bedrooms in that unit did not have A/C. That should be made clear. The kitchen could use some additional utensils.

They managed to arrange early check-in which was great as we flew for 13 hours and we have 3 children one being less than 3 years old. We also got a 2nd floor apartment as requested.

mixed review. Florastrasse 30 was disappointing. however last few days at EMA House were great.

noise issues in the first property at Florastrasse 30 were rectified after the police were called, and we were moved to EMA House

initially the noise. low quality building at Florastrasse 30, noisy but spacious. EMA House a quality building , clean, quiet and restful.

Great for families - large space, beautifully furnished, easy transport options

Really large space, very clean, nicely furnished. Kitchen had everything you would need, washing machine and dryer. Location is short walk ( less than 5 min) to a tram stop - takes you to old town or train station. Area is a lovely mix of shops, residential, retail etc. A great choice for a family.

Excellent apartment with a super location, not enough soundproofing and air conditioning.

Very comfortable apartments for families with children. The apartment has everything you need very comfortable and clean. The only drawback is the noise from the tram.

The noise of a passing tram can be heard until 1 am. There are not enough air conditioners, because in August the apartment is very hot and stuffy.
