The host was extremely courteous and welcoming. He accommodated my colleague and my different check-in times and the room could not have been more airy or comfortable. I slept very well, the bathroom was immaculate, and breakfast was both delicious and well-served. I could not praise this place too highly.

John was amazing. Bedroom size was perfect. Bathroom was lovely enjoyed breakfast and great to get vegan option. Parking was easy and John's map was super helpful.

Huge room, very amenable host, free parking on the street, quality breakfast items, short drive from town and uni. Quiet area. Bedside lights and USB chargers were appreciated. Good shower.
Bed was a bit soft - but I slept fine anyway.

The welcome and knowledge of the area
The breakfast was poor. Nothing cooked other than cold boiled eggs meats. Would have liked a cooked breakfast and other guests said the same.
