Change the mattresses and fix the wifi, and it will be 10/10!

Everything was mostly good, except…

… horrible WiFi (it never ever worked!) and the terribly bad mattress (the mattress was so soft that I sank down about 10 cm when I lay on it, and I am a slim person).

Really nice

The self check-in is really handy and the apartment was nice and clean, with also most of the main useful accessories for kitchen and clothing.

There is not something in particular thata I did not like. The apartment we got was less beautiful and elegant that the one we saw in the picture and I guess that that was a sample one. I would like to suggest to leave some basic food in the kitchen, like coffee powder to use the coffee machine, some sugar, salt, oil, cause they are long lasting and helpful when thinking about cooking in there.

Good deal for expensive Zurich

We stayed at an apartment with the same company in Basel, and that apartment was great, modern, very comfortable, and just a 5-6 minute walk from the main station. This apartment in Zurich was not modern at all, and it missed a few things, but it was still comfortable enough, inexpensive according to the Zurich standard, and its location was pretty good, a short tram ride from the main train station. For such an extremely expensive city, it was a very good deal.

The heaters in the room and in the bathroom were not hot but slightly warm, not warm enough for cool weather. There is no space to place dishes to dry, so every time we used them, we had to wash, to dry them with a towel, and to put them back - a bit inconvenient, but minor. The espresso machine was there, but - no coffee, and we had no time to buy it, so we didn't use the machine.

Ideal for just a night or 2.

Access to the place & door is by the code given. Location is near the public transport, and the Coop was also just nearby. The place was just a few stops away from the main train station (Zurich HB).

The elevator was so small!can fit 1 person + luggage at 1 time. the kitchenette facilities inside were not very complete. & kitchen was small (in 1 space with bed) so mind your cooking.it can get very smelly & stuffy.

I was hoping for more than I got for the money!

The location was good

Things to be improved: cleanliness, for a longer stay( 8 days) in our case, should have more towels ( without needed to pay for!), the tv channels should be prepared for tourists who doesn’t speak German, it is a touristic apartment, isn’t it?

Cold water made stay uncomfortable, no new room/discount/voucher

We stayed here for two nights. The showers only had cold water. We flagged it after the first night but it was still broken for the second night. These things can happen, however it was disappointing that we didn’t get any discount or voucher when flagging this again after the second day since warm water seems like an essential part of a booked apartment.

A very average accommodation option.

Location, close to a small supermarket & train.

We were repeatedly told no check-in until 3. But even then our apartment was only half clean. I had to find the cleaners in another room to ask them to finish cleaning. They came & took 45 minutes to do so. We tried contacting Vision apartments on the number provided to complain but call failed. They would not reply to my emails, of which I sent several. The lighting is appalling, had to use my phone torch to fill out some I live for a for an airline. Bed is so hard, bed linen is old & horrible. One soggy pillow provided, if you want more need to pay. No fan, had to request & it took ages to arrive. Be aware ground floor is very very noisy as others have said. For the price, and yes we know Switzerland is expensive, this place is not value for money.

Any request made takes time, fan not provided the first day despite requesting for it when booking, no hot water for 2 days, property did not know when it would be fixed and was unhelpful.

Two-nights comfortable stay In Zurich

Good location close to the Wiedikon tram and train station, so it's a short ride to city center. Nearby Coop store, and close enough to some restaurants. The room was huge, had a mini kitchen, and also a bath tub in the bathroom. Overall, I had a nice and very comfortable stay.

The check-out time was too early at 10:00am, I even got a knock at my room by the cleaner a few minutes earlier than that. I hope they are flexible and adjust that time closer to lunch time, or at least 11:00am. There was no electric fan, so on a hot summer day, opening the windows are not enough. The bed height was a little too low for me.

Avoidable location, uncomfortable stay

It was a spacious apartment, with most amenities included like fridge, kettle, cutlery, etc. Close to a train station so it has its advantages in terms of location.

