Other Things to Note:
Please note that the flat is located on the ground floor in a trendy neighbourhood, which may result in some noise disturbance. If you are looking for a very quiet environment, this accommodation may not be the right choice for you.
All windows are fitted with external metal blinds that can be fully closed for privacy and security. You can adjust the ventilation depending on how tightly the blinds are closed. Guests can feel secure and safe with this system and can leave the windows open without concern.
Luggage storage is available for early arrivals at CHF 25 until 5:00 p.m., subject to availability. As the storage facility is rented separately from our landlord and not all guests require this service, luggage storage is offered as an optional add-on rather than being included in the accommodation rate. Guests who wish to use this service are kindly requested to contact us in advance so that availability can be confirmed.
Strictly No Smoking: Smoking is completely prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas of the building.
Note: Any evidence of smoking inside the premises will result in additional deep-cleaning charges.
Please note that there is no TV in the apartment.

A great property in a great location. Being just outside the city center, it is nice and quite while being walkable to the areas you really want to spend your time. I was a bit worried about noise since it’s on the first floor and one of the trams passes by right outside, but it was very quiet. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you need. I cooked many meals here due to the prices of eating out in Switzerland. The biggest plus of all is how fast the internet is, which is hard to come by in Europe. The host also left a guidebook for not only the apartment, but for Zurich in general, which helped me find out about a pass that I used a bunch and may not have found otherwise. Perfect rating and I would happily stay here again.
