Well equipped modern and had what we needed

Apartment was very well equipped, modern & spotlessly clean. The washer/dryer was helpful in that you could reduce the amount of clothes you brought. It was really comfortable & we had a relaxing stay.

I would visit again

Before you arrive, the team reaches out to you actively and accommodate as much as possible. once you arrive, you use a phone at the lobby and they come to find you in 5 minutes. Elevator is a bit small, but it's European thing, I guess. Overall, it was such a nice place, location is great as well. you just need to use either taxi or tram number 11 or 14 to get there. Not the 7! 7 will lead you to the back of the building and there's a hill. quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes walking distance from the main train station.

Spacious well-equipped apartment.

A lovely spacious apartment equipped with everything you'd need, including a Swiss power adaptor which came in very handy for us! Clean, comfortable, great shower, separate toilet, washer/dryer & a dishwasher in a quiet area about 10mins walk from the Hauptbahnhof (central railway station). Polite helpful staff.

Very spacious. Very very clean. Evwrything we needed was there. Kettle, nespresso, toaster, big refrigerator, many electrical outlets, washer dryer. 2 sinks in the bathroom. Big shower, great water pressure. Close to Zurich HB about a 15min walk and central area. Close to tram

Main bathroom was accessed from one of the bedrooms rather than separate. Minor point, we were told cleaners would come in the afternoon but they kept coming in the morning.. + no plug in main bathroom sink.

In general, it was a very enjoyable stay

It’s very clean and modern. For our families air conditioning and washer-dryer are also big plus points. The neighbourhood is very quite. Furthermore, the staff are super friendly and responsive

The lift is very small, and because ours was duplex apt, some walls are slanted and we bumped our heads few times accidentally and the cleaning only happens 3 times per week

More accurate info re where to get groceries. We were directed to Denner, but there was a closer little shop just up the hill that we found by chance the second day. Both shops were good!

A super pleasant stay at a modern clean studio at a reasonable price

What was an impeccable service provided by professional team at EMA Property. The property look absolutely beautiful and modern and clean, plus the amenities are sufficient and accommodative. Instructions and supports during the stay were wonderful, cannot fault anything It is in quite location (but absolutely safe) and super convenient to get to the central either by walk or public transport. We cannot wait to next visit to Switzerland.

Perfect stay in Zurich

It wasn't far from the downtown area (10 min walk) and a block from the tram we took to many places. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and store food as we were trying not to spend too much going out. It's in a beautiful building, but I get the impression people stay there for work as there were businesses across the street. I loved how quiet was at night. It was perfect for our family for four nights!

Everything was great about the apartment, I just wish it hadn't rained so much during our stay. Can't help Mother Nature!

I have never experienced such a clean apartment. Everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. The EMA team is absolutely amazing! They respond to inquiries and questions immediately, and always with professionalism and friendliness. Their attention to detail and customer service made this a truly pleasant stay. Lovely welcoming and unforgettable!

The service desk/receptionist team were extremely helpful. The service desk was clean, spacious and comfortable. We were offered fruit and water upon checkin. We were given chocolate wafers and a large glass water bottle at checkin. The apartment was like home. Clean comfortable and convenient. I would recommend this company and stay to anyone that wants to be close to the train, and city center. The apartment was literally steps from the train.

I wish I could have stayed longer. No complaints.

The location was convenient. Clean. Comfortable beds. Spacious apartment.

The chairs around the table are not the right chairs for the space. All 3 of us, hurt our toes at least twice each because the legs are awkward and stick out when you walk past. Also, while the heat works in the 2nd floor (the loft) the 1st floor was still cold. Also we bumped our heads a couple of times on the slanted low ceilings.

Everything, from the reception to the room! Staff is very welcoming & friendly. Service is super efficient. Cleanliness is superb and the location is perfect! Not too far from main shopping yet surrounding is quiet. Will definitely recommend my friends & family 😀

modern, clean, well equipped apartment good neighbourhood, good transport links to town center and airport friendly, responsive, helpful host

motion detector lights in bathroom and no way to turn them off, coffee capsules only once, would have appreciated a welcome pack (some food, drinks, etc...)
