Excellent location, room is clean and staff is very friendly and helpful with quick response!

This was our second time in this room, and once again, it was fantastic. We loved the spaciousness, the closet space, the air conditioning, and the balconies. It was great that the A/C worked so well—very pleasant during the hot days :-) Parking in the courtyard is also a big plus. Excellent service from both the hostess and the housekeeping staff. Great location—close to the lake, the tram stop, etc. We also attended the Street Parade; the starting point was just a 5-minute walk away. That was really convenient.

Location good size plenty of room for clothes

Kitchen no room for foodstuffs no empty cupboards. Covering at bathroom window doesn’t quite cover the window off putting when on the toilet. Living room soulless needs some objects on all the empty shelves cushions on sofa terrible

It was close to tram station.

We stayed there end of June 2026, and you can really feel the summer, they should put 2 stand fan. 1 is not enough even though you open all the windows! Per night is kinda expensive and having only 1 fan during summer??
