Brilliant stay, lovely hotel and perfect for a few nights away

The property was perfect and I exactly what I wanted for my husband’s 50th Birthday, the hotel was beautiful and so welcoming as soon as we arrived. It really close to the QPark car park at Liverpool one and smack back in the centre.

It would have been good to be able to open the windows and get some fresh air in the room.

We had a good time, but we have stayed at better hotels in Liverpool for the same, or less, money.

The Beatles photos and info and music really set it apart, this is the highlight of the hotel. The room was clean.

It was pretty average for the price paid. The room was quite dark, the selection of tea and coffee and biscuits was very basic for this price level of hotel. The restaurant had no Beatles theming apart from the music and 1 set of photos of the band. For a Beatles themed hotel, the restaurant should really focus on it's USP with pictures and memorabilia. It would set it apart from hundreds of other venues in the City. I hoped the breakfast would be cooked to order at this level of hotel. The noise from the street is immense up to 3am, then the street cleaners start around 5am, take earplugs.

It's in a really busy area so please be aware that it's very noisy at night , if you have had enough wine and earplugs it won't be an issue , but it's really really noisy

The staff could have been a lot more friendly, this is our second stay and to be honest there was no comparison staff wise. They weren’t rude but there was no interaction or niceties from the blonde receptionist and the restaurant manager was just off.. it’s a shame because the hotel is stunning.

Flies everywhere around the food, also had to change room as television was not working properly and they failed to mention to us before we arrived that the heating wasn’t working and as it was a Christmas stay it was absolutely freezing which ruined our whole Christmas. They also told me that they can accommodate for a gluten free diet but on the second day there they failed to do so adequately.

Location of the hotel is good.

Noise coming from outside on the street. NOT a 4 star hotel. Profit off the fact it's "The Beatles Hotel" when all there is, is some pictures of The Beatles hanging up. Hotel needs a good renovation. We stayed in January and were only informed the heating was broken upon arriving at the hotel. We were provided with a plug in radiator to help keep the room warm but I believe this service is not good enough, and not what you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Customers should be made aware of this BEFORE arriving at the hotel.

The breakfast was not organised no food when arrived people standing round waiting for food we got our money back and cancelled the next days breakfast. For a lovely hotel the breakfast was not acceptable

Wonderful stay - will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family

The hotel is perfectly situated, close to Liverpool one and the centre. The room was beautifully decorated with everything you would want for your stay. The restaurant was really nice and the food was very good. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the fact that there was entertainment on by way of a singer topped our stay off.

Good hotel but heating issue not acceptable!

We like the hard days night hotel, stayed before and thoroughly enjoyed everything.

Nobody from either the hotel or booking . Com (who we booked through ) have contacted us yet, I’m very disappointed that the hotel had no heating in our room (apart from a small pointless electric heater, when we’d ask for heat). My big problem is apparently this was an on going hotel heating issue- we should have been notified before our arrival, on arrival maybe , but don’t pretend the hotel didn’t know. We sat in coats in our bedroom and bed, bought a hot water bottle, not offered extra bedding. Not acceptable, would like some response!!! And yes, we do like the hotel but expect a heated room in late December.

Great stay away

Love the location & hotels theme

Been coming back here for many years, however have recently noticed all the little perks that made it special are slowly disappearing…no little special accessories in the bathroom, no water bottles in the room, no doorman anymore, queues on front desk, no extra staff. Doesn’t feel 5star anyone

Very central. Incredibly clean. The staff are absolutely brilliant. Friendly, helpful, funny and go the extra mile. A fabulous team. Will be back for the fantastic service.

Clean, tidy, staff were amazing on reception and in the restaurant. Hotel ambiance is incredible.

Breakfasts were awful , overcooked, then undercooked. Coffee machine not working, serving area dirty, when asked for Jam advised hotel has no jam !

Stayed a few years ago in this hotel and recommended to a group of us this time!! Bad mistake!! Worst stay in Liverpool in a very long time!! We come to Liverpool approximately 4/5 times a year

Hotel is close to nice restaurants, bars and shopping areas. The room was very comfortable

Room lighting is very poor No make up mirror and the mirror is situated very far behind the sink No light in the walk in wardrobe, had to use my phone torch to get my clothes At night you can hear some noise from the clubs that are around the corner Maid did not do room twice, seems you need to put the tag for room service before 10am. When I asked for room to be cleaned they said no since I did not put tag early

Location is perfect right next to the world famous Cavern. The rooms were very well kept. Well stocked bar in the hotel. The staff were very friendly which set the scene.

Another Fab Stay at the Hard Days Night Hotel , cu next year.

Good selection of food to start your day, location is perfect and the staff exceptional, have been coming here every year since my daughters 18th , she is 32 now and we have never been disappointed.

Maybe stock the bar a little more , unable to get a Baileys , limited drinks menu , the bar seemed rather flat , no music , not much atmosphere to keep customers there .
