Clean comfortable and spacious business apartment

Flat had a wall of windows (which you could fully open) and a balcony. It was spacious and comfortable, clean, and the heating was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was excellent. Lots of big supermarkets nearby.

It’s a bit far from the center but the bus is right outside the door and comes frequently

Very nice accommodation for the Zürich trip

Everything is very well about our stay. We enjoyed the room size and cleanness. Also staying next to 31 bus line is so comfortable for us to go to the city centre! Osman Bey is so also so nice and friendly, sending our kindness again. If we come to Zürich again, Swas will be my first choice.

Perfect! Would come again!

Perfect! Spacious, clean, bright, warm, all new appliances ad many digital things :D For the 2 of us it was more than enough. We are more that satisfied and would come again! Maybe it is not in the city center but the bus station is in front of the hotel and it will bring you there in like 10-15minutes. There is a parking in front of the hotel. 25CHF per day which we used, so you don't have to go around and look for it. Definitely a recommendation :) Thank you again!

Close to bus stop (bus No31 bus stop is outside the building to take us to Zurich HB). Facilities are great. Staff is helpful. Good price during the busy new year time.

5 star hotel with amazing services

Probably the best hotel in the city. You will notice the calmness of the place as soon as you step in. The place smells amazing and the atmosphare is great from the first minute. Even the check in was a great experience. We booked this place after two previous bookings went wrong in Shenzhen and glad we found this hotel. This is a 5 star hotel with all the bells and whistles you can ask for. There is a complimentary, breakfast, snacks and tea along with a 5 star treatment. The staff is amazing, they are going the extra mile whenever you ask for anything. The service is exceptional until the last detail. The room was exceptionally spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is something I've barely ever seen. The selection of food is insane. Local and continental breakfast options are available and it was defenitely a highligth of our stay. I can't recommend this place enough. If you are in Shenzhen don't hasitate to book this hotel.

The fact that my door was knocked on at 22:45 when I was half asleep to collect the city tax and parking fee for my car. I arrived at 7:00pm, i collected the keys from the mailbox and check-in was smooth. From the previous communication via Whatsapp they told me, i could go down to their offices next morning to pay the remaining fees and sign but unfortunately they knocked my door very late at night. I want to believe it was a bad monent from their side and not something more.

Very friendly and helpful staff!

It would be better if there were lamps on the night tables next to the bed. Also, there were no light switches next to the bed so you had to get up out of bed to turn off the lights. The shower head was not mounted so it had to be hand held.

The bracket to hold the shower head was missing so you always had to hold it. Probably good to save water because you have to turn it off to soap up.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable with easy check-in

We had a great 2-night stay at SWAS by Livingdowntown. The apartment is very clean, well maintained, and the balcony was a nice bonus. It’s located in a quiet area and close to an Aldi grocery store, which was super convenient. The internet was fast and stable throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were easy—our host sent clear video instructions via WhatsApp, which made the process very straightforward.

A couple of things to note: the shower head in the bathroom couldn’t be fixed in the top position due to wear and tear. Hopefully, management can repair that for future guests. Not a big deal though. Also, during our visit, the weather was unusually hot, and we really felt the lack of air conditioning. At this price point, A/C would be a great improvement, especially during summer heatwaves. Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay and would recommend it for short visits to Zurich.

A packed but unforgettable day full of stunning views, great company, and amazing Swiss highlights!

Great stay! The apartment is super easy to reach — just hop on tram 31 from Zurich HB and you’re there in about 10 mins. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Loved the smart TV with Netflix, the fan was a nice touch, and having a washing machine right in the bedroom was so convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole place was well furnished and comfy. Would happily stay again!

If I had to nitpick, the elevator doesn’t stop exactly at the exit level — you’ll need to handle a few steps up or down. Not a big deal at all, just something to note!

Avoid lower ground floor apartments

Place was spacious with kitchen and everything. Staff was very helpful . Location is good. Near from groceries and bus stop. They have parking.

We had lower ground apartments.The ventilation window was in the ceiling. It was not working .. rooms was bright at 5 in the morning. I couldn't lock toilet doors from inside. Parking charges are high 50buck for 2 days.

Big and well equipped apartment right in front of the bus stop.

Staff was super friendly and communicative with us. They let us check in way earlier than check in time (i dont think you should expect that so dont make this your reason to book and be mad if they cant do it if you book with them). Apartent was right at a bus stop that takes tou directly to Zurich HB. Apartment was huge. Super complete. Kitchen, utensils, huge barhroom, balcony, living room, etc. Beautiful. Would book again with them no brainer.

Fabulous place to explore Zürich from

Loved the apartment, bus stop right out side, easy to get straight into town. Clean and a very handy washing machine.

I found the bed very uncomfortable. It would be lovely to have a sofa on the larger of the two verandas as there is no sofa in the apartment.

Disappointed.

The washing machine in our room broke while in use, with our clothes locked inside with the dirty water. When I contacted the office about this they read the message and didn’t reply. The next day I went down to tell them about the issue in person and they didn’t seem to care. Eventually a technician was called (no notification of the fix was provided) I had to then asked if we could use this machine again and they said no it’s broken. Again when I contacted them about this they read my message and didn’t reply. Due to all of this we had to dispose of our clothing as it was lying is dirty water for 24 hours. Finally, when explaining our disappointment with the staff they agreed we would receive a refund by 5PM on the 02/04. Despite numerous messages and calls they have not responded after 3 days later. Incredibly disappointing service and disgusting to treat paying guests like this.

A great place to stay for visiting Zurich

The studio was great, had everything we needed in terms of cooking. For us, the location was great as it was 2 mins away from the concert venue we were in Zurich for, but it was also very easy to get into the centre as there is a bus stop right outside. Check in was also very easy as we were met at the door when we arrived. We had a slight issue with the shower, but this was fixed within 5 minutes of us reporting it to the staff. Overall we had a great stay.
