EMA House Serviced Apartments Aussersihl

The apartment was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, and we loved the convenient location near shops, restaurants, and public transport. Everything was very clean.

The only suggestion we would kindly make is regarding the lack of air conditioning. When we opened the window, we unfortunately had a few insects, including cockroaches and spiders, come inside. Improved window screens or pest control would be a great addition. Thank you for an otherwise pleasant stay.

It was so well kept and equipped. Had everything you would’ve needed. Loads of space, too!

I think in this day and age, internet should not be bad. Here, it’s not horrible of course, but it’s not suitable for a content creator or programmer or anyone needing fast internet. I’m not one! 😅 but just letting you know the internet is not great. I also think the response from staff to disturbance could be better. There was a party in the apartment below me and when I called the number provided the guy said ‘oh there’s nothing we can do but you can call the police’ I mean, that’s fine… but if you can’t do anything, then your policies mean nothing. People are free to party because you’re not going to enforce anything.
