Position is really good and rooms are large and comfortable. Surrounding area is nice and there is a close supermarket. Check-in is easy

Very good access into the city although it was quite difficult to find at first as access was down an alley

The location is amazing. It is well situated near Zürich HB station. There are so many restaurants around. The location is exactly what I've imagined of my stay in Europe
However, WiFi is a BIG PROBLEM. FROM MY PERSPECTIVE, it kinda ruined my stay. I had to go to Zürich HB station to complete some of the tasks I had to do, like planning the next steps of my trip. I have seen a couple of people complaining about the same issue. I called them, and all they said was: "we are going to look into it." But nobody actually did because there was not any follow-up. So it gave me a vibe of "just deal with it," or they already know about it because, like I said, I've seen people complaining about it.
Also, nobody would communicate with you if you tried to reach through Booking.com, which is strange to me.
I had a hard time checking in because of the language barrier, but that's on me, I guess.
It's so unfortunate that this detail ruined such a nice spot.
Also, this is just a suggestion, if they can have a small portable fan in the room, it could be nice. Because it can get hot inside.