Extremely hot in the summer, no cooling at all and poor cross ventilation. Did not sleep at all for two nights, the mattress was soft and spongy and the pillows were flat and provided no comfort at all. Should have air conditioning as a basic need. The location was noisy with surprising levels of loud pedestrian traffic and overall traffic that did not help at all! We asked for a fan that was provided but turned out to be small and ineffective. There was no one who checked in on us and overall a very avoidable experience.

We'd stay here again

We liked the location from the train station. It was a 5 minute walk to the train and just one stop away from City Center (if I remember correctly. It definitely was no more than 2 stops). Brief walk to neighborhood restaurants offering a good variety of types fo food.

A pleasant stay

The apartment was very well facilitated. The location was only a 15 minute walk to the city centre which was manageable. Bathroom was clean.

The bed could have been comfier but this wasn’t a huge issue. No air conditioning so we had to keep windows open. Church bells woke us up earlier than planned some mornings.

Affordable, with all you need. Close to connecting transport

Clean, well appointed,spacious. Everything you need is there. Everything works. Close to tram and railway connections. Lively area where locals congregate with lots of restaurants and sidewalk tables.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

The property is very clean and well maintain and they meet up the expectation of contactless check-in where the code are easily shared to you on ur email and u can access the property on or after the check in time. It has small kitchen when u can cook ur food with ample of utensils for our ease and balcony area where u can sit and relax. Great location as it is connect to metro station as well as tramp station with 2 min of walk.

Great place to stay if you’re out and about all the time.

The location was great and very accessible with the tram and bus stops right around the corner. The facilities of the apartment were good and were as listed. Despite being a contactless service, the online customer service was efficient and staff were quick at responding and addressing requests (I had requested 2 additional pillows).

When we first arrived, our room had this overwhelming, awful smell of smoke. When we got in to bed, although the sheets were clean, they too smelt of this smoke. This smell did not improve over the duration of our stay, even after leaving the windows open to air it out. The bed was awfully uncomfortable and the place needs a new mattress. The decor is also questionable…

Everything you need just outside the city center

Everything you need just outside the city center of Zurich. The apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, the toilet is also modern. The furniture design is a bit questionable, but fully operational. I stayed there and took day trips around Zurich, so it was very convenient. ALERT: The check in code only works at 15h (the initial check in time). To walk from the main station is a bit far, but with the tram, it is easily accessible. Finally, depending on your neighbors, it can be a bit loud. Nothing that you can’t fix with earplugs. Overall great cost-benefit ratio.

Perfectly acceptable accommodation. A short hop from the centre by train or tram. We would have been more positive about the place but we went to Vision Apartments in Geneva afterwards which way, way better.

One or two thing need fixing - eg shower head, better pillows. Needs air con (or a fan). The surrounding area is unattractive.

Prefect stay, would love to stay again.

The location was excellent and a walking distance to the busy "party" area, and yet the neighhourbood was quiet. It was 2 min away from the local station.

It might get hot during summers and maybe an AC would help, but I understand it's not common to have ACs in Switzerland.

Nice apartment.

No air con so was far too hot. Biggest problem was the noise. Impossible to sleep, and especially the building site outside the window starting up at 7am.

Good

The apartment was in a great location, it was possible to walk to all the important places in the city. There were several restaurants and shops nearby, as well as a railway station and several tram stops.

It was a surprise for us that the sink was not fenced off from the room (this is not reflected in the photographs), in addition, the lighting above it turned on if someone went to the toilet, which woke up the second participant in the trip. We received the floor mats and bath towels at first, and the face towels were only delivered after my second email.

Great value for money, v clean and simple, bring ear plugs

Clean, simple, easy to get into, bathroom was nicely styled and done, good size.

No fan or air conditioning which was tough during 34 degree days, difficult to sleep at night with this. Some of the people in the other flats were playing music through speakers at 2am which was not nice, wasn’t even a weekend night either.
