Excellent location for new years! Fireworks at end of street. Easy tram access to everything and quiet location. Spacious and clean. Well appointed.
Noise from upstairs apartment - heard every footstep.
Shower over bath is difficult to navigate as glass screen doesn’t stay in place.
Tiny lift - one person and 1 suitcase - takes time to get everything up.

washing machine wasn’t working. poor service for changing towels and etc
check in arrangement, no option was to drop up the luggage’s early at the property, had to pay double taxi fare to drop and collect the luggage’s from office.
