I booked this hotel when the price is at its peak, however the facilities and service is on par with the price so no complaints at all.

Housekeeping couldn’t have been better. Despite housekeeping, the workers always fsiled to refill the shampoo and shower gel. And they dont deliver extra water bottles if you finished utilizing on the same day . They will tell you to refill from the toilet but the water taste weird..

Spent two nights at the hotel. Arrived early, checked bags and went exploring. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet and we had a killer view of Eiger Mountain. Centrally located for the First gondola and an easy 10 min walk to train.

Good breakfast, room too small for 3 people. Christmas Eve the meat fundi was not good, they should put more meat buffet option, because not everyone eat it.
