El sitio en el que se encontraba el apartamento, céntrico, muy bien comunicado y cómodo, desde el punto de vista de la distribución de las habitaciones. Además, las vistas desde el apartamento eran muy chulas.
Llegamos tres personas y estuvimos hasta 3 días después de la legada sin un edredón para el sofá, y, por tanto, pasando frío, porque hacía frío por las noches. El sistema que tienen de comunicación es con IA y, por tanto, tienes que comunicarlo por whatsapp y no hay buena coordinación.

La sortie des poubelle. desendre du 4 eme avec une poubelle bleu vide ou pas alors que il y a 120 CHF pour le nettoiyage du lieu :-(

I was made to pay a refundable deposit of SFr250 before vital checking information was released to me even when I was practically struggling to get my bearing.
As at 5 days after checkout, my refund has not been credited to my account
At least I need the refund credited back to my account. All my communication to Swissstay via the WhatsApp line concerning my refund has not been answered.
I need Booking.com to intervene so I could get my refund.
