We had a really great stay and would highly recommend the apartment to friends and families!

Very nice and very spacious apartment. The kitchen connected to the living room is very convenient, the beds are very comfortable, and upon arrival we found the heating and electricity already turned on. The price is reasonable, especially considering that the bus stop is only 2 minutes from the apartment and we could reach the city center in 10–15 minutes. The space is suitable for 5–6 people, as there are two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room.

The only downside we noticed was the lack of a spare supply of toilet paper and kitchen paper. Regarding food supplies, we expected to find oil in addition to the salt and other spices provided. Everything else was fine, and overall the experience was very positive.

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the appartement, the comfort of the rooms. The location was also very convenient which made my stay enjoyable.

While my overall stay was pleasant, I would suggest to provide access to popular bundle of TV channels.

Clean apartment. Located a 40 min walk from Zurich Old Town.

Insufficient pillows. Only provided one pillow per person. I personally like two pillows for comfort.

The rooms were nice.

There were no room locks, we couldn’t lock them as well as only 1 person showered in the washroom as there was no way to drain the water or to dry it. We were really disappointed by that.

Very quiet and safe place. Transportation and some stores nearby.

Clean apartment, comfortable mattress, in a quiet neighbourhood but accessible to public transport.

We arrived early in Zurich and Daniella allowed us to drop off our luggages, we were very happy as we were able to explore Zurich luggage free while waiting for our check in time. The apartment was clean, we did have a very comfortable stay in the apartment. Spacious and it felt like home.

Stocking of some of the daily use items could have been better - Kitchen towel, Bathing toiletries, Dishwasher tablet, Coffee pods. Key being needed to lock the door from the inside is a bit of an inconvenience and takes getting used to. One set of keys is an inconvenience too with many people. Suggest atleast 2 sets. One bathroom for 5-6 guests can get busy. Though nothing can be done about it.

The location of the place is near to the metro. The room is clean and we loved the rooms and sala.

The lack of tissue refill. We only had 1 tissue roll but we stayed there for 4 days. The address in booking.com says 64, but the actual address is 62. The bathroom has no lock.

Best black out blinds for a good night sleep after a long tiring day

There was no microwave & it’s a necessity of life nowadays. Secondly I asked for tidy up the room on second day & they told they don’t provide that service.However,they charged about 119 euros for cleaning while booking the apartment.

Very convenient and spacious

The space is very large for three people. Plenty of space to hang up clothing, nice kitchen to cook plus freezer, and comfortable beds. Easy to get from city center and to Swiss Life Arena via tram, plus walking distance to supermarket and restuarants. Lots of adaptors to borrow, which was a great perk, plus lamps have charging spots on them. Would definitely stay here again and recommended to friends coming back to this area.

One key for three people was a little challenging, there is a lockbox outside which was utlized. Could benefit from a few extra things like pepper, shampoo, soap, etc.

Excelente opción en Zúrich!

El apartamento es súper nuevo, tiene de todo! Las camas muy cómodas y esta a unos 100m de la parada de tranvia 31 qué te lleva a la estación central en unos 15 minutos. Vale el ticket de la zona 110. Mi experiencis fue muy buena, me han respondido siempre muy rápido y me han ayudado en todo lo que han pedido. Tiene ascensor y es amplio.

Schönes Apartment in ruhiger Wohnlage. Sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung war gut und das Apartment sauber. Küche mit Spülmaschine, Kühl-, Gefrierkombination etc. Alles nötige war vorhanden (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, etc.).

Betten waren etwas weicher als wir gewohnt sind - trotzdem in Ordnung. Kleine Teller waren nicht vorhanden, tiefe Teller gab es auch nur 2 Stück - sonst alles vorhanden.

Ausserordentlich schmutzig für eine Mietwohnung. Der Reinigungsbetrag ist unverhältnismässig hoch für das vorgefundene! Schrank kann nicht geöffnet werden, ohne dass er zusammenbrechen möchte. Jedes Zimmer hat kein Mittellicht, ausser Stehlampe. Schmutziges Geschirr, Ablageflächen etc.. Von ein Vorbesucher lag noch ein Gummiball neben der Stehlampe.

C'est bien relié à la gare (environ 20 minutes avec le bus 31 ou le tram 4). 2 chambres. C'est parfait pour les parents avec 2 enfants.

C'est très impersonnel, on sent que c'est de la pure location. Aucun contact avec le propriétaire. Pas de carte de séjour.

La struttura era ben arredata e funzionale con una buona suddivisione delle stanze. Buona pulizia generale e biancheria profumata. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa.

Sebbene nel complesso sia stato un buon soggiorno, migliorerei la pulizia degli scarichi, che non facevano defluire bene l'acqua, e degli angoli delle camere; inoltre, prevederei almeno un ricambio della biancheria dopo 2 notti.

Ascenseur vieux et petit, escaliers à monter avant prendre l’ascenseur, pas adapté pour personnes avec problèmes de mobilité Un peu éloigné du centre-ville pour un séjour court Au niveau « ammenities », presque rien: deux bouts de papier toilette, un linge de cuisine troué et un savon liquide Denner pour les mains et basta. Loin des standards suisses. Mauvais rapport qualité prix

1. Wohnung wurde nicht gereinigt und hat mir insgesamt nur mittelmäßig gefallen. Die Zweite Ersatzwohnung im Nebeneingang war super. Nur die TV Box hat leider nicht funktioniert.
