Excellent stay with wonderful service and conveniently located

The good location and there was a very nice (Michelin 1 start) Peruvian Restaurant 1 min away from the apartment. Close enough to the nearest Hardbrucke Train Station, COOP supermarket. Small grocery right downstair is a BIG PLUS too. Housekeeping and the office support was really good. Truly can be a home away from home : )

Perfect stay in Zurich apartments – fully equipped, great location and service

The apartment is fully equipped. There was absolutely everything we needed. We were nicely surprised by a complimentary bottle of water, coffee capsules, tea and small treats. The kitchen is very well equipped and even had paper towels. In the bathroom, it was very pleasant to find small bottles of good quality shower gel, conditioner and shampoo. The apartment has a balcony with a view of a small garden below. The location is about a 25–30 minute walk from the city centre or around 10 minutes by taxi. From the airport it takes about 15 minutes in ideal conditions and around 30–40 minutes in the evening with traffic. A very kind girl met us, showed us the apartment, handed over the keys and shared her contact details in case we needed anything. The bed is comfortable and there is also a sofa in the living room. Wi-Fi worked well. It was very convenient to have a desk with a lamp for work, and the notebook with a pencil, just like in good hotels, was a very nice touch. They also left a power adapter for us. The apartment was clean with fresh towels and bed linen.

The neighbours were noisy during the weekend. We expected Zurich to be a quiet city with respect for the noise regulations, but unfortunately, they could be clearly heard through the wall. That said, this is not really a downside of the apartment itself, but rather a building feature and the lack of consideration from the neighbours who decided to have karaoke until 1 a.m.

Location was good and apartment was a good size. Best part was it has dishwasher, washer/dryer and kitchen

Had to put in some maintenance requests just after checking in. But they came in next day and took care of things quickly

Clean, quiet neighbourhood, shops and restaurants close by, lots of space for two

Shower hamdle was broken, bit the staff fixed it immediatly as soon as they got our msg. The app.was not cold, but after sitting a while I always felt cold and somehow needed an extta layer or shawl for warmth

My husband and I stayed here for a week when we were visiting our son who lives in Zürich. It was superb! The bedding was heaven, especially after a day of sightseeing and walking. We'll be back next year!!!

Spacious, clean and comfortable!

Well presented apartment. Loved the space and cleanliness and the fact it was serviced on set days. Great location close to trams, grocery shop and restaurants. Staff were great on arrival to meet and show how to use facilities and local area.

Only feedback is an upgrade on TV to allow international guests access to their streaming services would be great for watching shows in their own language for relaxation.

The apartment is great.

The place is very spacious compared staying in a hotel. Communication with the staff was great- the staff was very quick in respondinf. The apartment is a short distance to the tram station. We were able to use the washington machine which was a big plus.

Nothing but probably instead of providing door keys would be easier to have fobs.

Location was fabulous with lots of restaurants in the area. Public transport was just down the road and only a short tram ride into the city. Lovely spacious apartment.

Fantastic stay. Location cannot be beat.

The flat was just a 20 min taxi ride from the airport. Communication was excellent beforehand so it made meeting the agent, collecting the keys and entering the unit upon arrival very fast and efficient. Maja toured the flat with us and explained everything. The unit was very clean and had all that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds and linens were so very comfortable that I wanted to take the bed home with me! The location cannot be beat. So many restaurants within walking distance. A short walk to the trams that took us to shopping and the train station. The area is lovely. We met so many friendly people (and their dogs) when we were out. One thing to be aware of is the loud music that plays Fri and Sat nights from 8pm-midnight. We do not know which club it was coming from in the area as we weren't aware there were any. We don't go to bed early so it did not interrupt our sleep but we did have to, disappointingly, close the windows to block some of the noise. It was just a minor inconvenience and would NEVER stop us from staying there again. There was far too much to love about the flat as well as the service we received to consider staying elsewhere. And we truly thank management for the fans in the unit. They can be a rarity in rentals. We had a few warm days during our stay. They really helped circulate the air to keep the unit cooler.

I would request a folding drying rack would be helpful. The washer is a washer/dryer combo and anyone who uses them has probably found that they do not do a good job of drying the clothes. As there was no rack, we washed our clothes there, put them into a bag and took them to a small self-serve launderette a few minutes walk down the street and dried them there. Only a minor inconvenience.

On the whole a good apartment reasonably close to everything with plenty of room within.

The bed could of been a little better and nicer pillows would of been good , four maybe instead of 3 . Brighter lights in the main living area would also of been welcome.

Horror!! Avoid during summers or if you expect good customer service or traveling with kids

The apartment seems somewhat spacious and brighter walls. They helped with early-checkin but after a lot of explanations and begging and pleas that I had to present.

- Difficult to schedule a time for keys pickup. the management is really rigid on timings as the location has no staff onsite for checkins or any ad-hoc spontaneous service requests. - As there is no AC (as advertised) , we were expecting enough fans ( atleast one good quality fan in each room). When the weather outside starts warming up above 18C under the morning sun, the apartment heats up into a pressure cooker like heat by noon. All the management did was provide two mediocre pedestal that barely circulated air in a single room. When asked for more, the host said they have run out of fans for the entire weekend. - Our entire family including infant was sleepless for 3 nights. We abandoned the property and moved to a hotel on the 4th day after 3 sleepless nights. - The streets are noisy during nights as well. The first day was an excuse of a bike event but the rest of times there were teenage kids on the streets blasting music beyond midnight. - There were flies and bugs crawling into the apartment at night when you absolutely have to keep the windows open for cool air from outside. A helpless dilemma indeed. - An apartment complex building is being demolished about 100 meters away. The clamorous metallic noise of the construction equipment and the dozens of trucks in and out was making it impossible for our family to communicate with each other between 7AM and 5PM. Our recommendation to families is to avoid this property and management company at all costs.

Amazing experience with true value for money

The property is an amazing location, 300m from tram station and surrounded by awesome restaurants. The hosts were really gracious, took time to explain the city, things we can do with our family. They also helped us store our luggage post checkout so we could roam around the city. This was also value for money since room are neat and clean, get serviced almost alternate days and really spacious with a good view.

While we coordinated for our keys with the property, it would be great if they can have a self checkin option in future.

Good apartment in a quieter area around Zurich.

Great sized apartment, good facilities and check in process was very easy. Two upright fans were provided as it doesn’t have aircon which was very helpful with the summer weather. Detergents were provided for the washing machine as well.

It felt like home

Very spacious, clean and well equipped. Very close to tram stop with Lines 2 and 3 that take you everywhere. Safe neighborhood. Huge coop supermarket at a very short walking distance and lively restaurants around.

Nothing that I didn’t like. Maybe some additional basics could be added to the kitchen such as salt, pepper, olive oil…these would make the experience super-optimal:)

No air conditioning, however this is very common in Europe and we were provided with 2 fans which were amble to cool us down and the ventilation by shutters on the windows let you control how much sun and breeze came in

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, complete and clean apartment. Very lively but decent neighbourhood. Five minutes walk to supermarket and tram. Glad that we booked the comfortable parking space in the basement garage.

Clean, spacious, accessible by public transport, in a nice area. Had a lot of essentials like an iron, good washing machine and dishwasher.

This is not a complaint but a suggestion. It would be good to include some more essential appliances, like strainers for tea and pasta making, some more washing supplies.
