Clean and well furnished place with lots of room. Good value !

Fully furnished and very clean. Very large room.

Kitchen was missing an oven or microwave. Although the windows look out on a side street, it was too noise to have them open during the night.

Overall it's all very good, if Taylor Swift comes to Switzerland again for a concert, I will definitely choose this

* Great location: easy access to public transportation and right near Letzigrund Stadium. Great for those coming to Zurich for a concert. * Modern design: the black&white style decoration of the room is exactly the same as the picture, very clean and classy. * Well-equipped: air-conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen equipment are all available, especially the air-conditioning helped a lot in summer. * Comfortable and restful: the bed was very comfortable and the environment was quiet, allowing us to get enough rest. * Smooth communication: the landlord communicated well and the stay was perfect.

A word of caution for guests afterward: the apartment's check-out time at 10 a.m. needs to be planned in advance for guests who are used to waking up late!

Comfortable and good place to spend a night in Zürich

The location is convenient and easily accessible to get all around Zürich. I only stayed for one evening, so I do not have much to say, but I was completely satisfied. Communication with the host is easy. I did not see it in the property description before I booked (even though it is clearly stated) and was quite worried about needing to pay a security deposit directly to a host (and outside of booking), but it was returned without any problems. I think the price is also very fair! It was a very good spot for me to spend an evening in Zürich. I have no complaints!

It's worth noting that access to the gym or sauna requires paying an additional fee.

Look for another place

This time i have nothing to write here. Counting minutes to leave

Unclear slef checkin. Was hard to find a parking and a way out from it. Parking price is 35 a day! On the street we saw it costs 150 a month for locals. Room is tight, old and very far from clean. Bathroom has no place for towels, have to keep it on the floor(!) Less poer sockets (to charge a mobile u need to unplug something) Air condition is a floor standing device with a pipe goes to a window :)) So u cant close the window to save from mosquitos. We book 4 (2+2) beds but only one king size bed was ready. Host not even prepared the second sleeping place. We had to use a floor, because of no space for 2 on the folded couch (see photo) Definately NOT for families. And better look for another place. UPD: Dear host, we are really enjoing our staying in Ukraine, thanks a lot for mentioning. We wish you good business and happy customers. Please, do not sell this room to families, never. It will be good for 1-2 guests. Mark the parking door with some label, because we REALLY took wrong door two times before we found the correct one. Make a lables on the keys (there are 3 of them on a keychain and all 2 days we have to guess witch key to use. front door has 2 key holes, so we had to bruteforce it hard)

Ideal for a long stay

Studio is the best home for a long stay. The location is great for this part of Zurich - not for tourists, but for my business stay it was ideal: a public park with a swimming pool, supermarkets, cafes, a tram station, all within a 2-minute walk, and the touristic center/lake/railway station in 15 minutes by tram. The windows look at the side yard, which means a nice quietness. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you could think of, very clean and well designed. The air conditioner saved my trip which coincided with a heat wave. The building has a roof terrace, a washing machine in the basement, a garbage room also in the basement, and the inner parking - very comfortable! And Aniko is a very friendly, helpful, and caring host. Welcome fruits were a nice gesture, and spare beddings won my heart :-) And, very important, the electric sockets are flat - usually, in Zurich, it's a nightmare, you need adapters as all your plugs don't fit inside these bizarre wells-in-walls, but not in Studio!

I don't like how Swiss cistern and shower fittings work, got confused and didn't manage to get the full water pressure in the shower. Probably, I missed some button, which happens to me often in alien locations.

Für Kinder ungeeignet!

Das Bett ist bequem und es ist leicht zu finden. Geeignet für erwachsene, die Privatsphäre haben wollen. Für Kinder nicht wirklich geeignet. Frühstück ist möglich im Hotel neben an. Das Buffet ist gut, kostet per 10.2023 CHF 29.- pro Erwachsene. Kinder unter 12 J. gratis. Wellness und Fitness ab 18 Jahre!!!! Und kostenpflichtig. Unsere Kinder waren ziemlich enttäuscht, da wir es extra gebucht hatten, da in der Beschreibung Whirlpool und Swimmingpool stand. Es ist ein Apartment mit einem Zimmer und ein kleines Badezimmer mit einer normalen Badewanne.. Auf den Bildern könnte man den Eindruck bekommen, dass es zwei Zimmer gibt. Man kann in der Tiefgarage parken für CHF 35.- pro Tag. Wir dürfen etwas früher ein- und auschecken. Das war nett. Es ist an einer befahrenen Strasse und die Isolation ist schlecht. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig.

Sehr hellhörig. An einer befahrenen Strasse. Pool erst ab 18 J. Kostenpflichtig. Kein Whirlpool, Keine Bademäntel. Bedingt sauber. Hinter dem Schlafsofa befand sich "Spielzeug" vermutlich für "spezielle Neigungen" und nebenan etwas Klopapier zusammen gerollt, ausgetrocknet. Zum Glück wurde es beim Ausziehen vom Schlafsofa von einer Erwachsenen gefunden. Etwas lieblos und für den Preis CHF 364 für eine Nacht viel zu teuer.
