Beautiful views, excellent food and drinks and friendly staff.

We enjoyed the view, the room, the spa, the meals and the staff. The bartender was amazing and made us unique drinks both nights, one of which was Valentine's Day. The drinks were well crafted and exceeded our expectations.

Great place, totally recommended, do not miss the restaurant

This is just a perfect place! Very clean and comfortable rooms, great personnel, and a wonderful restaurant. The best kitchen I tired in Switzerland. And as a wine enthusiast I was totally impressed by the wine card and sommelier.

I would really love a room on the upper floor, to see more of mountains and less of cars parked.

Beyond our expectations:)

Everything was of best quality! The staff was super nice and friendly, the breakfast had variety and delicious. Even the slippers in the room was very good. The room had eveything we would need, and the view was excellent! We didnt want to leave our room! They gave us cookies for the road when we checked out:)

The pillows were a bit flat. But other than that, the bed was super comfy.

Fantastic stay!

Beautiful views from the room and the restaurants. Fantastic food, lovely friendly staff, and an incredible room with hot tub on a private terrace. Hot tub was the perfect way to end each day of exploring the big walks and epic views. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Absolutely loved our stay, thank you!

This hotel was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel… From check in to check out everything was just perfect!

Highly recommended, fantastic hotel

Outstanding hotel, everything about this hotel is first class. Staff exceptional lovely warm welcome and great hospitality. Complementary cake everyday Rooms had everything you needed. There is a laundry room to use the iron. Did not experience the fine dining as it was not available the evenings we stayed. Restaurant was open with lovely food had a pasta dish from the specials board. Breakfast was the best we’d had on our trip. Fabulous selection hot or cold. Free bus travel right outside the hotel. Train station short walking distance. We stayed three nights and did the Top of Europe one day and Grindelwald first the second day. Both fantastic days and highly recommended.

Rooms very small View very disappointing Location far from train station Staff not very helpful. Breakfast time no staff available to help. Had to pay for literally a 3 minute shuttle to the train station. They said if we booked direct it would be free but through booking.com we had to pay.

Loved the staff and the terrace. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Spa was never too busy.

Picked a low budget room which was probably a mistake as it was small, on the road and had no balcony. Sauna and steam room not hot enough.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Would have been perfect if the shower and pillows will be improved.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Breakfast option was very fulfilling.

The sleeping pillows were a bit flat and there was only two of them on the bed. I didnt use the decorative pillows because i wasnt sure how clean that was. The shower cabinet design was a bit odd because after every shower it would almost flood the whole bathroom area. You will need to be very careful to not splash any water outside the shower cabinet.

Didn’t realise when booking we didn’t have access to any of the spas with the Geodesic domes until checking in. These are private for the higher end rooms. The general shared spa was still nice but not as photogenic.

Too comfortable hotel! The view is too good, if you are here for the fantastic slopes of Grindelwald, choose this place for sure! Breakfast is so good, exceptional choice, very tasty, and free spa. room balcony overlooking the fantastic slopes, so beautiful, recommend!

There aren't many types of breakfast, but it was very good. It's a little far from the station, but it's convenient to go out on time for the bus.

I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. On the second day, I asked for a welcome drink, and the female staff gladly accepted it. However, another male staff member who brought the drink explained the meaning of the welcome drink. He didn't have to. This is a very unpleasant behavior. If you said no in the first place, I didn't care. Except for the male staff, the rest of the staff were very friendly and friendly

Modern hotel with fantastic views

We love this hotel! The place looks modern, new and clean. The room was rather spacious and comes with a nice balcony which faces the Eiger (super recommend to book this view!). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was decent.

It’s a walk (10-15mins) from the train station with slope, however there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
