    ​I booked a Panoramic Suite to celebrate my 20th anniversary, but this hotel completely ruined our trip due to terrible management and lack of respect. ​Hostile Staff: Stefano at breakfast aggressively yelled at us in front of other guests just for accidentally sitting at the wrong table. Jose at reception was also highly unprofessional. ​Zero Service: Despite booking a premium suite, you have to carry your clothes to the ground floor to iron them in a cramped, smelly room because they refuse to provide an ironing board or even a laundry basket to the room! ​Poor Facilities: There is no proper lobby or waiting area, just two chairs by the main door. I also deeply regret booking the breakfast. ​Save your money and avoid this hotel at all costs. It completely ruined our memories in Grindelwald!
