Pros: Centrally located, with easy access to public transport. The bus stop is just outside the property, and the tram is only a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is spacious, and Osman is an absolute gem: incredibly helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile.
Cons: Unfortunately, my room faced the street, and I stayed during a particularly hot period. There is no AC, although a fan is provided. With the windows closed, the room became quite warm, but sleeping with them open was difficult due to significant street noise, as well as noise from the nearby train tracks. If you’re assigned a street-facing room, this is something to be aware of.

I liked everything except no ac however they provide us with two fans. Apparently ac is not popular in Zurich

Nice, modern, very clean. Good size rooms. Also had a balcony which was very welcome in the hot weather. Tram stop outside so really easy to get around.
The sofa bed was not so comfortable but we only had a short stay so managed for a few nights. Would also have liked larger cups for coffee as the ones in cupboard were very small.

Clean. Friendly staff. Good sized rooms.
Location not great. Ventilation a bit shabby. Expensive for what you get. Didn't quite match the pictures. Looks like a cowboy handyman converted the building into a hotel.
