Check in was easy. There was a nice place across the road for beers and food. The bedroom was spacious and there was a fridge etc. I did not use.
There was no soap or shampoo provided and less than half a toilet roll which is not really good enough.

Quite a spacious apartment, with a decent size bathroom and a cute kitchen. There was a window in the room looking onto the street below, which kept the room cool in the Swiss summer heat. Checking in was smoother than I expected and there are a few cafes strategically placed outside the building, so in case you don't want to go out too far you can pop into them and enjoy a decent dinner.
The way the room keys were collected the next morning was quite innovative. Hadn't experienced that before.
I could have done with a few more plug in sockets next to the bed.

Nice location close to the city centre and train station with restaurants and other facilities close by.
The Restaurant across the street had good food.
With the warm weather during my stay the open window let in noise from people enjoying their food on the street terras of the restaurant across the street.

The bed was big and comfortable. And property was within walking distance of the train station. After a bit of confusion with the booking description, when we got there there was a kitchen.
- light switches and buttons were in odd places and was hard to figure out we realised at the last minute that one of the light switches controlled the hairdryer
- walls were a bit dirty
- there was no soap
- there was no aircon or fan because of this it was quite uncomfortable and therefore needed to open a window which caused a LOT of bugs to come in
- the bedsheet didn’t fit the bed
- we waited an hour outside the hotel as it was stated not to check in before 2 however we watched many people check in earlier
