Location and felt like home from home. Extremely well equipped , including BBC, ITV and Channel 5 on the TV, lots of channels. This is a proper one bedroom flat. Will definitely see if it’s available if I need to come to Zurich again .

Fantastic location and everything you need for a home away from home. And the staff are great, really look after you and very responsive if you need something fixed.
There’s nothing I don’t like! The current building renovations next door is not great, but it was well communicated before my stay, so no issues. To be honest, it was not that bad.

Prime location in the heart of peaceful and family friendly Seefeld, within reasonable walking distance to the Lake and just a few tram stops to the Stadelhofen (Central) train station and the Zurich HB.
The 1-bedroom apartment was a good size for our family of 2 adults and a 9yo for a week in Zurich.
The fully equipped kitchen was great for cooking meals and we slept well.
Overall, we had a good experience and will gladly recommend the Apartment.
Due to some ongoing construction work in the adjacent building during our stay (we were informed in advance), we had to request for an apartment change. However, this was addressed promptly by the EMA team and we were well settled in the replacement apartment.
Housekeeping was a little patchy during our one-week stay (eg. missing 3rd person towels).
Laundry detergent was not complimentary after the first day and had to be requested for purchase.

The location is pretty close to old town and property is located in a quiet residential area, there is also a Coop nearby to grab meals.
1) The aircon wasn’t cooling the room as the aircon is very small and not appropriate for a big apartment. I was constantly sweating even with the aircon on. I had consciously booked an aircon room as I cannot keep curtains/windows open as I’m sensitive to light and sounds. I followed up many times but didn’t get a solution. Asked for a fan but that never arrived.
2) Requested one hour late checkout on last day as I was down with fever and needed more time to pack but was refused stating ‘We are fully booked and the room needs to be cleaned.’ I checked out at 11.10 am and asked them to send cleaner to check the room. Got a reply at 11.45 that the cleaners are on break and they will check the room later. So they could have extended my checkout but they just didn’t care. Also their checkin time is 3 pm so I refuse to believe that the cleaner needs 4 hours to clean a room.
3) If you need to leave your luggage you need to travel far from the property to store it as they cannot store at the property for you.
The property is great but I wish they could have managed it better and had more courteous staff.
