Good location. Comfortable.
It would have been good if they had provided 2 coffee pods for each day, including decaf, a laundry detergent for each day & a small milk for each cup of coffee. Install some ceiling fans.

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped with washing machine and kitchen facilities. Although no Airconditioning the 2 fans provided were sufficient for a good nights sleep. Apartment was very close to tram 2 and Tram 3. We were met at 3 pm by a lovely lady who was very welcoming. Very quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommend
As we arrived from overseas at 8:00 there was nowhere to leave our bags so we selected alternate close accommodation for our first night so we could store luggage both days.
Really there was nothing to dislike.

This apartment is very clean , location is safe and convenient . There are many grocery stores near this apartment. I would like to recommend this property for travel Zurich. The most impressive thing about this staying : 1, easy communication . I always get reply quickly when I have any questions need to ask; customer service is excellent . the day when I arrived, it was later than scheduled due to flight delay. The lady ( sorry that I don't know how to spell her name here) , she is waiting for me at the gate of building, no any complaint, only has her smiling face and professional greeting, she showed me everything and leave me the key. When. I told her that I need to do a quick grocery shopping before store closed 10pm. There's only more than 10 mins left before close, she said that she can drive me there . Such a lovely lady. She took me there and I did my grocery shopping then. The first night makes me wonder this country is best quality not only for products, but qualify of people and life. 2, cleanses, odorless in the apartment, no strange chemical scented smell ( some places even high stars hotel which use some chemical perfume to try to cover the smell) the chemical smell always makes me nausea, but in this apartment, they are same like my home just feel fresh and comfortable.
There are my experience of this staying. I will choose here again when I have chance to visit Zurich next time.
