The view from the terrace/room - was stunning and the best view from a room we have ever experienced. Beautiful backdrop of mountains and glacier.
Bedroom furniture and bathroom a little dated although spotless and well maintained.

The view & the breakfast/dinner are worth the price of admission. The staff were also tremendously helpful, especially Peter in the restaurant & Saskia at the front desk. Everything was so clean.
Lack of air conditioning. The staff did their best to provide comfort - with three fans to circulate air.

Amazing location. Room had a stunning view right from the balcony. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide spread of options. Everyone working there was friendly, warm and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We ate there every night for dinner, given we had a small baby - and the food was great. Loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone coming to Grindelwald. The little details like a welcome drink and little treat in the room made us feel special.
