EMA House Serviced Apartments Seefeld

Very responsive customer service who will respond to my enquiries within a day or less. There was someone waiting for my arrival at the premises to handover the apartment to me and explained the amenities. Full kitchen with washer/dryer is extremely useful. Tram is a few minutes walk away. Overall very satisfied with me stay.

Noise from construction next door.

Really happy with the apartment - while these are never the most stylish places in terms of fixtures and fittings it was more than comfortable and everything worked as it should. It was great to have the room after being in hotels. Kitchen was well appointed - modern appliances and large fridge was appreciated Washing machine was great, but took a little while to figure out how to best use it Bathroom was good sized and had decent water pressure Living areas had full sized table and a lounge - more than met our needs Bedroom was comfortable and sufficient hanging space to unpack fully as we were there for 8 or 9 nights Loved the location in Seefeld - easy walk to tram, coffee shops, COOP, restaurants etc - loved being close to the city but in a quieter neighbourhood, easy access to the lake if you wanted that as well.

Only issue is the construction going on next door - we were told about this so it wasn't an issue and the noise didn't disrupt our stay as such - note that there is a lot of renovations going on in the area, so check when booking

Very clean and the staff were lovely and helpful. The location was excellent.

The pillows were terrible. Building noise also annoying.

It was close to tram station.

We stayed there end of June 2026, and you can really feel the summer, they should put 2 stand fan. 1 is not enough even though you open all the windows! Per night is kinda expensive and having only 1 fan during summer??
