Great location and super host

Very good communications either way host both before and during stay. Great location with many grocery stores, cafes, playgrounds etc within a 10 minute walk. The apartment was comfortable and spacious enough for our family (2 adults and 2 young kids) and a crib and high chair were provided for our baby.

Great host, cosy apartment!

Me and my mum were unfamiliar getting the keys out as we had a very late check in. Called the host, Tonino, he immediately came over and even go out of his way to helped us with our luggages, a big luggage and also two small one as there were few steps to the floor. He was so warm and friendly. Host was very very responsive. Towels, and even shampoo/ body soap all provided. Fully equipped cooking utensils with microwave and fridge which was great. Host also provided teabags and coffee machine was available. What was really great! He came over to bid us farewell during checking out and help us again for our luggages! Great host! Just a short walk to the train station and trams..very convenient!

Good location, excellent transport facilities, well equipped property

There was only a sofa to sit on in the lounge: a couple of comfortable chairs in addition would be nice. Additionally it was tricky having only one key to share between 4 adults. I think a spare key would help.

Perfect Apartment for Adventures in and around Zurich

I think this was a fabulous place to stay with everything we needed. We travelled there for the 100km hike around Lake Zurich and just had some different needs regarding a location. It was amazing that there was a tub so we could ice our legs, a washer/dryer in the basement for the smelly stuff, a second key in case somebody needs to get in earlier. It is a very big apartment, it can be a bit noisy, when people come home from going out (but that’s also because it’s such a quiet street). The location was unbeatable. Direct tram to the train station and a short walk to the next sbahn that takes you to the airport.

Very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Great location - close to tram stop and to grocery stores. Facilities included Smart TV with Netflix subscription. After long and extensivr day of travel, we enjoyed quiet evening watching movies.

The location is well connected to zurich city through trams. The property is comfortable and has the needed facilities for a family to stay. The owner was also very good and accomodated us on an early arrival. Recommend this place is zurich is your base

A well-located and quiet apartment with potential, but lacking in basic amenities and comfort relative to the price.

We stayed in this apartment during a short visit to Zurich. The location is excellent—situated in a lively part of the city with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The apartment is quiet, and the beds are comfortable. Bedroom fans were effective and quiet, and the host, Tonino, was responsive and easy to reach.

The apartment is minimally equipped. Each guest was provided with one medium-sized bath towel and one hand towel with no extras available. In the kitchen, there was only one washcloth, one dish towel, and one well worn sponge. The towels developed a noticeable mildew odor after a single use and likely need to be replaced or, at a minimum, run through a sanitizing cycle. The kitchen was also understocked, lacking enough basic dishes for food prep and missing so many common items like aluminum foil, cling wrap, and basic seasonings. There were 2 empty bottles of oil, 3 mystery spices or seasonings in unmarked bags, and that’s about it. Upon arrival, there was a significant fruit fly issue in the kitchen. We addressed this ourselves by cleaning and setting out traps. In summer, duvets are way too warm, and there were no top sheets or additional bedding available. We ended up removing the duvet and using the duvet covers as lightweight blankets, which worked due to the relatively mild temperatures during our stay. The living room sofa is quite small and not comfortable for group seating. With three people, we needed to bring in dining chairs to sit together. The bathroom lighting is especially inadequate. It consists only of a dim fluorescent light embedded in the mirror. It is not suitable for tasks such as shaving or applying makeup, and there is no overhead or alternative lighting source in the bathroom. The only outlet for a hair appliance is behind the mirror. The fabric shower curtain also needs replaced. This apartment has solid potential due to its location and quiet setting, but it currently falls short in terms of comfort and amenities. With some basic upgrades, it could offer a much better experience for guests. Given the rate (just over $1000 USD for 2 nights), we expected a few more basic amenities and better comfort in the living spaces.

L'appartement n'a pas de parking. Il nest pas simple de se garer dans la rue par moment. Gratuit la nuit si vous avez une place.ll y a des places à proximité mais il faut arriver au bon moment et faites attention à respecter l'horodateur

Tolle Unterkunft in Nähe Lochergut

Tolle zentrale Lage in angesagter Umgebung, alles Wichtige war vorhanden (sogar Netflix). Die Betten waren bequem und die Zimmer geräumig. Schnelle Reaktion auf Frage und angenehme Kommunikation. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie in der Nähe.

Ausstattung war nicht wirklich auf 4 Personen ausgelegt (Geschirr, Sofa). Heizung im Bad funktionierte nur ansatzweise. Trittgeräusche aus Wohnung darüber recht laut. Wäre alles dem Aussttatungsniveau beim Fernseher entsprechend eingerichtet gewesen, hätte der Preis eher angemessen gewirkt😉.
