Heater was not functioning despite informing their staff, they keep asking to turn the knob to max which is clearly not working. I did the same on the radiator in the kitchen and it works, but in living room and bedroom was not working. We slept in cold

Zurich A very comfortable, spacious apartment consisting of a large kitchen, bedroom, and dining room, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub (surprisingly small compared to the rest of the rooms). It's located in a solid tenanthouse on a side street five minutes from a tram and bus terminus. Tickets can be purchased from a vending machine (coins or card) or at the passenger service desk. Tram number 3 will take you to the SBB train station and the city center, on foot it is half a hour lbut it's worth the walk. Shops are close by on the main street. The windows have sturdy curtains and exterior blinds. Plenty of space for luggage and belongings. Good online communication with the host. Strong Wi-Fi.

The hallway would benefit from a coat rack, umbrella stand and a stool for putting shoes on and off..

Nice place...not a good start...things happen..

It was nice and well equipped and very clean. Remote assistance over what's app, Maryem was very kind and tried to support when possible. There was an issue with the access that took almost an hour to resolve late at night, and she tried to help with the ressources she had

Arrived about 10 pm in a taxi, and the lock of the key safe box was faulty so I had no access for over an hour until a replacement accomodation could be provided. Taxi meter kept running the whole time and paid for taxi almost double the price of the accomodation due to the wait as I couldn't be left middle of the night somewhere by myself with a lot of luggage. Yet not even a discount voucher or promo was offered for my next stay. For what I went through, it's not acceptable not to take ownership and compensate in some way.

Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Große Küche. Nur 2 Minuten bis zur Tram Haltestelle und zum nächsten Coop.

Tutto benissimo, peccato solo per il divano letto!

Posizione stupenda, collegata benissimo. Casa accogliente, calda e molto pulita. Acqua calda perfetta.

Purtroppo il divano letto (spacciato per divano letto a due piazze) non è assolutamente un divano letto matrimoniale e, soprattutto, non è per nulla comodo. Bisognerebbe provvedere a fornire agli ospiti un divano letto vero (fornito di materasso!) , questa l’unica pecca che abbiamo trovato.

Da ritornarci in tutti casi

Pulizia, arredamento minimal, letto comodo e ambiente spazioso con cucina arredata per poter cucinare …. Piatti bicchieri scolapasta pentole e macchina del caffè … luminoso e zona tranquilla ma vicino a tutte le comodità.

Per chi amante della Tv non c’è . Bagno spazioso con ventilatore ma senza finestre.

Rahat konforlu ve temizdi İkinci gece biraz gürültü oldu ancak Sonrasın da bir sıkıntı olmadı Ulaşım kolaydı ancak tesise ilk girişte biraz sıkıntı yaşadık depozito alınmadığı içinmiş sorun anlaşıldı ama biraz panikledik, tesisten ayrıldıktan sonra çekilen depozit geri iade edilmişti. Biz tesisi beğendik her açıdan tavsiye ederiz çok teşekkür ediyoruz 🙏🏻💕🌸🪷

La stanza è grande e spaziosa anche la vasca da bagno nonostante il bagno piccolo

Il divano letto è caduto addosso a mia sorella piegandosi mentre ci dormiva. Si è fatta male. Non fate caso alle regole sul silenzio perché abbiamo trovato una squadra di trasportatori o nuovi inquilini che fino all'1.30 del mattino e più facevano avanti e indietro sulle scale facendo un casino enorme trasportando cose. Abbiamo provato a segnalare la cosa ma l'assistenza non ha fatto assolutamente nulla. Molto insoddisfatta da booking devo dire
