Amazing really enjoyed our stay, the views are staggering, hotel staff very friendly, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit. Car parking available, bus stop right outside hotel if you don't want to drive during your stay. Lovely breakfast. Only downside is no evening meals available, only snacks, but as much free coffee you can drink. lovely restaurants quite close.

The view, the staff were so friendly, unpretentious yet beautiful. The breakfast, location with a bus stop outside. It was so peaceful away from the centre of Grindelwald.

Nothing it was perfection.

I don’t think 5 stars is generous enough to describe the experience this hotel provides. My partner and i had a 3 night stay and i honestly don’t think it could have been any better. Upon arrival a lovely lady on reception gave us in depth information about the village, helping us plan activities, recommendations on restaurants and even to go as far as helping with public transport routes. The honesty bar is lovely, you can basically help yourself when you want without having to ask anyone, it’s like enjoying some at home comforts. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here and they really do make this place amazing! In saying that the facilities are just as beautiful, not a fault in our room or anywhere to be honest. A massive thank you for the incredible stay, it truly was so special. - Molly and Tom :)
