Comodidad excelente. Ubicación perfecta. El responsable del apartamento nos prestó una atención inmejorable. Todo muy limpio y aseado.

El ascensor nos dio varios sustos. No funcionaba correctamente. Es pequeño.

Good location, quiet, decently supplied kitchen, good size bedrooms and living room, nicely decorated. Well maintained--there was no damage to functional items (cabinet doors, plumbing fixtures, towel racks, shutters, windows, doors, etc).

Description of apartment location within the building was ambiguous and the apartment had no number to indicate whether we were at the correct door. The only way to determine whether we had the correct apartment was to try the key. There was some damage to the floor finish between the dining room and the bathroom. When the front door is locked, it is impossible to get out of the apartment without the key. Thus if one person left with the key (there was only one) the door could not be locked. While not a huge issue, this can complicate access for a group.

Location was pretty solid, although there is construction around the whole place.

The floors were filthy, who knows when they were last mopped. You couldn't walk around without socks or your feet were covered in dirt.
